Simply Budget Bikes is the worst business experience I've ever had in my life and i'm 49 years old!!! Do not Shop at Budget Bikes the 4 wheelers are not assembled well and the whole sale dealer is a racist con-man who changes the prices according to your skin color! I don't wanna go in to detail but all i'll say is I paid $1625 for a New 4 wheeler in April that still does not work properly as of May 26, 2020. I bought my son a four wheeler in early April, it broke down a week later I took it back to budget bike for repairs and the RAceSIST owner kept it for 4 more weeks with detached muffler along with a bunch of other broken or non assemble parts. I'm a very humble man but this guy was sarcastic and arrogant after I paid him and held my four wheeler hostage until i became someone I didn't want to be. I never want to affect another mans pockets but this guy is a horrible con man and you will lose buying from him. He actually told me when I ask to pick up my four wheeler that i couldn't because hes on his big boat with his wife. I wouldn't buy a pet rock from this place for a penny...I letm charge me over the phone, 2 weeks later still no bike and also going to need another 1000$...or I could get a refund...needless to say a month later no refund just excuses and discrepancies on things being said. I purchased a "red batman go-cart" from this establishment on 8-24-2013 When I purchased it, I was instructed by Steve Keene, the owner, to change the factory oil that was in the machine after about the first few hours of use with either 20w-50 oil or with 10w-40 Castrol Synthetic oil. I immediately did exactly what he told me to do and changed the oil that day after my daughter drove the machine for a while. After the go-cart began smoking excessively and stopped operating about 6 weeks later (I checked the oil level everytime before she drove it), I delivered the go-cart back to Budget Bikes on 10-26-2013 to be repaired according to the published and written warranty. Steve told me that warranty work took priority and that he should be contacting me within 4 to 5 days. I received no call from Budget Bikes. I repeatedly call them and Steve always tells me "I'll call you right back". He has never called me back for over a month now. I've called him at least twice a week. Sometimes three times a week. It is clear that my request for repair has been ignored. I will be filing a civil law suit against Budget Bikes in Brazoria County unless he makes it right very quickly. read more

Unfortunately I did not read yelp before purchasing a motorcycle from this business. Anyway, I purchased a motorcycle in June of 2014, and from day one I asked the business to provide me with a maintenance schedule or a handbook. To this day I have not received that. But that is not really the problem. I found out the bike is a copy of the Honda CRF230 and so I maintained it according to Honda's schedule, in fact I changed oil more often. Nonetheless on Oct 26th, after driving a total of 1000 miles, the bike broke down to the point that it had to be towed back and was subsequently delivered to Budget Bikes on Oct 28. Now is December 19th and so far I have not gotten my bike back, and the only statement I have heard from them was that their "Service Department" is not in. Whatever that means for 2 months. But the best is still to come. Usually the state of Texas allows for about 3 weeks to have the tax slip and the title to be delivered. We are now almost at month seven and I still have not received neither the tax slip or a title. To me this very much smells like the textbook case of fraud, because now I am out of my AND my bike. I am in the process of unleashing holy hell upon this business with everything I can. My next step will be to press fraud charges with the state and the tax office may also be interested. I can only warn everybody to NOT buy at this location, no matter how good they lie, because basically thats what it is. The moment they open their mouth a lie is going to come out. If you are like me and have already purchased, my advice is again, to NOT believe whatever they say, do everything in writing, they are not good in that and take them to court as soon as you can. I am in the process of preparing a lemon law case against them. quite frankly I do not believe there will be many judges understanding that a new vehicle breaks down at 1000 miles and is then not repaired by the seller. Took my 10 month old UTV for repairs and it was stolen the first night. I have a police report that it was turned in the next morning. He did not contact us and I called him 3 or 4 days later and he told me it had been stolen and he lied about the date saying it just happened that day. It was recovered a week or two later and was torn up badly. He kept it for 9 months and never did anything to repair any of it. We moved it and insurance took over and worked on it for another year and then totaled it. All we asked of him was to pay the $500.00 deductible for the insurance and never saw a penny. Police suggested we sue him. This is a horrible place. Avoid at all costs. read more

