I have used this storage for over 7 years and have never seen mice. Recently our roof had a leak and the owners worked with us at the edge of the current pandemic to find a new unit and helped us move. A daunting task with a 10x 20 foot space. The price is great as well read more

Service is polite. Prices aren't bad. The facility is secure and has ample cameras viewing different angles. I was honestly satisfied with storage until I went to move my items out. Nearly every box has several items ruined from mice. Everything (besides my sealed totes) has mice urine and feces on them/throughout them. What isn't ruined I'm having to go through and thoroughly wash. Very disappointment. Most of my cardboard boxes had hand holes to grab them by, which of course is easy access for the mice. I was not forewarned that this may be an issue. Had I known, I would've paid a little more to get a better facility that takes care of these issues as best as they can. Make sure ALL of your items are in plastic totes or wrapped so mice cannot chew through. read more

Do not place your belongings here! We had the unfortunate experience of losing Everything! One item was returned through turlock PD. Someone had came in, cut the lock checked out With the person on duty. There is video showing the interaction between thief and employee who did not check who was who on file. I got to see him wave goodbye to my belongings ( no joke) then go inside the office and take me out of the system . The property manager said he would " make it right" after finally admitting fault. I would definitely store my stuff here again. I felt very comfortable that my belongings were safe due to the pad lock gate, the cameras that view all angles, and the staff office hours. The manager Foy provides outstanding customer service and is genuine and polite. He was very accommodating and flexible with my needs. When you don't know how to run a business you shouldn't open one. Absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Every time I went to pay monthly fees he was ALWAYS out of the office. When I finally rented a uhaul to go pick up my stuff the manager (Perry) aka the only person who works there was out of the office till the weekend was over, despite the fact his business hrs stated he should have been open, so I was unable to pick up any of my things.Total lack of consideration for anyone time except his. I called in the am and they told me they had a unit open and sent me a confirmation email when I got there with my truck there was no one in the office @1230pm after trying to figure out were the office staff was I seen a man come out of the office his name is Perry the manger.he was very unprofessional and was upset that I was taking up his time Cuz he had some were to be. I'm so very unhappy with the services I have gotten here and have tried several attempts to get ahold of corporate but it seems that is impossible. The only thing I have done is find out that these reviews go to the district manager. As I am a customer I don't want to really write too much on here but would appreciate a private message from the district manager to discuss my concerns and complaints as they have been ignored by the facility. I have being renting a unit here for 4 months now an I am really satisfied with the service they provide. When I first inquired about renting a unit here they did not have any available, they put my name on a waiting list, and the manager called me the moment one became available.
