I called and they said I couldn't rent one day I was forced to rent for 3 days even when cars for available. I was going to be charged $350. I knew I was being taken advantage of. Maybe having Avis in same business is a problem. Windshield is cracked. Scratched fenders. They should call it Rent a Wreck. Not sure if I can even say no worse than the competition. Called to make sure they were open on Saturday so I could do return. The voice mail jail does not have an option to return. IDK how I finally got a person online. Agent, who barely spoke English, told me they were open until 6. Got there at 2 and they were closed. This forced 2 more days on the rental. Had to call a friend come get me. Budget was supposed to take me back to shop to get my car. Look elsewhere if you want competent service. Oh, BTW, Enterprise, contrary to their slogan, will not pick you up.

Wow I should have read the reviews before booking my reservation. I reserved a pickup truck via the…read moreEnterprise app for 2pm on Sat. Reservation made over a week in advance. I even stopped by in person a few days prior to my trip to make sure that a 4 door pickup truck would be available for my reservation since I normally rent at the airport and realize they don't have a large fleet onsite. The woman at the desk told me not to worry that all of their trucks are 4 door. I left feeling reassured. On Saturday the day of my reservation, I arrived at 2:08pm and the desk agent tells me they are closed and even if they weren't closed, he doesn't have a truck on site anyhow. No apology- just told me I needed to leave. They left me sitting outside on the curb.

The photos were not time stamped. When we returned the vehicle there was no staff inspection and they told us to park the vehicle in a public lot. When we attempted to appeal their claims about the damage we have hit many, many roadblocks. We sent a letter and they responded noting that we had not included the rental agreement number. That number (along with the invoice number, damage claim number, and date of rental service) were clearly itemized at the very top of the letter. When we called customer service the service agent said she could not help us. She said we needed to speak to the claims department. The claims department is only open from 10am to 2pm Eastern!! This company is cheap because it is a SCAM!!! Avoid renting from them at all costs. Don't do it!
