2 stars, one for each brow :/ Walked in for a simple brow threading clean up and although it turned out nicely I was left with a lot of cuts on my upper eyelid. I didn't catch the lady's name who did my brows but she became a bit aggressive with the thread towards the end. They get you in and out pretty quick, so if you're in a rush this place would be great, but I would not recommend if you're able to make an appointment with another brow artist. This was my first time at brow station and I will DEFINITELY be back!! I haven't gotten my eyebrows done in probably years to be honest I just totally let them go and tried tweezing. I don't know how I deluded myself into thinking tweezed eyebrows looked as good as threaded ones but holy hell I will never make that mistake again the lovely lady on shift was able to do amazing work to my eyebrows to reshape them and I can't say thank you enough it was only $17 and they look PERFECT. Came here to do my eyebrows today. Not my usual place. Extremely disappointed by the lady who did my eyebrows even after I mentioned it to her in the beginning that I'm only looking to clean up and I'd like to keep my eyebrows thick. Okay, wow! So HAPPY I finally found a threading spot that gives me evenly shaped brows and not them 2000's thin brows Lol Everywhere in Redwood City to Palo Alto sucks, and they charged high prices. I usually get my brows done here during my lunch break and I haven't had any issues until today. It was a Friday around dinner time and I asked the get my brows cleaned up. My experience was unusually painful. During my service another girl was called over and both ladies were over me as Iay there holding my eyelids still. I opened one of my eyes to see the Second Lady there who seemed to be guiding the lady working on my brows. At the end of my service, I was so unhappy. My brows were straight and one my brows was shorter than the other. The top of one of my brows was not straight and there were some smaller hairs left looking unfinished beneath my brow. I was so upset I told the girl my brows were straight but she just went to the register to ring me up. I cried during dinner because brows mean a lot to me and now I have to wait for my eye brows to grow back in. Note to anyone else, if you have a second tech hovering above you and guiding the person doing your brows something happened. Beware. No one even told me there was a mistake as it happened, they had a conversation but no one said anything to me at all. I am so very upset. read more

Got my eyebrows done here yesterday. It was pretty quick and not painful! Will definitely be back for my regular eyebrow grooming.

The actual threading is fine, but be prepared for attitude. The first time I went I arrived 3m after opening time. No other customers in store. I walked in and the person looked at me very displeased and directed me to sit and wait for 15m as she needs to mop... No greeting just a very inconvenienced "I am mopping now, wait there till 10.15"... I left. The second time I went a little later to avoid that. Still attitude, but at least got the service I was there for (which was good). I still go in from time to time due to proximity. read more

Just happened to pass by and saw this new brow spot that has a good price. I haven't gotten my eyebrows done since before COVID, and decided it was time. You don't need an appointment to come in, which was convenient. The lady who helped me was welcoming and super friendly. I'll give it two stars because of the little Asian woman that works there or Filipino not sure what she is but she's very sweet and she knows what she's doing. I came in around opening time which is 11 and I went inside. Nobody greeted me nobody was outside. It seem to me like the lady was in the back, she had just opened. I'm assuming she comes out not saying hi or greeting me nor the lady that was there as well she starts fidgeting with the cash register , turns music on etc then she proceeds to do her hair , after that she takes her sweet time to put on her apron like 3 times and instead of acknowledging us she proceeds to start stocking the stations ? Shouldn't they do that prior to closing the night before. anyways I don't care if she doesn't greet or anything it was just super awkward sitting there. Then she's like "ok who's next" like ? She didn't even ask what service we needed , didn't bother to introduce herself. Then she was doing my eyebrows I can tell she had an attitude.
