A mostly shaded trail with many activities in the park for all ages. It has a couple Playgrounds, lake area to relax, feeder, fishing, disc golf, benches all around and beautifully placed bridges. Definitely worth checking out or take a hammock and relax under the trees!

    Love this toddler friendly table!

We stopped here to cook some food and let the kids play. There was a great play area with multiple structures, swings, sand pit, nice rubber tiles. Multiple shelters, which are available to rent, with benches, tables, including a cool toddler table with a little built in bench seat for them. For some reason, I just found that to be really cool, something I have not seen before. There are some tennis courts which looked to be in nice shape. There were bathroom, which I did not have to use so I can't speak to them, but at least they were there. There's are paved walkways, disc golf/frisbee golf as well as a pool that looked pretty cool with play features. We did not use the pool, only drove by it on our way in/out. We would come here again if we were in town. The kids had a great time playing and there were plenty of places for us to get our grill on (we brought our grill, I can't recall if there are any there). I would say to bring something to clean the tables off though, like some cleaning wipes because there was food/melted ice cream, crafts, etc., on them.

If disc golf isn't your speed, there are also four, count them four, tennis courts that are available for use as well as a basketball court.

The park also hosts the annual art fair and other pop up events. My favorite thing about this park is that it is not super crowded. While the weekends might boost the number of visitors, the park is usually still fairly peaceful. We've met photographers here before as the sculptures and sceneries do introduce lovely backgrounds for photoshoots. We've also just spent some time strolling with our pup on beautiful days. There is an education center to learn about the park. Aside from beautiful nature scenes and flowers, there is a large eyeball which is quite an entertaining conversational piece, a very tall human piece, a leafy looking piece made of wood, a large moose (I think?) and so much more! If you haven't made the trip, take some time to check this place out on a morning or an afternoon stroll and check out some outdoor arts!