0/5 star experience for me. When I first called Steve he was very helpful, helping me to select a 125cc for my son for a Christmas present. This was the week after thanksgiving. I was told that I could pick up the bike on 12/11 and it would be ready to go. I had already put a $300 deposit down on the bike. Since 12/11, I called them every day and left voicemails, sent emails, etc. Never once did anyone return my call. When I finally called for the 20th time I got a TEXT MESSAGE from Steve saying "it's here, but it's not assembled". But Steve assured me it would get done before Christmas. This morning, 12/23, I woke up to a TEXT MESSAGE telling me that the bike shipments were delayed because of Covid and the issues in California... so now I find out that not only is the bike not ready, it was never there to begin with! I was very patient and I do realize holidays are crazy especially with Covid happening. But this is no way to run a business. Extremely disappointed and I will NEVER do business with them again. Now I'm just impatiently waiting on my refund for the deposit, but truthfully I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't refund me because he's that dishonest. Now I'm calling around frantically trying to find a 125cc in stock, and when I shared my story people knew who I was talking about without me mentioning his name. I really hope people research their type of purchase before buying from budget bikes. They have a Lack of integrity, and lack of respect for the hard earned dollar that you invested on your purchase from this place! If you can imagine taking your car into the shop for a minor repair, and then having them catch it on fire, to the point of barely maintaining it's structural integrity. then he charges you labor for catching it on fire with the gasoline, and matches. This best describes Budget Bikes Service Department! My Daughters Go-kart spent 40 days in budget Bikes Service Graveyard! I waited 40 days for a $15 part that was not replaced until I arrived to pick it up. I spent 8hrs. trying to bring it back to the condition I dropped it off before my daughter witnessed the condition it was in. This man is the slum lord of A TV sales! read more

On 11/27/2015 I made a $200 deposit what was being advertised as a 200CC engine go kart from Budget Bikes in Alvin TX. While I was on the phone with Steve Keene, the owner, I explained to him that this go kart was a gift for my children and that I would be at his location in one week to pick up the go kart. On 12/4/2015 my wife and I physically drove down from Georgetown TX to Alvin TX (3.5 hour drive each way) to pick up the go kart. Upon arrival to budget bikes in Alvin the go kart was not at budget bikes and Steve was at his "warehouse picking up the go kart" according to the employee working the counter. After waiting for 20 minutes, Steve shows up with a go kart. My wife and I went outside of the store to look at the go kart and my wife noticed that there were scratches on the ignition and side tubing of the go kart so she asked Steve if this was a used go kart. Steve replied that the go kart was new and that the scratches were from the shipment process and that the scratches are a typical issue he deals with regularly. After we looked at the go kart we went back inside the store and I paid the balance of $1933.93, we then went outside and loaded the go kart. Upon arriving to our home we noticed that the go kart did not have the keys in the ignition so I called Steve and asked where the keys were. Steve replied that he had forgotten to give us the keys, owners manual, and tools that came with the go kart. Steve then said that he would overnight these items to me in Georgetown. At the time of our conversation it was 20 minutes till 5 PM on 12/4/2015 and I told him that there was no way I would get these items by the following day, he stated that his wife was en-route to the post office and that he would call me back. Steve calls me back at around 6 PM and states that his wife had overnighted the items and gave us the tracking number. After looking up the tracking number on the USPS website it clearly showed that the items were not overnighted and we did not receive the keys and owners manual (tools were never sent) until Monday afternoon 12/7/2015. At this point we finally have the keys and owners manual. After reading the paperwork on the go kart it stated that it was a 170CC engine and not a 200CC engine as listed online and on the bill of sale. I then called Steve to confront him on the size of the engine, he was silent on the phone and had no comment on the fraud he had committed. On the online add Steve has on his website: http://www.budgetatvsandgokarts.com/Go_Karts.html , not only did it state that the go kart was a 200CC engine but also that children ages 12 to adult can operate the go kart which is also a fraudulent statement as the owners manual and a sticker on the floor board of the go kart state that "NEVER operate this vehicle if you are under the age 16." Steve has now changed his website to show the exact same picture as before with the same verbiage but listed as a 170CC engine. Bottom line I returned the Go Kart after it only ran for 2 hours and then would not start. After seeing all of the complaints on yelp I wish I would have checked this business out prior to wasting my time and money on such an inept self professed place of business. read more

