I wanted to initially say that cause I know most people loves "discounts" This is my second time renting at All Rite because Steve has been very nice & considerate. I used to rent at Burbank Airport and one day I realized that I'm spending more than I should so I looked around nearby places where I can rent a car and is a little cheaper than at the airport, then I found this spot (All Rite Rent A Car) and met the Manager Steve, at first I thought he was a little snob but turned out to be very helpful and considerate. I needed a little lower price since I travel by myself so I don't mind getting a small car as long as it's cheap.. and he made it POSSIBLE! I made a reservation for a car at All Rite. No where on the rental car information page, nor in the agreement did it say that rentals were restricted to the State of California. My trip's destination however was in Arizona. When we arrived at the rental car agency we were informed we could not rent the car. The person at the rental car counter was rude, unapologetic and became angry when we mentioned that we wanted to go to Arizona. I would not recommend this company. read more

Not sure how this business removed the other bad posts that I saw just last week. But all I can say is BEWARE! The cars are salvaged title they stink like cigarettes and check your bank statement, he will rip you off any chance he gets. He's rude and shady. Said my rental fee would go towards purchase of vehicle if I decide to buy. Then when I said I'd buy he said only one week rental would be credited. Oh yes and the car I rented was not even registered! He's like a pay day loan for car rentals (he preys on the vulnerable). Still looking into the legality of renting out a non registered car! My first contact with All Rite was years ago when one of my daughters needed a car and found one for sale here. Her boyfriends family had bought cars here before and this was her connection.I was wanting to wait but she, with a mind of her own, had to have it now. It turned out to be just right and worked great. In fact that little "01 silver Hyundai Accent still runs great. It was given to one of her sisters who adorned it with hello kitty items! In fact when there was a transmission problem shortly after buying it we were told to bring it back and have it fixed. The person we have dealt with is Steve. He has been unfailingly helpful, positive and concerned that my girls have a good car and be safe. Recently one of the girls was in a bad accident that flipped and totaled her car. She was miraculously unhurt and needed a car right away due to her work. A Kia was on the lot and she bought it and loves it. I have bought a number of "auction" cars and have no problem with this. That little Hyundai had a damaged door--this is what totaled the car. A few days ago another daughter bought a Ford Escape and loves it. All those that we have purchased have had superficial, ie, sheet metal damage, not major damage. These cars were significantly less expensive but just as good as any off others lots. I have recommended that others go here to find a good car. I credit Steve with the excellent service that my girls and I have received. He has been honest and professional in all our contacts. I LOVE All Rite rental! I've gone there more times than I can count because my car was dying a slow death (let's say at least 15 times over the past 2 years....). Their prices cannot be beat. I found the owner to be flexible and helpful. They are a small business and they work hard to make their customers happy. When I rent, I need a larger car or even minivan because of the size of my family. They have always been able to provide me w/something that was perfect for not only the size of the family, but the size of the budget! I'll use them again every time. read more

NO NO NO. If I could give a zero I would. The man that runs this business is extremely unprofessional and lacks common courtesy and the ability to provide simple customer service. We arrived at 8:20am expecting to pick up our vehicle that was reserved for 8am that day. The owner told us he was waiting for the vehicle to be delivered and called the person who was delivering it three times the day prior but couldn't get a hold of them. At this point I would expect a phone call warning us that our vehicle would not be ready for us at 8am the following morning. We never received this phone call and didn't get the information until we physically arrived. After a lot of rudeness (at one point he referred to my boyfriend as "bro") and no solutions to the problem, the owner eventually told us a customer had the car, he also tried to tell us that he said that from the beginning. A car being "delivered" is a little different than a customer returning a car. Either way we were never called with the info that it wouldn't be ready, you run a business, if you have a reservation at 8am and it's not there the night before or at 7:45am, you call your customer. Our conversation escalated very quickly and became EXTREMELY unprofessional. Stay away from this shabby small business, it's cheap but you get what you pay for. Go with KAY RENTALS in Burbank, it's affordable and the employees are amazing with their customers. If it wasn't for KAY RENTALS my 30th birthday trip would have been ruined by this joke of a rental place!! read more

