I walked in asking for quote on how much it would cost to r place the catalytic converters on my 370z. I knew they were toast and I just wanted an idea as to how much it would cost. The old guy across the counter said he would be back with a quote in just a minute. About five minutes roll by and he comes back and tells me my car has four cats.... He must have thought I was actually stupid. He said it would cost over two grand in total to replace all four cats, not including their labor cost per hour being $125. I looked at him very skeptically and said "Wow, that's a lot.". I also said I was pretty sure my car only had two cats, trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. The guy stood by what he was saying and said he had an Infiniti G37 years back and was pretty sure it had four cats.... Bruh. ANYWAYS, if you don't want your time or your money wasted, feel free to have exhaust work done anywhere besides this business.

I was told that parts could not be ordered and delivered for a next week service. Later that day I got a NAPA equivalent oil filter and I carry Onan fuel filters. The next morning I called and left a message asking if he would do the service with my parts and I never received a response. If he told me up front that he doesn't do that service this would have been a 4 star review.

While there, I made an appointment for 10 am the next week. I arrived early, and the middle-aged employee told me it would take about an hour and a half for an oil change and radiator flush. I told them that I would take a walk and grab a coffee. An hour and fifteen minutes later, I returned to the shop and noticed that my truck was still exactly where I had parked it. The employee said that " he wasn't sure what was going on back there, but that they should get to it when the mechanic is finished with another job ". I asked him, wasn't that what scheduling an appointment is for? For which I received a shrug of the shoulders and a blank stare. Not only have they lost a car care customer for years to come, but I now will be buying my tires from Les Schwab. Maybe a little more money, but at least decent customer service. A whole morning wasted!