This is actually our very first YELP post. We're not much for writing comments, but our experience with budget bikes inc. got us fired up so we created an account just to warn others about this "business". Long story short.. we spent our entire Saturday waiting on THEM to purchase a Virago. Long story, full version.... owner of the shop was very friendly. We were to purchase a Virago, for the asking price, in which he was advertising for the original owner. The shop owner said he'd give us a call to pick it up that evening or the next morning, at the latest. Later that night, we get a call confirming a morning pick up. 11am the next morning, still no call, so we called him. Apparently he was having a "cow problem", which was why we received no phone call. We are pretty understandable people, but it would have been nice to receive a notice earlier especial when told us that the original owner of the bike could not make it down to the shop with the title until 3pm. So not only did we have to cancel our late morning plans, we had to cancel our entire Saturday plans..and it's a good thing too (but I'll get to that shortly). At 12:30pm, we get another call.." We're going to go ahead and charge the battery for you". Why didn't they do this last night, when they knew we were going to be purchasing the bike?! So we told them "...ok...we are still waiting on you guys and have been all morning." At this point, we started looking on the internet for other bikes. 2:30pm rolls around and we get a call again from the owner. "I'm not going to be able to make it, but my wife will be there. She's leaving now so you guys can start heading this way." (We are a 30 minute drive away from them via freeway). "Ok, we're leaving now." 3pm, we get there and the "mechanic" rolls out the Virago and gives it a start. "Now, there's a few things I need to point out to you, because she's kind of sensitive." Ok....so he tells us everything we need to know, turns it off, and tries to start it again. Nothing. He does this for a solid 10 minutes, and obviously floods the engine. During this time, we look at each other, doubting the mechanic's abilities, and begin to change our minds about purchasing the Virago. We talk about it, and we both decide that this IS the bike we want...we'll just wait it out a little longer. The owner of the bike makes it to the shop at 3:30pm on his own bike with his wife. He forgot the title. So he goes back home with his wife to grab the title. The Virago still isn't working, and the "mechanic" can't figure out why. We have a pretty good idea as to why it isn't, so we give him a few tips. Sure enough, it starts. But the carburetor still isn't synched (which was what they were working on all last night and that morning) and we can see some other problems. The plug wire coming from the coil wasn't even connected to the plug. We didn't want him messing with the bike any more than he already has so we make an appointment with Yamaha to do some maintenance on the bike. 5pm rolls around. The bike FINALLY is running, and the owner FINALLY shows up with the title. The wife of the shop owner says, "alright are we ready to purchase the bike?" and we tell her, yes, but not for the asking price since it is clear there are other problems with the bike. She then interrupts us and says "Well, we have a second buyer, so..." .... "Fine! Sell the bike to the second buyer. THANKS FOR WASTING OUR ENTIRE DAY". That was all that was said. We had waited on them since the night before, all morning, and then all afternoon for the "mechanic" to get the bike running. After it CLEARLY had some problems (which was not advertised to us. They said the Virago was in great running condition). It needed new plug wires, valves needed adjusting, seals on exhaust system to fix exhaust leaks, carburetors cleaned and synchronized and that was going to cost us $800 from Yamaha. In summary, the "mechanic" is anything but. The shop owner apparently seems to have a Cow business with a bike problem. The wife's only concern was money. And the original owner of the bike seemed to care less whether or not he sold the bike. We waited on them, left with nothing, cancelled our entire day's plans. Worst experience we've ever had with ANY kind of business. If it isn't obvious, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE! read more

These guys have been great for my family, the bikes they sell are very reliable and the kids have a BLAST on them! Other manufacturers wanted four times more for what? The bikes have run great for the last almost two years and the one time one of the ATVs wouldn't start they had the parts righ there in the shop. These are good people I recommend them. read more

