After just a couple of days, I tried to return my order, unopened, in full cartons, with a sales receipt, and purchase tile in a different color. I fully understood that I would be charged a 15% restocking fee. The salesperson told me when I purchased the tile that it was "in stock" and coming from their NY warehouse. When I tried to return it though, the store manager told to me it was a "Special Order" and the sale was final. How is something coming from your own warehouse a special order? Sound like B.S. to me! Buy your tile someplace else. The big box stores let you return single tiles, in opened cartons and with or without a sales receipt and there is no restocking fee, period!
