He showed me back back seat and it looked good. He had to put an ozone machine in there. So I left but I wrote a check for 25$ more than quoted cause I was pleased. Apparently I wrote the check wrong (thank god) because he did nothing but the seats! The doors, dash, steering wheel ect. Wasn't even touched! When he called about the check I told him he didn't finish. He said he would be by later that week. No show. He made me waste 2 more days not showing up after saying he would. Final straw was him telling me he needed gas money! I said 8 have a check. Finally after all that I texted him "forget it" . I basically paid 300$ to have my seats vacuumed and an ozone machine put in from an extention cord that was hanging out of my bathroom window. When I say he did nothing but the seats I mean spider webs still on seat belts and cigarette ash still in vents. I'm pissed. If it was done correct the first time there would be no issue. Expecting gas money is outrageous. Sorry your last client paid in a check and gas is expensive. That shouldnt be the clients problem. Ive held off on this review in hopea he wouls make it right and finish the damn job! But unfortunately looks like i paid 300$ for a vacuum job. ​​​

I realize its a 2002 CRV and maybe I was asking for too much with the price given but I would have been ok if he needed to increase the price and called to say the overall job was taking longer than what was quoted. I have a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek and I have a dog that I frequently transport in the back seat so my car had gotten a little out of hand, but when these guys were done with the interior detail it was spotless and looking/smelling brand new again. I came to Minty to tint our brand new car, our baby…read more While the tint application itself is pretty spot on, the clean up process after was pretty problematic. I brought in my car at 9am on the day, after a detail. Work was not started until about 1:30p, I get alerts in the Toyota App. Car was ready right at closing, I was already suspicious of a rush job. The next morning I find glue on the back, and side windows, and a razor scratch on my door bumper. I go back, insisting that the glue is from them, after being argued with that it's sap from a tree, and that that most of the work is done from women, who have a "stronger attention to detail" and that they work on "very expensive cars." So, I come in a week later, today, to get my door bumper replaced. I hear a loud thump from the waiting room and peek over to find three people stumped at application. I inspect myself, only to find the top inch isn't even attached. I take the loss, I refuse to go back. Let this be a warning to future customers to inspect your work done before you leave the property, thoroughly. And a lesson to Minty, to have way more attention to detail, knowledge of application, and accountability.
