This is everybody's least favorite company in the area. Everything from the unfriendly older woman…read morewho runs it to the high prices on 75% of it. Her prices are unreal And often higher than sold comps on eBay. I understand that some higher end items should be priced accordingly, but she looks them up on eBay and bases price on what people are asking for the item and not what an item sells for, like a professional would do. I could ask $1,450 for a bag of vintage dog sh!t but if nobody buys it at that price, that's not it's value. If only she realized this. Also, she not friendly and most estate sale goers in the area stay clear of her sales or go there at the very end, because that's the only time she'll discount her ridiculously inflated prices. If you're considering hiring her, do your homework and look for the best company to represent your estate. Her photos in the listing are consistent with the quality of 1997 flip phone photos. She repeats photos a half a dozen times and hasn't a clue how to display in an attractive manner. I've read she has 30+ years experience. Just because you've worked in a field for 30+ years doesn't mean you know what you're doing or you perform it well. Just my opinion of this company. It's the last on my list of companies in the area to go to and if you chat with others in line, that is pretty much the word on the street with this company. Overall rating is a D.

Went to my first estate ladies sale in Cranston on Longview Drive 4/24. The owner was extremely…read morerude and not welcoming at all. The man was the same. They had a sign in sheet that allowed you inside the home but no notification of the sign in sheet. When I approached the driveway I was immediately barked at by the blonde lady saying "we don't open til 8am!" I said ok, I was just getting In line! She barked again at me saying "well you're not getting inside the home until you sign your name on the sign up sheet!" I was so taken aback I quietly said umm ok. I asked her how the process worked and she said "we will let you in when we open and the house is small so you need to wait in line." I simply replied oh ok, well this is my first time here jeez. So at 8am she informed us that her worker was stuck in traffic and would be 10-15 mins late and "there is nothing I can do about it, so you are all going to have to wait!" She was so rude I felt I was at the DMV. She was only waiting for her coworker to as she put "guard the jewelry lot!" That was mind you In the garage thrown in boxes! So instead of accommodating those customers who were not interested in the jewelry lot she and her male counterpart could have let the rest inside the house! But nope, we waited. So unprofessional. Why should customers wait for your employee to show up! Hire better employees who plan accordingly. I am not sure who takes the pictures of the items and posts them but omg they are awful! Out of focus, poorly lit, and repeated over and over again which is unnecessary. Of If I had hired this company to represent my "estate" I would expected better quality photos. I would have been extremely disappointed as to how my property was represented. This business needs to advertise its properties better than it does. No word on Facebook Information, their Instagram page hasn't been updated since October of 2025!!! At first I thought it was only me they felt this lady and gentlemen were rude but everyone and I mean everyone in line were telling me that "this is how they are!" I was shocked! I also can't believe what I am reading in other comments on this business! There is no way that this information is accurate based on my experience this week. I would not recommend this business to represent my estate or my loved one's estates simple because of how unwelcoming her and her staff are. Their website is so poorly done and extremely outdated. If they want to be successful they need to update their social media accounts and take photos of business and if appropriate the estates they are representing. They also need to not write in all capital letters-if extremely off putting. I don't even know how to locate upcoming sales because of the poor website and its accessibility. There isn't even an email like customers could sign up for to receive valued information on upcoming sales. The estate ladies- you can do a whole lot better!

They hurry through packing up your items and only photographed them the first time they came to my house. They gave me a "sloppy" and often not accurate list of our items only the first time. When I called recently they said that someone would call me back. They didn't. Some of our best items were not shown on any of the auction photos or a list of our items. Some of our items were shown in a lot that was not ours. Upon first meeting with Steve Fusco I found him very nice and personable. He said that they would take 25% commission which turned into 35% with the first transaction. After my meeting with Steve everything went downhill from there. I put my trust in their company because they were strongly recommended by another auctioneer who is very close to my family , and a business associate of our deceased mother. My heart is broken. In addition to purchasing on the spot, buyers were invited to submit bids for items they were interested in purchasing at a lower price if the items remained. Mid afternoon on Saturday, Ms. Lindsay called me to say my bid had been accepted on an item, and that it was mine if I still wanted it. I replied yes, and she said, then it's yours. I said I'd come to pick it up shortly. Not five minutes later, Ms. Lindsay called me back to say she had just sold the item to someone who was willing to pay more. I understand the purpose of such a sale is to make as much money as possible for the estate owners, but after you've reached a gentleman's sales agreement with a client, it's rather appalling that you renege. Disappointed.
