Why did the first person I spoke with say that I needed my title? Why did the next say I didn't because it was registered to me? And the last one try to tell me I needed the title? Why did your driver shove the other person's bumper into the back seat of MY car, ripping and staining the interior? Why did you not respond to one single inquiry that I made online, since all I was trying to do was locate my car? All of these questions land on one answer, because you had the intent to sell my car, you are thieves. I may have been in an accident, and had I not smacked my head, I would not have let my car be towed by you, not when I have my own roadside assistance. But as soon as your driver saw that I started AND drove my car to the other side of the freeway, he stopped answering questions and providing me with information (like where it was going, it's on the slip was his answer, no surprise, it wasn't) because he, like you, knew that it would get maximum $ at auction. Hence the fast lien(in case I was able to get the car, you get to charge for that) and, wait for it, a SECOND charge for the filing for a lien. This company is ran by and staffed with half-wits and thieves at best. I know my next move, but I hope you get so much more than you deserve. You may tell yourselves that you're not that bad, good even. But deep down, you know what you all are, and what you all deserve. I just hope that I have the opportunity to give you some of it.

I bought my son a truck from there and we took it to a garage in a couple days because it was pulling right. The garage guys looked underneath, and basically said the whole front end needed to be replaced. It wasn't deemed roadworthy. So we tried to get the warranty people to cover it and because of it not being road worthy, it shouldn't have been sold and we weren't able to file the claim. Long story short, we took the truck to the company and they paid for the repairs and made it right. But it was a major inconvenience to my son as this was his main motive transportation. As I said, this business probably isn't in operation right now.

Tom called and said the DEF tank (inside sensor) was at fault, and they didn't have one in stock so he sent for one at a Reno dealership...told me my truck would be ready at the end of the day. I was impressed. Not only was my truck being repaired, but the communication was great. I have had poor experiences with other Chrysler dealerships, (I mean possible!) but this was by far the best. We took the car back to the dealership and George listened for about two seconds and then started getting angry and tried to argue with me. I told him I would split the difference on the repairs if he would take 800. Off the price of the car. It was a 8000. Deal. He was very angry, said he would talk to the owner and get back to me the next day. I received no call, and the sold the car a few days later to some poor soul. It's unfortunate that people do business this way, but lesson learned, and I will pass on my experience to anyone that will listen.

Costs money to miss work. Also they have large dogs in the building that barked at me the whole time I was in the building and then they jumped on me getting my work clothes dirty. What is with that?
