I purchased some plaques online last year (2018) and thought I would try and spend my dollars locally this year. They were very helpful and the turn around was SUPER FAST. That is why they got 2 stars. First, they were almost 20% more expensive than the .com. They also strayed from the engraving I asked for and added images onto the plaques that I am not happy with. Lastly, I prepaid the full amount for 15 plaques. But I had miscounted my list and only really needed 14. They caught my mistake and only made 14, (the correct amount) but instead of offering to refund me for the 15th that I paid for, they handed me a new invoice with a made up additional engraving charge for the refundable amount. I would recommend ONLY if you ask for proofs, leave ONLY a deposit and don't have a better option... read more

Sooo friendly as well every time I go in I feel as welcomed as someone from their own family visiting on a Sunday afternoon. I called to ask about a trophy and the person on the phone was very rude! She hardly would let me speak and tell her what I was looking for. She practically yelled at me over the phone and barked orders telling me to email her and would not listen to my request over the phone. It was the worst customer service I have experienced. I called California Trophy and he was so nice and patient over the phone. I would not even bother calling this place. Call California Trophy, the phone experience was much better with them and we decided to have all our awards done by them from now on. read more

I just left the shop and like always couldn't have had a better experience. My work team are long time customers of Sunnyside Trophy and we will always continue to go back. They remember who you are, they are a local small business that cares. Stephanie wants to make sure everything is perfect and she's not happy unless you are happy. Like usual I went in last minute and needed a quick turnaround and she was happy to make it happen. We have had at least a dozen pieces made of different materials and sizes all with perfect outcomes. They have made custom pieces for us that have turned out phenomenal! It's nice to not walk into the "big box store" feeling when you enter a store. You know you're going to get taken care of by a business that cares. I was very impressed at how fast and good their service was. I went in and asked for some name plates and they took time to show me a variety of examples that would meet my needs.
