Most recently I came here specifically because they have a short, well shaded, flat walking path. It's paved and wide and amazing! The basic path it just about a mile and you can go from one parking lot to the other/boat ramp. This short path was very relaxing and mainly wooded with some peeks through to the lake. They also have more extensive bike paths for the bike riders. I highly recommend this for a nice walking path or a get together in the park.

I'm a pretty good fisherman, but not that good. This park has an online website. Someone should and could have taken the time to post that info so that myself and others would know not to go there for fishing. Also, does the park open at 7:00 A.M., 8:00 A.M., or 4:00 A.M.? I have seen each of those times listed and do not know why the confusion. A disappointing waste of my time.

It has tennis courts, hiking trails and great play areas for little people. I was impressed with the pavilion that the party I attended, was held in. It had plenty of outlets for the food table and it had huge ceiling fans to circulate the air. Best of all, there were attached restrooms and they were super clean. If you live near Sunset Hills, I recommend this park.

There is a tennis court, a big green playground for young ones, a trail, and such. There is also a wheelchair accessible swing, so that's really nice. Sitting areas are very clean as well. There are trash cans, a decent sized parking lot and the plants here are breath taking. Please go here, for almost any reason. My favorite place for activity.
