This was one of the cheaper options and super easy to reserve a dumpster. After haul away we were charged several fees. Yes the fees were in the contract but to be charged a dig out fee for snow (water) falling in dumpster and freezing after leaving our driveway should not be our responsibility. We got charged an extra weight fee one month after removal and charged a dog out fee 3.5 months later. We feel these charges are not due to our care/loading but due to weather in transit to the landfill. The company kept referring us to the contract and were not helpful. I'm Fearful of more questionable charges and of course they have no way to prove (or us to disprove) so for now we're stuck. Next time we will be using another company. read more

This company is very incompetent. I ordered a dumpster for 10/14/20 and they immediately debited my credit card $456. The dumpster never arrived. On 10/15/20, after 4-5 communiques by text, by email and by phone (waiting for about an hour on hold), it turned out they did not have a dumpster available. I called them in the morning because I had an emergency failure on the dump trailer I was using. They said no problem we will get it out there today for you before 6pm. We need your credit card to process the order and get it there today. I gave them the number, they charged me and then hours later I get a call stating that they cannot make it until Wednesday. Homeowners and Contractors beware and stay away from Budget Dumster. They will make you pay double for any service you request. Will hit you with lots of hidden charges. Also will falsely claim they were out collecting the Dumster but it was blocked, now it's your fault to pay for it. Always expect to be charged double. They will run your card without approval any time they feel like it. Total scam.And if you cancel the card will start they harassment collection process over the phone. Make you own conclusion: these are the facts! I paid a 30 yards container in 06/22/20. In 07/13/20, they sent an email saying: "your dumpster exceeded the agreed upon maximum weight limit" and they asked and extra payment of 105 usd. I asked them to send a copy of such ticket. In 07/08/20, they said that they needed to request this ticket to the Landfill. In 7/28/20, I checked my credit card account and I learned that they took this payment from my credit card without any authorization or warning because they paid them with my credit card. I check about the company's whereabout and I found that BBB: better Business Bureau has received many complains about this company with the same problem that the BBB: places an alert about them: "Current alerts for this business" . According to BBB There is a pattern in this business: " excessive fee and service delays" You can read those stories and it's scary to the hell. Horrible experience with this Company. Do not rent a dumpster from here. They overcharged me by $269 for weight but their weight ticket does not have my original invoice number or my name. I ordered a 10 yard dumpster and the weight ticket shows 15 yard. For all I know they used someone else's ticket to get more money from me. Never using them again!!! read more

Contacting them for a quote was easy. Pricing was fair and competitive. Contacting them to request dumpster delivery was quick and painless. Delivery of the dumpster was the next day. Apparently the dumpster had previously been delivered to a location with lots of red mud. The dumpster left quite a bit of red mud where it had been dropped. Call for pickup was handled quickly. Dumpster pickup was the next day. All in all, a great experience, a fair price, and good service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. 2 negatives: 1) Cleaning up what the dumpster brought with it and left behind - red mud (a.k.a. Georgia red clay) 2) Would have been better for the dumpster to be set on some plywood to prevent marking the pavement. Many dumpster services do that; this one did not. read more

This company is awful. I scheduled a dumpster 3 days ahead of the day I needed it to clean out my deceased family members estate hours away from me. I was very clear with them about the situation and if they couldn't deliver on the day I didn't want to schedule with them. On the delivery day, I contacted them multiple times as it got later and later and was even told they were en route. The following day I called again when a dumpster never arrived and was told there is a driver shortage and now I am part of a 5 day delivery window. When I asked about a refund because I was lied to and asked why I wasn't I told about this up front I was told I'll still be charged if I cancel because it says in the contract they can't guarantee delivery day. I scheduled this dumpster to arrive 3 days ago and have yet to see anything appear. That is when I was actually able to get anyone of the phone because sometimes I was just left on hold for over 10 minutes waiting to talk to someone. This was a huge mistake. They never picked up or even delivered on time. Their final pickup took over a week! I had to stop all work on the house as there was no place to put the construction waste. Budget dumpster rental is a complete rip-off, I waited for a dumpster for two full days. Finally I called and was told that it doesn't matter when you call dispatch set delivery according to what's economical to them. With that being said the young lady informed me a person can call for a dumpster two after you very possibly receive it before you if more economical for budget. Also budget charges for anything over four tons on a 30 yard dumpster everyone else is eight tons. They fail to inform you of that also. read more

So I emailed my concerns, someone responded that they will email my weigh ticket once they get it from wherever, but Then how do they know the dumpster is overweight, if they haven't received the ticket? Scam...BBB TIME...Shame that they only see your wallet, and not prospect customer in a long run. Quick and friendly service for the set-up, delivery and removal. Unfortunately the dumpster was delivered with a lot of dirt and ice in it. I called and was told that it would be tared so I wouldn't be charged for it? Not sure how they empty the dumpsters, but if they emptied the dirt and ice, along with my debris, I got charged for dirt and ice. Needless to day I got hit for an extra ~$50 bucks for someone else's dirt or at least a portion of it. This also took up valuable space in the dumpster - I still have debris in my garage that I'm putting in the weekly pick-up. I'd probably use these guys again because they were efficient with the delivery/pickup but be there for drop-off and refuse to take a dumpster with anything in it. read more

