The day of my wedding, she had extremely poor planning and time management, and decided it was smart to start me, the bride, last. That resulted in me literally being late, with her rushing to finish. The end result was a mess, it was awful. When I texted her photos afterwards politely expressing my disappointment (with trial and wedding photos attached), she did not offer to refund me but instead offered to redo my hair and makeup again for wedding photo retakes - strange, as how I clearly could not retake photos from that day and had no plans to pay tons of money for another post-wedding photo shoot?? Would have preferred my money back. Or better planning to begin with.

I was preparing to tell her how I wanted to change the trial makeup to something more pink, but that morning, Jessie brought up the idea of changes to me first! She suggested a pink look would look better and I was impressed because I felt the same way. I appreciated that Jessie spoke out about what she thought would look better on me; I felt like she had my back! In total, we had 11 people who needed both hair and makeup. I was worried that it would take a very long time, but Jessie and her two assistants run like a well-oiled machine! Started at 8am, done by 1230pm! All my girls looked beautiful!! The makeup lasted all day! Jessie even gave me a little pouch of materials for touch up, but I didn't need it! My hair also stayed in place all night long! She even taught my bridesmaids how to help put on and remove my veil without messing up my hair or the flowers in it! Every product used was cheap. The owner refuses to accept this review. Also my friend who went after me had the same experience and had to re do her makeup prior to the event. Save yourself from ruining ur special day and shop wisely when getting your makeup done on your special day. It really can ruin it for you. She was incredibly accommodating even after I felt annoying for adding on more bridesmaids etc to the makeup/hair list. I felt so beautiful and taken care of by her. My hair and makeup stayed perfect all day! I wanted a classic updo that looked full and natural but I have fine, thin hair and didn't think it would work.
