Because I believe that people should know and see things for themselves, I have included photos of…read morethe unclean work and damage that the company did. While the owner is a very nice person, she does not stand behind her work and did not compensate me appropriately for poor cleaning services and for damaging my stove from using the wrong type of cleaning supplies (i.e. using stove cleaner on the outside of the stove, which is a rookie mistake that a quality cleaning service employee should know not to do). When I tried to work with Ashley to rectify the poor cleaning, she gave me $50 off of the cleaning services charge of $175. However, she also charged me $200 more for carpet shampooing/cleaning, which was not done well at all! I actually had to pay someone else to go back over her employee's work to clean the carpets properly (see pictures). So, all in all, I lost out on money even after her discount. The most troubling issue, however, is that her or her employee damaged the enamel on my stove (see pictures). Ashley tried to fix it by applying an epoxy, but bought and sprayed the wrong one!! The one she used said on the label, "Flammable. Do not use on stovetops. Rated for heat with a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit." My stove exceeds 500+ degrees Fahrenheit! Plus, she bought a flat paint when my stove is a gloss. So, not only did her company damage the stove, but then she put an epoxy on the stove that wasn't suppose to be used - making the problem worse! However, I gave her ANOTHER CHANCE to fix the situation by getting the right epoxy. On Saturday, February 29th, she was supposed to come with the new epoxy to fix the stove, but she was late! She kept me and my neighbor waiting over an hour and a half. At this point I became fed up with the disrespect and unprofessional service. So, while waiting for Ashley, I text her to say that maybe she should just give me a refund and let me handle the issue. She then responded about 10 minutes later, "Hey, I just turned around after your full refund statement didn't settle well with me so I'm discussing with my business advisor." I was literally shocked after receiving the message. Ashley has not responded to me since Saturday, February 29th, and I had tenants that moved into the house the next day, March 1st to a stove that could not be operated because of what she did and then did not fix. At this point she has left me no choice but to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and/or sue for damages. Very disappointing to have this happen after being referred to her company by a coworker.

I asked if the rate included tax, and it didn't, but Kelly at GT noticed I was a first-time renter and gave me a discount that covered the tax and more. The dumpster was delivered at 8 a.m. on the scheduled day, and it was picked up promptly when the rental ended. Everything was smooth and efficient. Well ... everything was fine except a problem with the dumpster's pin, which controls the latch to open the door. I couldn't figure out how to get the door open, so I emailed Kelly, and -- I'm not exaggerating -- within 5 minutes a GT truck pulled up to fix the problem (which turned out to be jammed pin). It just so happened a truck was in the area, and Kelly diverted it to take care of my issue. This is a first-rate company that's both professional and affordable.
