I had 2 sports jackets and 1 wool jacket that needed to be cleaned. I'm not really one to need a dry cleaners, but this occasion called for it. It was very short and simple of a transaction. $8 for each jacket and $16 for the wool one, it'll be done in 3 days. The cost wasn't out of the range of what I expected and the interaction with the lady at the front was very quiet but simple. Parking is very plentiful as it's in the same plaza as 99 and other shops/gym. I don't think I have too much of an opinion of this place except that it's just simple no nonsense cleaning, in and out. Pick up was seamless, just gave my phone number with what I'm picking up (with receipt) and I got my stuff. Everything looked good and cleaned. I understand with dry cleaners, there's the risk at times and I was a bit worried with other reviews I've read here... but thankfully my experience was good. Final Thoughts: I personally would be back here when dry cleaning services are needed. read more

Do NOT go to this business. They stained my brand new men's dress shirt. It was very obvious with a big yellow spot the size of a quarter. They apologized saying the driver dropped a few of the dry cleaning on the ground. But they were NOT willing to reimburse me back for the cost of the shirt. Multiple attempts to wash it but it would not come off! Do NOT bring your clothes to this establishment. Terrible customer service. They should go out of business!!!! read more

Never go here again! I brought in 2 silk dresses and a blouse for dry cleaning. There were some oil spots on my blouse and dresses. When I took them back, some oil spots were cleaned from my blouse and dresses but a couple of spots still left. I asked them to redo them and waited for a week to be informed that they would not redo them for me. First of all, as a former business owner of a dry cleaning store, when I tried and was unable to remove stains from customer's garments, I would attach a note to the garment to let the customer know that I had tried but was unsuccessful to clean the stain. In this case, nothing attached to the garment stating that they made an attempt to clean but unsuccessful, and I know for a FACT that the stains were missed during the cleaning process because they are all oil stains from food. This is the first time I tried this cleaner and will not come back. To the owner of this business, please take the responsibility and accountability to do the right things for customers, because it will go a long way. read more

If you like a dry cleaner that damages your clothes, has rude & sullen service, refuses to take responsibility and then blames you for damage they have done to your clothes, this is the place for you. I will never go back here. Examples - (1) Buttons on just about every shirt I have taken here come out broken and have to be replaced. (2) They removed the original sewn-on, branded buttons on the sleeve of a coat after it went through their machine. (3) Damaged a pair of pants I'd dropped off to the point that it looked like someone had put it through a paper shredder and then had the gall to say that I'd brought it there like that. Brought in a brand Essentials hoodie with tags to get cleaned and altered because my dog bit a hole in my package. They fixed the holes as best as they could, was still expecting to see where the holes were of course so that was fine. But one of my letters on my hoodie looks messed up and the fabric around the letter looks faded. And its front and center. If it was one of the side letters it would have been ok i guess. But you can tell the letter looks different from the rest... & i paid $20 for alterations + cleaning , and I received it without the tags luckily i wasnt selling it but if i was I would have liked the tags atleast but i guess if you have to take them off to clean the hoodie that's fine read more

