As my husband is disabled, Keith spent a great deal of time with me helping me selecting the right type of carpeting. He knows his stock and is very personable. He arranged for someone to come out and measure the rooms and this person was on time and very cordial. Keith then called me with the price and when the carpets were ready arranged for them to be installed. The Installers did a wonderful job despite having to navigate the heavy furniture. I am very please with every aspect of this transaction and will highly recommend them.

I found a beautiful rug I just had to get. I called and spoke to Edy who was a pleasure to talk to and assured me that rug was in stock. I went in that next morning and there it was in all its beauty and from Roz ,the owner, another pleasure ,learned of its pedigree and closed out the deal-no bait and switch here. It is truly beautiful and my wife thinks the same. So thanks to Roz and Edy for getting me across the finish line. In a very real sense, the product being sold was beauty-it just happened to be in a rug.

We got other quotes but I was convinced that Greg understood the job better than others. Much to my surprise, Paramount's quote was significantly less than our other quote. I think this might be because the other company had to sub out the installation. Greg allocated two and maybe even a third day for installation. But as it turned out they were able to have a much bigger crew and get the job done in only one day (I think...I wasn't there) I do see that there are three unhappy reviews here on on Yelp, and that there are only four total. I find this surprising. I work with lots of vendors and I feel I'm a good judge of talent and trustworthiness. All of my interactions with Greg and Paramount supported my instincts. So I feel confident in recommending Paramount.
