Approximately two weeks ago I took in a work jacket to have my name embroidered on it. I was promised it would be completed in two days. However, knowing from previous experience I knew he wouldn't get it done in two days, so I told the guy I would pick it up in one week. The following week I went to pick up my jacket. Of course, the jacket wasn't completed. I returned five days later and again it wasn't done.... not even started. When I reminded the guy I dropped my jacket off two weeks prior and he hasn't even started it. He just looked at me with a stupid look and said, "yeah"...... Not even apologetic. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. It is Obvious customer service is NOT a priority. I truly hope and I'm sure it will, goes out of business!!!! I live in Kingsburg and support local businesses. However, I will never go back to this place and will discourage anyone too. I believe this business has been in KINGSBURG for a few years (I can't understand why) and I'm amazed there are only TWO reviews . I believe that is a red flag!!! Especially since I've talked to four other people and they had the similar experience as I did.

I was having trouble finding someone who could inscribe a message on a piece of marble. My request…read morewas not for a headstone or for cemetery repair, it was for a stone obelisk that I had picked up some years ago. My son was graduating from Fresno State and I wanted to commemorate his accomplishment with a graduation message on the stone. I went to many trophy shops and they said they didn't do the work. I thought I'd check with Beer Monuments. When I went to their office in Fresno, the representative said they normally wouldn't do work on small objects but would check with the owner. The owner came out, looked at the obelisk and asked me what it was for. I told him it was going to be a gift for my son who was graduating from Fresno State. He looked at the stone, and said he'd make an exception since it was a Fresno State Graduation present for someone who was alive. The work was exceptional and amazing. My son and family were incredibly impressed when I presented it to him. My thanks to the owner and staff of Beer Monuments. They were professional, gracious and friendly. I'm now a customer for life.....