First off, if I could give this poor excuse of a business a no star I would. My husband found this place on the internet and read the reviews and against his better judgement he took the go kart he bought from our neighbor for our kids there back in September. After paying the $50 estimate fee we were set to have it fixed, or so we thought. My husband was told it needed a new motor but not to worry, that they had a used one for $250 and it wouldn't take long. He called the middle of October and was told the used motor didn't fit or could not be used but that they found a new one in Dallas for $200. Yes a new and bigger motor for $50 less. My husband wasn't sure why the new one was cheaper than the used one they had at the shop. I guess the price of getting screwed was $50. My husband paid the $200 so they could order the motor and install it. We called the first week of November to check the status of the kart and were told it needed new brakes but could not get a price of what it was going to cost because they were not sure which part was needed the master cylinder or the complete system, but not to worry because the part was at the "warehouse" and they could have it in a couple of days. We called back the week of Thanksgiving and were told they had the part and it would be ready for pick up before Thanksgiving, what a joke. We were still never told what the cost of the part was or how much the labor for putting the new motor on the kart. My husband called again the middle of December and if you haven't already notice a trend here we had to call them to get a status. I guess their phones don't dial out or maybe because our area code is 432 they can't call long-distance. My husband was told they would be replacing the master cylinder but didn't have a cost yet and would hear back soon. Marco called the 26th of December and asked for an update from Steve, I'm guessing maybe some guy off the street answering the phones because anyone trying to keep a small business afloat would NEVER talk to a paying customer the way Steve did. My husband was told he needed to understand they do 40 percent of their business during November and December and they didn't have time to get our go kart fixed because of the amount of volume they do. Mind you they had this go kart since September. After Steve was done yelling at Marco, my husband requested to have the kart put back together and ready for pick up on Friday afternoon. We didn't care if it was running or not, we were done with this P.O.S. shop. An hour later Steve called my husband and apologized for getting upset with him and that he had been very busy and was stressed. Marco just told him to have the go kart back together and ready for pick on Friday and that we were done with them. Marco and our 8 year old daughter went Friday afternoon to pick up the kart, it did have a new motor installed but the complete brake system was thrown on the floorboard uninstalled. Marco asked the attending thug why it was not put back together as he had been instructed on Wednesday. He was told that he didn't have to put that motherf****r back together and every other excuse in the book as to why it wasn't put back together . Understand he does this in front of our 8 year old. My husband calls and asks me to call the Alvin Police Department The thug tells Marco to load the piece of crap into our truck, Marco and our daughter load it up, he returns to let him know there is a balance and Marco makes it very clear where he can put that balance and how fast he can shove it up there. During this time the thug runs and closes the gate and locks it. Marco asked him why he was being detained and what gave this thug the right to falsely imprison him and our daughter. He had not comment and still wouldn't open the gate. A short time later the police officers arrived and had them explain what was going on. After a while he was told to open the gate and allow them to leave with our NOT fixed go kart. Marco was told we could face civil actions for not paying the balance of the labor, bottom line we paid $250 for a new motor and a go kart that still doesn't work. As Marco and our daughter were leaving the zoo of a shop the thug walked up to his truck and apologized for his actions and the way he talked to them and language he used. So I guess when you apologize for how you talk to someone and falsely imprison them it makes it ok. NEWS FLASH Ricky Bobby it doesn't. Sorry this review was so long but if it keeps just one customer away from this joke of an establishment then it was worth it. Please do your research before purchasing any motorized vehicle from Budget Bikes, Inc. Also, record any conversation and keep very detailed records. My husband and I spend a little over $2,000 on a go-kart for our daughters for Christmas in December 2012. The go-kart broke and was taken in for service in March 2013. After three personal visits to the business, and multiple phone calls we still do not have a repaired go-kart in our possession and it is now 2015. It has become a he said/she said battle as the business owner claims we left the go-kart with no contact for two years. His own records show that is not the case, yet he stands by his statement that it is our negligence. In hindsight, we should have done research, and spent more money on a quality product from a business with good customer service. read more

