You are able to drop off larger or multiple finds at the front and they will wrap it for you when you are ready for check out ( so you don't have to carry it all through the store ) . They are also very patient when having to unlock one of the cases. The downstairs area offers bigger furniture pieces , more booths , and plenty of books . They recently added more of a coffee shop ( or how we like to call it boyfriend drop off center ) with chairs , books , chess, and other activities as another way to pass the time . I've had their iced lattes before and those are very good . The affogato was incredible again on the sweet side but it balances well with the espresso.
