Horrible service by Lora. She was rude, unhelpful, and doesn't seem to understand the importance of customer service. The car was great and everything was smooth until the return. She was charging me an extra day for being 20 min late. I called customer service and they tried to waived the fee. It will all be so much easier if Lora would just wanted to do her job and be nice to customers as any service provider should be.

Came in for a truck rental to move some furniture. I looked it up my phone and price was reasonable however with the hidden fees and insurance it was over my budget. Had to go somewhere else.

Sheriff shows up to help direct traffic away from my truck. I could barely pull it over on the shoulder on a narrow mountain road.

This was one of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had in my entire life. While crossing the country, my trucks axel broke, which tore the tire. This left me stranded in the remote mountains of Colorado. Thank God I had cell phone reception. (Big ups to Verizon). The tow company took a few hours to get out to me. I was barely pulled off of the road with my life packed in the back of this truck, semis whizzing narrowly past. Tow truck couldn't take me far enough to get to the hotel I had reservations at (i called and the hotel wouldn't refund me), so far, a week later, I haven't been reimbursed for the difference I had to pay for the tow (even though I was told by them I WOULD be, promptly). The difference was over $1,300 which I would never have paid unless they said they'd pay me back! A mechanic came to my hotel where the truck got towed and said the truck was "embarrassingly rusted" and that the axel broke, also, the back axel was close to next. Budget also told me they put new brakes on the back.. the mechanic said THIS was a lie. Also, wet oil on the brake disc. Huge no-no!! Means the seal was broken or the brake line was leaking. The truck I had was determined un-drivable by the mechanic so I had to wait to get a new truck. It took two days. This caused me to spend my own money on two hotels as well as food, etc. that I didn't intend to spend money on. Finally they tow a new truck to me and have to take all my stuff out and load it into the new truck. All of my belongings are scattered in the parking lot. I go to start the new truck and the starter on the new truck wouldn't turn over at first! I had to get on the road anyway so I called and documented the issue. I finally get into Chicago. After getting gas, the truck won't start again for several minutes. The whole time I'm communicating EVERY issue with Budget. They say I'll be reimbursed as I bought full insurance. Not to worry, they say. However they couldn't help me until I close the RSVP (return the truck). I get into my final destination two days late, and they charge me for being late even though it wasn't my fault i was late. Over $300 somehow. I call Budget and they say they'll reverse the charge. Charge goes through. I'm now in over $2k of my OWN MONEY because I was given a truck that should have never been on the road. Other drivers or I could have gotten seriously hurt when the axel broke. Maybe even killed, I'm not even being dramatic here. The truck was left fishtailing and it was difficult to steer to the side of the road when the tire exploded. I write a letter as per instruction from Budget. They say I'll get a response in 48 hours. No response. I call again after 48 hours. They say I'll have a response by the end of that day, no response. I call the next day and speak to a supervisor. She says that there's no indication anyone has read my email and to send it again. I do so. Two days later. No response. She was also somewhat rude to me and I was calm with her. Not very cool after all I've been through. My credit card statement is due and I'm screwed. I'm out money and didn't make the first day to my new job due to the delay. If you read this and STILL rent a truck from this place you deserve the same experience I had. Spend a little more and get to where your going safely and on time. Pay for full insurance, for what?? Budget will not show love to you if you get into trouble on the road. I still have yet to get a penny back from them and it's about 3 weeks later. Bottom line.. I should have never ever been given such a dangerous truck in the first place. It cost me thousands and could have cost someone their life.