Bought a gokart for my 12 year old a few years ago. Didn't really have any major issues with it. Needed some routine maintenance and parts replacement every now and then, but the kids ran that thing until it was out of gas most of the time, so we had to replace the fuel filter. Let it sit for a while so had to put new gas in the tank and do a carb clean (ie: routine maintenance); but it ran really well. Never had problems getting someone on the phone or ordering parts. Only issues we had were our own. Really grateful for the experience we had. Hoping to purchase from there again and get the same experience. read more

Terrible place to fix your bike. I am posting this review about the service department only. For all I know sales may be great but I really really want to warn people about servicing their motorcycle here. This place just cost me $500 out of pocket. A year ago, after long storage my bike would not start and needed basic maintenance like carb cleaning and oil change. This place was the cheapest and also offered to come pick up the bike at no cost since I could not start it. It took a while to get the bike back, probably 3 weeks or maybe longer from what I recall but that is not even why I am unhappy. After they worked on the bike it did start which is better than before but just today I went to sell it at a Yamaha dealer. After they inspected the bike they discovered that some gaskets were not put together properly which was causing a slow leak. They said this would only happen after an oil change or carb cleaning. Also, there were some tubes (forgot what they called them) that were completely disconnected and they showed it to me. Pretty much my bike was running on just 1 cylinder. The certified Yamaha tech said that who ever worked on it had no idea what they were doing and to fix all the mistakes it cost me since they deducted the service charges from my buy back. No one else performed service on my bike other than Budget. I wish I have discovered this sooner but unfortunately I don't know much about motorcycles mechanics and did not use it much at all after servicing it. Please think twice before servicing your bike here because it may cost you more in the long run when you have to fix the mistakes. read more

As there has been some negative feedback sent to my personal email (that is not linked to yelp) regarding my personal feelings regarding this establishment, I am re-writing my review as I am being notified that apparently I might be sued should I keep my original opinion up. My personal opinion is that I do not feel this is an establishment that I personally would ever return to. Nor would I be allowed to since I received an email stating that I was banned after I had contacted the BBB regarding my experience. As one can see, there are no acts of slander or libel, just personal opinion. A scooter was purchased for me from this dealership. After 2 weeks I never wanted to go back to this place but circumstances didn't allow that. My gas gauge never worked. I was told shaking the bike would free the gauge. Although they offered to check out the issue, repeated incompetence over 2 months regarding the overall purchase Helped me make the decision to pay a mechanic to look at it for the gauge and due to incompetence just check the bike out since I had no confidence in this company. Yes the gauge was stuck and shaking it would not fix it. Overall no major issues just some missing screws on the frame and screws not the correct size on parts of the bike. But I guess you get what you pay for, right? Honestly the cheap pricing isn't worth the headache of dealing with this place. They don't care about the customer at all. And any issue will be deflected and somehow be made to be the customers fault. It was worth spending money elsewhere on a mechanic just to avoid the headaches this place has caused. Took TWO months to complete my purchase and tons miles and gas driving to and from this place. This is a VERY poorly run business and I suggest you look elsewhere for any purchase. read more

After reading all the reviews for this business, I feel it's necessary to write my own review. About a year ago I was referred to Budget Bikes to purchase a 4 wheeler for my then 7 yr old son. When I went into the store there were quite a bit to choose from, and frankly I was a little overwhelmed since I really didn't know much about the 4 wheelers. I told the owner what I was looking for and he recommended a 125cc Coolster. It has power and small enough for my son to handle. Christmas came and my son got his 4 wheeler, he rides that thing every day for hours on end. Recently it stopped working, (the longest week for my son) I took to google to figure out what could it be. It wouldn't turn over just clicking. I charged the battery for 2 days and still nothing... Just the clicking. I kept reading the solenoid could cause this, or the starter. I took the starter apart and checked the chain and made sure it moved freely, still nothing, so I called Budget Bikes and explained what was going on and what I had tried. He had a solenoid in stock so I went to pick it up. (An hour drive) Got home and nothing... Called back and asked if I could just bring it in. So on the following Saturday I showed up at 10 am, his shop was pretty busy delivering ATVs, he asked his parts guy to come check my 4wheeler out and maybe it's a quick fix. We found it to be the battery. I was able to exchange the solenoid and get a battery. Once we got home and switched the battery out, the 4 wheeler cranked right up and my son was back riding around the neighborhood! Long story short.... I've had nothing but great service from this shop and I'd recommend and have recommended Budget Bikes to my friends to purchase any ATV. read more

