Based on my friends experience in Nipomo, Ca., I would rather buy a ring from a bubble gum machine…read morethan purchase it from here. Apparently, they wouldn't honor their cap and gown promotion with the purchase of a class ring. Because the golden ticket was lost. Customer service said they'd honor the receipt. I'm sure the rep is a really nice guy. Maybe he has a brain injury of some sorts - because his response is so moronic and ignorant that I almost feel bad for him. How'd he make it this far in life? Why would a company allow him to make complicated and strategic decisions and provide customer support all by himself? Can he even tie his shoes? And if he's not had some kind of brain injury that would explain it- maybe he's just cold blooded and heartless. The rep refused to honor the promotion stating they had to have the original golden ticket, (that I'm sure can easily be forged), and that a paid receipt, is not proof of purchase. :-/ Customer service rep basically said it's up to the rep and there's nothing she can do. Well then. This company has had a fair chance to make this right, and instead decided to make up an idiotic rule to swindle its customer. Since when is a receipt not proof of purchase? It's unfortunate that schools have partnered with someone who thinks nothing of taking advantage of a student and her family. Proof of purchase per the actual receipt showing an exchange of monies should be satisfactory. It actually should be all they need to honor that promotion in which they would have been entitled to anyway. Especially, since they already bought and paid for the expensive class ring. Since your customer service rep and the field rep are unwilling to fairly resolve this matter, I'm curious to know what the FTC, the School Board, the Attorney General, the BBB, the Rip Off Report, Facebook, Twitter, the Clark Howard Show, and their respective audiences, what their strong opinions are on this unscrupulous business practice, Perhaps, we should ask them what they think and what they think should be done. Schools and Buyers beware.

There is no "zero star" review option, sadly. When I noticed it,, the woman was really nice about it and told me they could "fix it right away". They called me about two hours later to notify me they were "fixed". The man/owner Mike, was rude when I told him I will pay full price even though I will likely never wear them because it does not look right. The "H" that was fixed into an "N" looks ugly and sloppy. They just stitched over it converting it into the N. I asked will I be required to pay full price, given their mistakes and waste of my time/inconvenience. He said yes, full price. I said I was displeased and unsatisfied with the quality/appearance, he said "if we would have caught the mistake and fixed it before you saw it you would never have known/noticed". It's literally ugly and obvious. All of my colleagues agree. I will never wear them. I ended up agreeing to pay full price, respectfully but let him know that I was disappointed with the quality I'm receiving. He said "well the rest of the hospital loves our work". This statement does not apply to me in this situation right now. Personally, he was rude & inconsiderate. To recover a poor situation the least you could do would be discount the product to try to recover a crappy customer experience. I suppose his company needs the money more than I do. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMEND.
