After having my shirts laundered for more than 10 years, I will NEVER COME BACK. MY 21 year old son brought a couple dozen shirts and a suite for cleaning. He instructed them to LAUNDER the shirts and dry clean the suite. They put 9 of the shirts through at dry cleaning - which cost 4 TIMES MORE. These shirts have been laundered here for years. The person at the counter TOOK ADVANTAGE of my son, who has little experience with this service. THEN when I picked them up, they said their pre-pay count was off and one more short was Dry Clean, not laundry. Dishonest. read more

I used to go to this dry cleaners for many years and after they change the owners I do not recommend. They lost one of my sweater and didn't even replaced it to me and never explained why it was lost. I asked many times and didn't say anything. They didn't dry clean one of my husband sweater they just wash it in water and it shrunk and they still charged me and didn't say anything. As I show in photos one sweater shrunk and the normal size. Same brand and same size look at the photo how they gave it to me and even say sorry. We will replace it. It happened 3 times. 3 sweaters. Not recommend at all. I have a down comforter that was in desperate need of cleaning. It's been stored in a comforter bag under my bed for who knows how long and since cold season is right about now, I finally stopped being lazy and looked into getting it cleaned. I called around first before selecting Budget Cleaners. Couple of reasons why I chose them even after reading yelp reviews :/ They were the closest location and affordable! All of the places I called including Budget said it takes a week to get a comforter cleaned. I dropped my comforter off the day before leaving on a week long vacay thinking "perfect, it'll be ready by the time I get back". Drop off was simple, a bell rings when you walk in and I was tended to pretty quickly. I paid before leaving, was given a receipt to bring back for pick up. 3 days later I got an alert that my comforter was ready for pickup, cool! I was still on vacay at the time so I picked up the day after I got back. My comforter was tagged and ready when I got there. Pick up process was super quick and easy. The comforter looked great and came back in perfect condition! I was happy with the service and timeframe given and will be back for future dry cleaning needs :) read more

