went in to check out the awesome museum and Evil kenevil Bike's the man is a legend..anyhow started looking at all the awesome bikes and the prices were much more affordable than i even figured ..so the sales guy never once hounded me just told me he was here if i need questions and that he was ..he explained everything to what kind of bike would fit my needs if i were to buy one..so just for the heck of it filled out a credit app expecting to be rejected since it was Harley lol..anyhow was approved real quick ..so then took me an hour to chose a bike and rode out on a Fat Boy 114 2021 the sales guy to the girls selling merchandise were all awesome..felt very welcome there ,i suggest anyone looking for a Real Bike stop by here even if its just to check out the museum..I always bought Vstar's in the past cause i never though i could afford a Harley lol..i am still amazed i have My dream Bike in my garage right now..now just need a Vacation to break it in..These people make you feel at home..even suggested some extra insurances not to get Cause not worth it and Harley basically has it covered..thats a first..anyhow Hope to see brother and sister Bikers on the road..i would suggest talk to my sales guy..but they are all class act people there. I would have put zero stars if i could. I was talking to a guy name Joe on Friday he told me all the dealerships had the 3.19% financing and that he could get me a charcoal denim 2017 roadking special from a New Mexico dealership for $2500 less then the 2018 Industrial Grey which to me look almost identical in color. It took me a day to think about it and I called back Saturday and Joe wasn't working that day so an extremely rude guy name Kevin picked up the phone, said he couldn't give me the same rate as Scottsdale and started yelling at me on the phone like a mad man from hell and told me to go to Scottsdale. I don't know how they sell any bikes at this place with guys like Kevin working there. By the way when i spoke to Joe the day before Joe was a gentleman and very polite. Unfortunately because of Kevin's bad attitude I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy. read more

Nick in the service department and mechanic JJH hit it out of the ballpark! I brought my '01 Electra-Glide in due to a nasty noise coming from the bottom end. I expected the worse; cam bearings, cam tensioners, etc. It was completed 10 days ahead of the promised schedule and turned out to be a loose compensator bolt. OMG they were extremely honest, communicated during their diagnosis, and charged me a very fair price. I am sold! If I need service, I will drive or trailer my bike to Buddy Stubbs HD! I recently retired but if I come up with the bucks to replace or upgrade my 2001 FLHT (carb, no FI) I will buy at this dealership! They have earned my trust and my business! Job well done! I am very frugal but if I spend money on my HD it will be at Buddy Stubbs HD, no question! Again, thank you! read more

We are Canadians travelling in the States on our Harley. We stopped at Buddy Stubbs shop to get an oil change and while waiting we shopped. Of course... We had friendly professional service from everyone one we dealt with. Richard Tarin looked after the service end of things and was so helpful and friendly. I dealt with Andrea Stubblefield and she was also very friendly helping me with ideas. My husband bought a jacket he has been unable to find in Canada and they are shipping it home for us. I also purchased some items. We viewed the Museum and were given some recommended rides from Dwight. We enjoyed looking at all the family pictures on the walls. I love shopping in family owned businesses. There is a more personal feeling about it. I would highly recommend this place. read more

The service and attitude was measurably different from the alternative rental options. Kris was friendly, fast, resourceful and fun. At every turn he was there from linking my bluetooth to programming one of a kind gps routes into the bike, he was patient and outgoing. There was a problem with my initial scooter but he quickly identified and corrected the issue without a moment's hesitation. I even called after the first day and upgraded to a three day package "no problem" and they added my original purchase towards the deal. Instead of being financially abused for my love of the sport I was treated like one of their own. We, 6 guys from The Netherlands, rented bikes for a two week tour. I booked 9 months in advance through email and phone. Every contact (mostly Robert)was friendly and professional. The bikes were great, nice pipes, excellent condition. One of us couldn't come with good reasons and we got his deposit back, very civil.
