The guy helping me acted like it was a huge deal to get a quote and when we went to get the wood, wouldn't let me check the wood I was purchasing. He stated this is not grade A lumber you get what you get. I understand this but if I am purchasing something, I don't want wood split in half from cracks and rotten wood as seen in the picture. Half the wood I purchased was rotten in the middle and can't be used. I won't be purchasing my fencing materials from them and will not be back for any of my future home remodel needs from them. Had we had a better encounter I would have been a loyal customer for years to come, very unfortunate. I would find another place to get your wood from.

A Lowe's employee let me take a screen shot that verified what I've tried to prove to Synchrony and I've included it in my correspondence, I've disputed the unpaid balance three times, but the documented attempts have gotten me nowhere.