Recently got a jacket (also a pair of pants which wasn't damaged) dry cleaned here for a wedding I was attending. The cost was roughly $8 which wasn't bad. It took about 2 days to finish just in time. When i picked up the jacket, I later found out there was $60 stapled to the jacket. The money looked like it was starched so I assumed I had money in one of the pockets. I didn't notice the $ until I got home and the lady who handed me my jacket didn't say nothing. The day of the wedding i was trying on the jacket and notice the flap on top of my outside pocket was totally messed up. It was in shreds as if someone ran it in a blender. So the $60 I assume was to reimburse me for the damage done to my jacket. They didn't even say anything! I won't be coming back and now have to spend more $ on a new jacket. Not happy. To the owner: Instead of trying to defer the problem by saying I must of rated the wrong place, why not address the issue itself? UNRELIABLE AND DOES NOT CARE! I dropped a dress off for a wedding for steaming only on a Thursday and the front desk lady said it will be ready by next Tuesday. The ticket also said next Tuesday. I came in next Wednesday to pick it up. THE DRESS WAS NOT READY OR TO BE FOUND! The lady said "oh it could be ready by Thursday or Friday." The wedding was on that Thursday of the week. This has happened twice to me at this place and lady doesn't seem to care when she apologizes. Shrugs her shoulders like it's no big deal. The ticket and even the lady said "Ready by Tuesday". First time there, and what a terrible experience... They put holes on my sweater. Also the tag was pulled and had torn the sweater. When I took it back to them, they said this is how they received it, and it is probably because my closet has moths. First of all, moths don't eat linen. Second, if you saw holes, you shouldn't have done the job, or got the okay from me before proceeding. He said he never received such instructions!!!! I'm always getting my buttons ruined. They take zero responsibility. It obvious too. Been going here for awhile because they are close to home. Buttons either disappear or get chewed up from their machine. I've had several break in half and when I present it to then they charge me to add a button. Edit: The owner personally talked with me about this review and explained the process. I think that helped me understand that buttons missing happens to all shirts over time. I do not get burned buttons at all, just missing ones. Over the last three years, it probably happened about five times which lead to this review. They ruined a dress I dropped off and then lied about it repeatedly: it was dry cleaned and this is what happens to that type of fabric; it was never drycleaned but they did wash it and that's what happens to this type of fabric; etc etc. The only concession was offering me a credit for the cost of the dry cleaning (as though I would come back). TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The first day I came here, I asked one question -- how are the machines that launder the shirts (laundering shirts is my number one need). The manager said that they have the newest machines. I told him that a different dry cleaner would sometimes break the buttons and he ASSURED me that their machines will not do that. I was like okay, hesitant but figured I'll try them out. Fast forward 3 months, good customer service, text reminders, pretty consistent product. Then I decide to dry clean a few items, including a Michael Kors tie. Items were fine but the tie came back all warped. like it had been stretched, the threading on the tie showed that. I showed that to the owner and the owner said it was IMPOSSIBLE that they did that. He said they'll dry clean it one more time and even then, it was still warped. HE REFUSED to accept any responsibility and that it was me that did this. He did give me a credit for the tie which was half the value. After such a long battle, you think you've won. You've really lost. I used the credit for laundering more shirts. Near the end of the credit, the shirts I got back had broken buttons. Two shirts with one broken button each at different locations. I figure, hey, he'll fix this and we can move on. First, when I showed him the shirts, he said they didn't do it. I was furious. I gave him the shirts fine, and they were in his care so he should take responsibility for them. They still had the tags on so obviously they weren't worn. HE ADAMANTLY said it wasn't his fault. When I showed him the second shirt, he told me "DONT SHIRTS GET OLD?" So he admit it was his fault but it was still my fault cuz the shirt was "old". In order to fix the buttons, he was gonna charge me $2 a button. This was ridiculous. Its like one of those schemes. I give a shirt, he breaks a button, and then charges twice as much to fix. I've been bringing my dry-cleaning, rugs, comforters and sewing needs to them for 4 years and have always had excellent results. Nice staff, and Manager Ken (spelling is different) is totally on top of things. Also, they cost about 1/2 of what others charger for men's shirts (now 1.25 per shirt). Terrible customer service, very rude, and unhappy business owner. Very expensive too. He tried to charge me 30 dollars for hemming my pants and I almost did it. Good thing he was rude so at the last minute I pulled my pants and took them to the neighboring alteration place and they only charge me 18 dollars instead of 30. Stay away from this place. There was 3 pants at 10 a piece and totaling 30 and that same 3 pants is 18 at crow canyon alteration with 100 percent better customer service. You can tell how angry you guys are by responding and calling me confused. I just hope that you learn from this review and change for the better so nobody else get over charged and suffer from your attitude. I know for a fact it wasn't there when i drop it off. I brought it back, spoke to the owner he said there is no way it could've been them. I finally had to stop going here. The business seems to be owned by a Chinese couple. I know this is not a glamor business and the work is hard since she seems to perform many tasks but overall the Chinese lady has never made me feel appreciated to have her business. In fact a couple of times over the years she has been rude and argumenative and I'm not the over demanding A-hole type. Regarding the quality of the service rendered that too has become subpar in my opnion. My shirts used to be more crisp/starched without having to complain. I dropped off some brand new shirts to be pressed and cleaned about a week ago. After getting the shirts back, I noticed there was a small hole in the chest area. Knowing it could not have come from something I did while wearing the shirt (since it had not even been worn or used yet), I took it back with hope that they would compensate me in some way. To my dismay, the owners of the shop denied my claims and told me that I somehow created this hole in the shirt. They also claimed that nothing like this happened in the last 25 years! Excuse me?!? Great service, done in less than two days tops (they will text you to alert ready for pickup, but tell them when you change mobile carriers), dry cleaning reasonably priced and $1.25 for Mens laundered shirts can't be beat! I recently gave them a high end coat to remove tough ring around the collar stains and it was out! Good dry cleaner, you get what you pay for here. I had uniforms cleaned as well as a repair on a pair of pants. My only complaint was I had a shirt with a stain and they didn't get it out. It was left by a hotel iron. I'm not too bothered though, I tossed it in the wash at home and it came out fine. I'm not sure why they couldn't get the stain out, but it's no big deal. read more

Every time I have received all my clothes with no missing buttons or any other issues. I have also tried this place for alterations for my trousers and once for a jean. DO NOT COME HERE! I hate giving negative reviews but I have never been treated so poorly before by an establishment in my life so they really gave me no choice. I dropped off 11 items of clothing a month an a half ago and most of my clothing came back FADED and LOST. I dropped off a Burberry Polo shirt that I had only worn once and it came back with an oil stain and faded, they then proceeded to tell me that it's not possible because they never actually wash the clothes (whatever that means?!) and their excuse for the missing clothing was that they send their clothing to be cleaned at a different facility so that's how it could've been lost. I did not drop it off at a different facility so I expected my clothing to be kept together at the place I dropped it off at and not lost. If you are thinking to yourself "I've been coming here for years and I've only had great experiences" well so did I. I have been coming here for six year however, they recently changed owners and each time I drop my clothing off since the owner change, there has been an issue. I am done giving them chances and I would strongly suggest bringing your clothes somewhere else unless you want faded and lost clothes. read more

If there is ZERO star that is what I would give. Never ever go to this place. They are very dishonest and deceiving. The guy told me it is $15.95 to hem a white dress which will be used as a chemise. The white dress only cost $30. I said yes and left the white dress thinking it is only $15.95. It is even harder to hem a pants than this white dress. When I saw my credit card he charged me $59.95 to hem that white dress. The price of the hemming is twice the cost of the dress. When asked him about the charges he was lying about what he said. What would he gain being very dishonest but he would lose a customer. No one in my family and friends would ever go to this place! This is a very horrible place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.
