The beer menu is switched up fairly often and always has a really good variety. Like most breweries, they are cool about letting you try things before you commit. I especially like their sours. If you're in the mood for a glass of vino, they have Chardonnay on tap and a cab that's surprisingly good for coming from a can. Ambience is fun! Pets are welcome, and isn't think you could find better, warmer service anywhere. They have a variety of food trucks on site at various times, but their newer in-house dining option, The Wurst Place, has a solid variety of creative bratwursts. They were out of the Cheese Louise (with pimento cheese and onion strings), so we had the Pho Real Dog and the Horsepowered. We loved them both and especially noted the perfectly done brat bun. The building has to be over 125 years old. As my friend said, you know if people was their hands because the only sink is just outside the restrooms. Despite the buildings dated charm, it was clean. Our server took our order quickly and the food came soon after, and boy did the food come. Three of us ordered two cheeseburgers and an order of half and half - cheeseballs and french fries. I ordered a cheeseburger for myself and my friend and his cousin split a cheeseburger. The portions are enormous. The half and half filled a regular sized dinner plate and was spilling off the sides. The burger hung off the bun by a couple inches on all sides. Food taste was fine. The cheeseballs and fries tasted like typical Sysco or US Foods. Nothing fancy or notable other than the price and the size of the order. The burger was also good not really great. Decently seasoned, cooked to medium/medium well, I prefer mine closer to medium rare. This too was memorable due to the size and price. $7.50 for an 11 ounce cheeseburger is unheard of anymore and $8 for two full pounds of fries and cheese curds is CRAZY! You definitely get your moneys worth here. Bottom line: Good food Enormous portions (That make it the real reason to come her) Great value

Fried pickles spears with the rock n roll sauce were great. I wouldn't have ordered these except my server recommended them out of all the apps, so I went with that. Fried things at places like this usually lack flavor and are just salty, fried bar food. These had some kick. The rock n roll sauce was like a Mayo with Frito's Chili Cheese Twists, so they were yummy. Tilapia on wild rice was ok, but it's tilapia, so how amazing can it be, right? Broccoli wasn't too over cooked and it still had a healthy green color, so I was happy with that. And the fries were a tad greasy, but they came out hot and crunchy. I think if they let the oil drain off them a bit more under a heat lamp, they'd hold their crispness a bit longer. Oh, and it was an entire plate of fries, so portions were generous. Lastly, everything was served very quickly. The place wasn't super-busy, but it wasn't dead and I was happy about the timeliness. I ordered an app first then placed an order for my entree after munching on that. And I was out done in 45 minutes. Granted, I was eating alone, but still. If you enjoy meat, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. I am a pescatarian (mostly vegetarian) and I have a sneaking suspicion that their beef and chicken options have much more developed flavors.

Perfect day as my BFF and I were driving back to Sioux City after going to a nursery. I'm shocked you don't hear more about it because we had a great experience and they have an extensive menu. We started with the cowboy bites- a cross between a jalapeño popper and corn fritter served with a chipotle ranch. Oh man were they YUMMY!!! It is a very generous portion so could easily have served 4 people. For our mains my BFF had the smoked chicken BBQ sandwich with sidewinder potatoes. She said the sandwich had great flavor, meat was fine perfect and moist, and loved the potatoes- which looked like extra large spiral cut fries- perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I had the smoked Pitt beef sandwich with tater tots. The sandwich had pimento cheese on it- my mouth is watering now! Such great flavor all around. And the tots were done perfect. Portion of everything was very generous so we both went home with at least another meal! Our server was attentive, prompt and answered all our questions.