This place has gone completely downhill and is absolutely terrible since ownership has changed Kenwal was the owner, and this place was great. He listened, remembered, and had NEVER had a problem with any special request. He had charged extra therefore, but I was happy to pay him as the work and service/communication was quality. Not only have the prices increased (which is not disclosed or posted) but the quality of the cleaning had dropped tremendously. I have had 6 or 7 re-dos in the past few months due to my clothes smelling like they have not been cleaned, and due to stains remaining on the items that were "cleaned." The stains are left on the clothes CONSISTANTlY. They just press it, still DIRTY, wrap it in plastic and return to the customer as if we don't notice. Silly tactic, as most people only take their nicest clothes to the dry cleaners. ALWAYS check your items before you leave this place. NEVER have I picked up clothes that smelled like sweat or that were stained and pressed after Kenwal and his team were through with them, and I had a much more active job then prior to the one I have now. When addressing it at pick up I am told that that's how they clean here, as clients aren't charged for stain removal, so stains get by passed therefore. BS. Today's experience for me was the straw that broke the camel's back. I came to pick up my clothes which I thought were ready after I was told a month ago that my clothes were not ready when they said they would be, due to the clothes still being dirty and smelling, and that they were picked up by the owner and taken to the Oakland location for a more thorough cleaning. At least they listened when I asked them to smell my clothes, and to not return it to me dirty for the 7th time. My clothes has been in their possession over a month, that I had paid for upfront. I had received a text message on Monday that my clothes were ready, and on Friday(today) when I came to pick them up I was initially told that the clothes may not be here as soon as I walked up and greeted- as if this is now the normal process. I had gotten upset, as I have had to purchase a couple of new work outfits due to them not having my clothes ready for so long- and had told the emoyee that this type of service doesn't work for me and I expect a phone call when something like this happens. She then went into the back to call the owner, and VOILA- my clothes appeared, with 4 items still missing. I had asked for a 50% discount on the clothes that I had not been charged for- and the employee told me that "I can talk to the owner about that." How about no?! I am not going to pay again, and hope that the owner is in a good mood and choses to do the right thing after the fact. She had said and I quote "The order that is paid for, you can talk to the owner about a refund- but the one you are picking up you WILL pay me for!" In a commanding tone. I replied that the maximum that I am willing to pay due to my experience and the quality of the work done is 50%. She had then walked in the back to call the owner. She then told me that the owner is expecting full payment, but will give me an insulting 10% off next time I come. Knowing that there absolutely will not be a next time, I refused the counter-offer and stuck to my guns on the 50%. She then went in the back again, as if we are at a used car dealership to call the owner back. Another employee then came out to tell me that the owner "said that I need to pay full price" to which I had replied No. She then told me that "It's my own body odor that makes my clothes smell after their cleaning process and thats why there are re-do's, and that she's "Not going to tell me anything else- and if I want to take my clothes that she can't tell me othwrwise." I had then asked for the owners phone number so I can speak with her directly to put an end to the used-car-dealership style communication and secretive phone calls from the back office, to which she had responded "We don't give out our owners information." Of course you don't! Because if you did half of you wouldn't be working there. I grabbed my things, that were short 4 items and had requested that the owner calls me directly to sort this situation out. This is a place of business in Dublin, not the streets for you guys to be speaking to customers this way. Especially in a tough economy in which you are not providing an essential service. ESPECIALLY when the customer is wronged by terrible service, poor quality cleaning, and not a word of communication to at least save the trip and the $7/gallon gas it takes to come down to your location when the clothes aren't ready. Stay clear of this place folks, if you expect professional help, cleaning, and communication. I will be replacing the 4 missing as I will not be holding my breath for the owner to call and to wait longer, given it's been over a month. Definitely taking mine and my wife's business elsewhere. read more

Disappointed again! I tried this place in the past and thought I would try them again. They are under new ownership and although prices are good their service is lacking. This time I dropped off dry cleaning and alterations. I had a jacket that I wanted patches sewn onto the jacket. They couldn't give me a price so asked that I leave jacket with patches and they would call me. I get a call four days later that it would cost $10 per patch and to call and let them know if I wanted to have seamstress do or not. I call the phone number on my receipt and it's a non working phone number. I looked up phone number on Yelp and same number. So I decided to go to the cleaners four days later from the call to pick up my dry cleaning and jacket. I told the lady that $10 per patch was more than I wanted to pay so I will just take my jacket. They tell me that the jacket was not there and the seamstress did the work and I need to pay $60. We go back and forth about I want my jacket and I ask them to call the seamstress to bring my jacket on Saturday morning because I needed my jacket. The employee is arguing with me that they left a message for me and although they have no working number it was my fault for not looking at my caller identification to see the number to call them back. I explain to her that I did give the approval to move forward with the patches to be sewn. I ask for the manager she tells they are not available to speak with me. I ask her to call the manager so I can explain and she said 'No'. I ask her call the seamstress she tells me she's not available and lives in Tracey. The employee who made the decision to tell the seamstress to move forward finally admits she made the mistake and tells me I would have to pay to have patches removed or I tell her how much would I be willing to pay. I agree to $30 and she agrees to pay Lisa the seamstress the remaining $30 out of her own pocket. I returned on Saturday and my jacket was there. This will the last time I do business with Budget Cleaners! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE/AVOID THIS PLACE! Terribly disorganized to the point they loose your clothes and then blame the outsourced cleaning provider. They make no adjustments to your bill after all the aggravation and repeated trips to pick them up. They frankly deserve ZERO STARS! read more

Echoing the other reviews about ruined clothes and gaslighting. They ruined a dress I dropped off and then lied about it repeatedly: it was dry cleaned and this is what happens to that type of fabric; it was never drycleaned but they did wash it and that's what happens to this type of fabric; etc etc. The only concession was offering me a credit for the cost of the dry cleaning (as though I would come back). Skip this place and find another cleaners that won't ruin your clothing and then lie about it. read more