I can tell you first hand that this place is a joke. I made the mistake of buying two dirt bikes from him. He promises you ease of warranty, ease of parts replacement and ease of work if needed. I can honestly tell you that he doesn't stand by any of it at all. He acts all sincere and tells you he'll check the warehouse for parts....and you never hear from him again. I've given him plenty of chances to help me get the parts replaced on the bikes....and it's the same result every time. Leaves you with no choice but to search for the parts yourself but the problem is that the bikes aren't a name brand. That's ok and all....but I need to be able to replace parts. I would never recommend any one to buy anything from him.... And will do my best to educate everyone of his poor service. I should have known to stay away when I walked in the place. read more

Where shall I begin about Steve & Budget Bikes in Alvin, TX. We purchased a go cart for our girls in June 2013, by July 2013 the go cart was taken back to the shop due to bolts falling off, muffler was lose and it was making a strange noise. We were told it would take a couple of wks for the repairs, it has been 6 months and our go cart is still not fixed! We have called numerous times, not only to the shop repairs dept but to Steves cell phone (by the way he does not appreciate) to get some answers as to why its taking over 6 months to repair what in my opinion are NOT major issues. I have heard every excuse in the book. "MY MECHANIC CUT HIS FINGER OFF" , I AM BACKED UP, I DON'T HAVE A MECHANIC ON DUTY" WE Were closed from November-December, I was on vacation, etc... We went by the shop last wk around near closing time to speak in person with Steve because of all the times we have called all he would ever say is, I will call you right back... That Never Happens... how can you continue to run a business with no customer service skills, no mechanic on duty, and no personal skills! We paid well over 2200 dollars for this go cart and we can't even enjoy it. We were told that on Wednesday 01/22 our go cart would be ready to come by Thursday to pick it up we called before heading out and of course the mechanic on duty told my husband it had not been repaired. Between my phone records and those of my husband we counted a total of 100 calls made to budget bikes between July 2013 to date. Our Plans are to file a Civil Suit against Budget Bikes and to inform the public NOT TO BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. Anyone else on here want to join us in this suit, let me know! read more

Save yourself the money and the time! Seeing what my parents are dealing with him I would never. The damn thing falls apart to easily. It says off road but try to drive it off road (yard, ditches, sand dunes) and something always falls off. Mainly the battery we've had to replace it twice because the go kart stays on when the battery detaches and u don't realize it's gone until u try to go start it again. The warranty ain't about nothing. When I went with my mom to talk about the go kart before they bought it I asked a lot of questions and he said if anything breaks or messes up bring it in and we will fix it no problem. So we took it in and he was supposed to contact us if we had to pay anything extra. So my parents called him maybe a month or so later and he says they have to pay $300....what the hell?! It's been maybe six months and they just picked it up today. I guess there was no rush n getting it for it to break again within a month and have to go right back to c him and pay more money. Sad to say....it broke again soon as they got home! That's just sad! Y'all need to learn better business etiquette and some manners. When u talk to the owners it's like whatever I'm doing you a favor. No your customers are keeping you running so this is what you are supposed to do! DO NOT buy a bike from this guy. He is very rude and the bikes are made cheap. He is rude to his customers. Makes promises he doesn't intend to keep, just to get your money... and then hangs up on you when you call. The first bike we wanted to buy was damaged and he rigged it up and tried to sell it to us. "the same damaged bike". We then opted to change to a go cart because it looked better quality. But, unfortunately we were wrong. We bought this in November as a Christmas gift for my daughter and when we pulled it off the trailer it broke putting it in gear. Over a month has gone by and he still owes us a part for the go cart that was missing. Every time we call he hangs up on us and yelled at us saying "what do you want me to do? Pull the part out of my a??" He told me that if I call him one more time he will void my warranty. Now my daughter is stuck with a $2100 go cart for Christmas that she cannot ride and he will not fix. Consider yourself warned. I wish I had read the reviews before going here, will never make that mistake again. read more

