I almost lost my hope to find the car with the features I wanted for a reasonable price. But thanks to Edward and his amazing brokerage experience I ended up even with a better option. They were also nice enough to keep my previous car at their parking lot over the weekend before I came back on Monday to turn it in to a dealership. On top of that they put their best effort and kindly attached a number plate to my front bumper using their own instruments saving me a trip to a dealership where it should have been done from the get go. Today, I was setting up the BOA app on a different phone. Every time I tried to log in, I had to call BOA to get a verification code. The customer service asked me to go into a branch and show them my ID to get my account unlocked. The bank was so busy on a Friday afternoon that no one was available at the time when I walked in. But the manager was so nice! He took me in anyways and helped me reset everything. But the problem was still there. I still needed to call and get a code every time I tried to log in. So while I was waiting on the phone for a loooong time to talk to someone, the manager was super patient and kind. He came back to checked on me a few times even though he was really busy. When I finally got a customer service representative on the phone, the manager came right away. With both of their help, I finnaly got my BOA app working! If you run into any problems, this is THE branch that will help you for sure. I'm even thinking to bring my checking n savings back to BOA. Thank you so very much again!!

After going back and forth, he agreed to come into a bank branch so they could verify the check was real and finish the deal there. Tax amount was different, but rather than do the right thing and eat the cost (because the misunderstanding was his mistake), he raised the price out the door. Took the deal because I wanted the car enough, and now the dealer has gone back on the other stuff thrown in as well. Inexperienced, bad communication, dishonest dealing. What else would you expect from a used car dealership, right?
