Despite some of the prices, other stuff is great value, and they have excellent service, judging by what we received on the only occasion we've been in here. The staff is friendly and you can see they work hard so treat them nice---they're helpful and accommodating (hope it stays that way). Every Thursday is when the new stock comes in. They give 15% off coupons on their rewards program. I take a trip there weekly to discover great bargains--especially on books, toys and food! I said few months ago but it's been almost 5 months, maybe six since the restrooms first became out of order and nothing has been done about them since they still today remain out of order. It's pretty sad you go in and knowing they have restrooms is good just in case you need 1 but thinking they must be fixed by now and 6 months later it seems like their just not going to repair them at all. I am disabled in a wheelchair and I rely on bathrooms everywhere I go and when I go in there hoping by now the restrooms will be back up and running and they're still not. I just don't go anymore. If I want to go to Ollie's I will go to Plymouth or Woonsocket. They have nice restrooms there and if they're ever out of order, they're back up and running within a few days. Not like Seekonk. Pretty disgusting if you ask me and could also be considered a health hazard there. Surprise the inspectors haven't been in there yet.

Let me be very clear: this company should not be trusted in your home. The installers were careless and caused visible damage to my property during installation, and instead of owning it, they completely avoided responsibility. No accountability, no professionalism--just excuses. Even worse, when I tried to address the issue, I was treated like I was making it up. There were no time-stamped photos provided to prove the damage existed prior, yet they still tried to deny everything. It's insulting and unacceptable. I was able to provide them time-stamped photos of all the damage immediately after install. Because of their negligence, I had to pay out of pocket to have a painter come back and fix the damage they caused. Why should a paying customer be stuck cleaning up after "professional" installers? This wasn't just inconvenient--it was stressful, costly, and a complete waste of my time. If you're going through Lowe's, be warned: this is the level of service you may get from their contracted installers. I expected professionalism and respect for my home and got the exact opposite. I would strongly advise anyone considering Four Seasons Carpet to go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache, the damage, and the extra expenses.
