The food was beautiful and delicious. Between the four of us we has Prawns (giant!!), pork, steak, and a vegan dish. Everything was perfect and our plates were clean. We finished with some homemade desserts and a nice liqueur. What makes this place even better is the wonderful owner Maria, master griller Jose, Diego, and all the staff who were so kind and who are really invested in people enjoying an authentic meal and friendly atmosphere. We ordered meat empanadas to start and then grilled platters for the main course. Excellent empanadas, could make a whole meal of those. Everything was grilled perfectly. The sausages and chicken were the best. The cuts of meat were not particularly tender and the grilling toughened them. There is a good selection of wine available and the Malbec was a good choice.

The do have 'Vegan Chai Latte' listed too. When we last ate at Red Velvet it coincided with the Sitges Tapas Festival. Had one of the organic salads with red beetroot and as main course the chicken teriyaki. Both were very nice. Only thing for me was that the portion was a bit on the small size, partly probably because I didn't eat the rice due to my low carb diet.
