I still haven't bought a new car and we have had problems with our existing cars like dead batteries, bad alternator, etc. so I decided to come back to enterprise to rent another car. What a fantastic experience. Everybody was wonderful and I got a superb car. I am so excited About this establishment and the people who work here. The check in process was super easy, the staff were very polite. Very minimal upsells, in and out in about 5 minutes. Car return is even easier, you just park it at the designated parking anytime 24/7, just leave the keys at the hotel's front desk (after normal business hours). This location is off the airport, and located inside the Marriott Quorum hotel in Addison, TX - about 15 minutes from Love Field. From the airport, just use Lyft or Uber (there are tons of cars) for about $13. Taxi will cost you $40. Tip: Double check with your credit card if they automatically cover rental insurance (many credit cards do). If not, get the additional insurance because are really expensive cars.

I hate this place…read more The employees don't care about you or your time, the energy is low, the help is nearly non-existent. You'll wait for 45 min and the staff leaves the room and you have no idea why the desks are empty or where you are in line. No one greets you, no one seems to care why you came. And if you try calling, the agent will literally give you an attitude. Idk what's happening with Hertz because the people seem lifeless and so miserable. I'd rather watch paint dry. If you have another option, go there and avoid Hertz at Richardson, Texas. Oh! And make sure you take LOTS pictures of the car after returning it, they tried charging me $1,000 for "physical damage," the photos they used to accuse me literally showed debris, not even a dent.