If you want a dumpster on time this is not the place to order it from. Twice in a three day span we requested a dumpster in the morning and it was delivered at 3:30 pm one day and 6:00 pm the next. If like most contractors time is important to you, pay for a dumpster that will get there on time. If you like the price, be prepared to pay extra for going over in tonnage. Their allocated amount is very low compared to most other dumpster companies. Complain to them and all you get is excuses. I called for a 30 yd dumpster and my first impression was that these people were very customer focused. I was told that they couldn't give me a specific time of arrival, but they could give me a 3-4 hour window, which I understood. However, I requested a call ahead of time, since I am currently living 10 mins away during the construction, so it wouldn't take me long to get there. I was also made of aware of a $150 trip charge for no access. So I made it VERY CLEAR, that I required a call before arrival. This first trip went very well. They called before coming and gave me an ETA. However the second time around did not go well at all. I requested a pickup of the now filled dumpster, as well another dumpster for more debris. But this time they did NOT call until they arrived. It took approximately 10-15 mins for us to get there, but by the time we got there, the driver reported that he waited 20 mins, got no access and we were charged a $150 trip charge. The biggest insult is that they attached their reasons why they charged us in the invoice, without taking any responsibility for their not calling or providing an ETA. When I called to state the reason why I shouldn't be charged, I spoke with "Nick" who said he was a supervisor, and he would "see what he could do" Well I got the charge anyway, without a courtesy call from "Nick", which leaves me to believe that he did "nothing" about trying to get the charges waived. I have been in the construction business for over 25 years, and being customer focused is how businesses make money and customers come back and refer their friends, family and colleagues. I am also the decision maker for many projects where dumpsters and other construction products are required. Making me a happy customer would have served Budget Dumpster well. I requested a morning delivery of a dumpster which they didnt guarantee but they said they would call 30 minutes ahead of delivery. This was critical as we needed to guide to delivery to a specific location. That call never came and by the afternoon we requested a next day delivery with a morning delivery request, again, with a call ahead. They said no promise for morning but they would call. I called a couple times to ask about the ETA on delivery to which they could never give me any information. Late in the day once when I phoned j was I formed the container er had already been delivered. It was set on the wrong end of a warehouse and it was blocking a garage door. Visible to the public who was already filling it up. We lost valuable time and contrainer space due to this. Remove full container and repeat with delivery to refill- EXACT same scenario with delivery coming after 6pm to wrong location even after describing delivery to wrong location and being ensured an advance phone call. Because of where it was left out in view, after we were done with it, other people came and dumped in it too. NO PHONE CALL before deliveries as promised so we could direct where to place it!! read more

My parents and I were sadly were affected by the recent flooding in Illinois. We are located by the chain of lakes and just last week we're finally able to get cars through their neighborhood. They found this company and booked yesterday to dump all their destroyed items in. Upon delivery they were informed due to water ( located in their driveway entrance) they would not be able to leave the dumpster. My parents and I were charged $150 because of this ( the website conveniently states the $150 will be charged if for any reason they cannot deliver...heaven forbid they note common reasons this may occur). I don't think my parents or I thought water would be a reason. And YES there was an area to still drop the dumpster off as I mentioned the entrance had water...there is a slab that was perfectly dry. My car could have easily been moved for them to occupy the space fully.Horrible company. My parents and I are having a hard enough time with the aftermath after this natural disaster. Buyer beware! I prearranged for my dumpster and paid in advance as required. When I arrived to my home after work on Friday, my crew and I were shocked to see that nobody had shown up. So there I was, my group and I ready to clean out a home to move, and no dumpster to work with. I called the number given to me and was told, 'I have no idea what happened, dispatch is closed, billing is also closed and you can call back on Monday, but at least you have someone to tell your problems to!' That really helped. My entire weekend was wasted and I had to call off work Monday and Tuesday to do the job I should have been able to do over the weekend had I chosen a reputable and dependable company. When I called on Monday, the staff was not only unprofessional and hostile, but tried to tell me that I had canceled the dumpster. I'm calling on Monday after getting screwed by your company and also after I canceled??? That doesn't even make sense. No apology, no explanation, no offer to correct the horrible position they put me in.....I did however get hung up on! At that point who wouldn't be hostile back? Wow, I had to put out an additional $400 that I didn't have for another company to deliver to me on Monday and wait for them to return the money they still had. Here it is December and she receives a invoice stating that the load was 5lbs over...All lies so let me get this straight you took a month and a half to send a invoice for $65, for a open dumpster sitting in the elements with roofing tiles and roofing materials in it? If I could give no stars I would. HORRIBLE business and how they run things. Just got charged 45.50 with NO notice of the charge. When I called they had my email address down wrong. Listened to the call and I said it right but when the guy said it back he said Yahoo and I didnt hear that. So they sent the invoice to the WRONG email that I NEVER use and cant even get into now. SO you charge almost 50 bucks for going a little over on weight?!