DON'T EVER, i repeat DON'T EVER take your bike to this shop for repair. I purchased a bike from this place and after about a month my nephew took a spill. The handlebars were bent out of shape and it needed new plastics. When I took the bike in he said that it would take a week or so before he could get the parts in. For the next 3 months i was given every excuse in the book why the parts were not in. After i went to the shop and threatened to take my bike home even though it had not been repaired he promised he would have it ready that week. It took a total of 4 months to finally get my bike back. During this time they must have had it sitting outside because there was rust all over it and it would not idle. They did not remove the gas from the tank while it was sitting so it damaged the carburetor, and the back tire that was fine when i dropped it off was on flat. He claimed that he replaced all the plastics with new parts but there were small scratches on the front panel so I believe he took this from another bike he had on site. To top off this horror story! When the technician was loading the bike on my truck he was so incompetent that he placed his finger inside the brake rotor and cut the tip of it off. The finger was actually stuck inside the rotor. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY!!! read more

DO NOT TAKE OR BUY HERE!!!!!! LIARS AND CHEATS I dropped my 4wheeler off for a quick adjustment to the carbonator, was told it would be two weeks, no word for 3 weeks so I called, then told 4 weeks, 5 weeks went by and called back, then told 6 weeks. after 10 weeks I went by to pick up to take some where else and only took them 8 mins to adjust. Then I discovered they kept it outside in the rain to rust, broke tail light and left parts off. tried to sell me on service that were not broke. The owner is a liar and a cheat. No one will ever answer the service line or call you back. You have to call the sales line to talk to service. So now my fuel filter has to get changed for sitting up so long, bike is full of rust, and the adjustment they did do was not right. DO not use this place!!!!! read more

My husband bought a go kart a month ago and had carburetor issues, which is not I within budget bike's control as far as I'm concerned. While we had difficulty reaching the service department, they were able to fix the issue the SAME day without any cost! Apparently their service dept is very busy but they were spot on when it came to what we needed. read more

Came in on Saturday January 31st. Were greeted by Steve who took the time to show my son the different colors and sizes, we ended up buying a blue 110 cc 4 wheeler, Steve went above and beyond to the point of picking one up from his warehouse because there was not one already assembled in the color my son wanted and then delivered to my house on time and as promised. The 4 wheeler starts right up and runs without hick ups, I will definitely do business with Steve again. read more

This is the most pathetic excuse for a business. The Owner is the most unorganized and incompetent individual I've ever met. I bought two go carts for my kids in December had to take both back because they broke down 3 months, this is in March. Go buy to pick them up in April because they can't answer the phone or don't call back but it's not ready. I go back in May and June.... Guess what, not ready. It's now October and now they're ready but the moron wants more for the repairs than what the carts are worth....all of which should have fallen under warranty. read more

Made a deal on buying a Virago. They told us we could get the bike that evening or at the latest, the next morning. We received a call that night that pick up would be next morning. So we held off all plans for that morning while waiting for a phone call to come get the bike. At 11, we called them, asking when we can claim the bike. They said they are now waiting for the actual seller of the bike to come with the title for transfer, and in the mean time, they NOW decided to charge the battery. So we waited a little longer, got another phone call and found out the title will not be at the shop until 3pm. So we cancel all plans for our Saturday, and it's a good thing too because we are now waiting in the lot. Still no title and it's almost 4pm. But it gets worse... the bike will not start. Both my husband are on our last straw. We like to support small mom and pop shops, but these guys seem they can care less about customer service. After reading the comment below about the mechanic, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone. Be wary shall you be tempted to purchase from these guys. read more