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! I thought I was safe renting from here due to all of the positive reviews, but turns out it was the complete opposite. I do not know where to start honestly, I'll outline the bad stuff but keep in mind that my review had way more negative things than posted. The car was a price of junk I'll leave it at that. The main thing is when we dropped the car off we owed because we rented longer than expected so we paid what he said we owe later he called saying we owe even more saying that he calculated it wrong when we paid what we owed based on the daily rate he originally gave us, he charged is almost $500 when the rates only added up to $400 and he still wants more money and is threatening to sue, which will not work out in his favor. But by all means if you like getting ripped off this is the place to rent from. read more

Just another example of the word "reservation" having no meaning. Thought I was set for my trip but had to scramble last min to find a spot that had what I needed. If the customer didn't return the car than they should have let us know before hand or had another car lined up for us. Not to mention the gentleman was very rude about it all. read more

Not what I expected. I called before boarding my flight arriving in Burbank to verify what to do in case our flight was delayed and we arrived after closing hours , and to verify how to connect with the shuttle that was stated on the website would pick us up. I can't recall what was said regarding the after hours possibility, mostly because he said the shuttle driver called in sick and to take Uber and they would reimburse half the cost. I said since we are traveling with a toddler and had reserved with the expectation of an airport shuttle that Uber was not an option for us, so he gave me a phone number for the "Burbank branch" to call when we landed and they would pick us up and bring us to the car. When I called that number immediately after, they said they couldn't help because I didn't reserve with them and they don't have a shuttle anyways. They had never heard of All Rite rental company, but said they could pick us up in his car and take us where we needed. I called the original office back and explained what had happened, and said I didn't have time to call anyone else he may refer me to because our flight was about to board and to find a way to pick us up from the airport. The conversation became a bit tense, as I was frustrated at the start of the call and he said well of course they couldn't help because I didn't reserve with them, he just wanted to connect me with a closer office, that he couldn't control when his employees call in sick and it's just him at the office and Uber is the only option but that he would reimburse all the charges. He reassured me the shuttle should be available for our return flight. So we went with Uber, which we had never used before and was excellent. When I went in to finalize the transaction at the office he asked for the address we would be staying at, and when I said that seemed unnecessarily personal information and asked why he needed that, and that no other rental company had ever asked for such information, the response was "it's because you have my car! Every rental company requires this information, trust me" in an exasperated and sarcastic tone. Thankfully my husband calmed me down and said just give it to him so I did, albeit begrudgingly. We left as the office was closing-and discovered a few minutes later that my husband didn't have his license or wallet. We immediately called the office, no answer, and drove back to an empty office. We called first thing the next morning , at the advertised opening time, no answer. Continued calling for about 30 minutes until we finally got through. He said he left them in the copy machine and we could come pick them up. When we got there an hour later, he was on the phone, came out to meet us while we were sitting in the car and handed us the cards with no other acknowledgement. Probably because he was on the phone-but it still felt unprofessional. I understand we should have been diligent about taking it back at the time of transaction, but so should he and he had our phone number and didn't call us before he left to say "btw your cards are here". The car had stains on the chairs and cup holders and smelled faintly like smoke. The Uber cars were significantly cleaner. Upon returning the car, the shuttle driver was apparently fired that same day, so Uber again. While I was still getting things out of the car and my daughter in the car seat, he comes into the car and turns the engine on, probably to look at OD reading, and my daughter freaks out crying, I imagine thinking he's going to drive away with her. Rather than get out and wait to continue his business when we were done with the car, he just continued and waited until I had her out. Then started driving away. I asked what he was doing , he said "don't worry I'm just parking it" and moved it maybe 50 feet away. Why that all couldn't wait until we were done I can't say. Had I not called about the shuttle before our flight, how would we have learned it wasn't coming? Had we not called about the license and credit card, when would he have told us? While I appreciate the rates remaining what we were originally quoted and the Uber rides being paid for, had I known what I know now I would have rented from a company at the airport and paid the extra. And will do that in the future. read more