The first rental vehicle I received had a tire pressure light come on. I put air in the tire, but the light came back on the following day. As soon as I notified them about the issue, they responded immediately and took care of everything without hesitation. They quickly arranged a replacement rental, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The whole staff was extremely friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, which made an already inconvenient situation so much easier. I waited about 30 minutes just to even be acknowledged, while a full office of customers stood around getting more and more frustrated. At one point there were around 8 people waiting, and instead of managing the counter or helping clear the line, the manager, Quantrell, was outside lazily and slowly washing cars while the office backed up. It was unbelievable to watch. When I finally got helped, I was told there were no rentals available unless I wanted to pay a lot extra for an slightly upgraded vehicle. My other option was to be put on a waiting list as "number 4" and wait by the phone. Seriously. So instead of honoring reservations or offering real solutions, this place seemed more focused on pushing customers into paying more even after we all had to wait long. The customer service only got worse from there. One employee the older lady with the dyed red hair was rude, combative, and completely unpleasant to deal with. Quaytrell was no better. He was misleading, unhelpful, and clearly not capable of managing the location. He even told me other rental companies would probably be out of cars too, which turned out to be a complete LIE!!! I walked over to Enterprise and was in a car within 10 minutes, with multiple vehicles sitting right there on the lot. The Hertz glendale location had no idea what they were doing, did not care, or both, probably both. Unqualified people are working here, Quartell is a complete joke. He got vengenance and charged me a $28 no show fee after telling me he cancelled the order, Quantell never cancelled and I knew he was bad news from the start. This was easily the worst rental car experience I have ever had. Disorganized, badly managed, misleading, and completely unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else, this place is not worth the discount, I think it's going to close soon, the employees are so bad here and read the reviews they are ALL BAD! The number you call to get ahold of these thieves is 818-265-3805, the shortcut is press 4, then 3, that will get ahold of them faster. you will need to call, this place is If "Quantrell" is the one running this place, it is no surprise the location is such a mess. Stay away, at all costs!

Absolutely terrible experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car -- which is so disappointing because I…read morehad an amazing experience with them for a prior trip. Reserved a minivan for 2:30 PM, showed up on time, and was told there was a recall on minivans that they found out about that morning. No call, no warning--just wasted my time driving there when they easily could have notified customers in advance. The employee helping us, Miles, had zero urgency and was completely unhelpful. My friend and I had to tell him to call the mechanic, check on returning vehicles, and contact other locations--basically doing his job for him. Communication was inconsistent, and we kept getting different answers about vehicle availability. To make matters worse, Miles was rude and dismissive during our interactions, especially when we were trying to problem-solve under time pressure before closing. We were told to come back later, then got a last-minute call saying the vehicle was no longer available. We then booked cars through multiple other Enterprise locations, were told they were available, drove there--and guess what? Not available. This happened more than once including at an airport location. How and why does a company keep confirming reservations for cars that don't exist? The lack of communication, coordination, and basic customer service was shocking. This experience was a complete waste of time and incredibly stressful. I would not rely on this location--or their reservation system--if you actually need a guaranteed vehicle.

I had to call in 6 hours later myself to get an update, all for him to sound annoyed. NEVER BOOK FROM HERE OR ENTERPRISE IN GENERAL Booked a reservation with enterprise, luckily I called in. They had said "they are overbooked and no cars available". They also said that they looked all day to find the car I wanted when I had just booked the reservation 5 mins ago. To add insult to injury, they wanted to put me in a vehicle that's $60/day more than what I had originally booked for (standard elite), and then offered me in a vw Jetta just because it has leather seats when I originally booked for a luxury type vehicle like an Audi. When questioned why was I allowed to even book if they don't have any available, the answer I got was not sure they just like to overbook us.

Thankfully I had a bad gut feeling, and to my dismay when I called to verify two weeks later, they told me they would not have the vehicle I requested or ANYTHING AT ALL for me to take the day I had requested. (They were also extremely difficult to contact.) Thankfully I got a hold of this Budget Truck Rental location and their team handled everything entirely on their end. They did the calling, cancelling, and rescheduling to their store with very little contacting from me. Abraham is the person of contact when I arrived at the location answering every concern I had and being a friendly employee. They regained my full trust making my move easy as possible. I went from having no van available to getting a brand new box truck for my move up state at the last minute, and I am willing to vouch for this location greatly. Thank you for reading.

EXTREME Contradiction on Their PRICES!!!! End of the month…read moreto beginning of the month is a lot higher than mid-month & weekday I even talked w/their chat talk and was told it is based by mileage. NO True. Then as I was contact via email about the discrepancy for further information. I provided screenshots of my dates & price quote & the text from live chat. Oooh ... they apologized and would pass on my complaint. Can you imagine the hundreds of thousands of dollars budget profits misleading trusting customers ??? Are You One???
