The French fries were the frozen ones heated up. The server was distant and took forever to get a refill. This grilled cheese and fries cost $11.25. Smallest size bread I've ever seen. Sandwich $6.25 and small fries $4.99.

I kind of wish there was less mayo. The combination of warm juicy steak with the mayo soaked my bread on its 15 minute trip home. This is a well run, well kept location of the popular chain restaurant. I've done online orders…read morethrough this location and have ordered in person and the experiences have all been positive. When you order in advance, your order is all packaged up and ready on a shelf on the side counter right inside the door which makes it easy to grab. The only downside is that it could be easy to accidently grab someone else's order. Hopefully if that ever happens they are able to easily remedy it. It is easy to order what you want and the staff is friendly and amenable to you asking questions or asking for modifications. I did notice they tried to upsell a little bit (asking about wanting to make it a combo and asking about adding extras like bacon or extra meat). Not a big deal, but they also don't clearly state that if you do do that, there will be an upcharge. Hopefully no one is surprised at the end when cashing out. I love that you can get any of the subs as a bowl. I'm not anti bread or choose to eat low carb, but sometimes it is more appealing for me to eat it in a bowl like a salad so I like that it is easy to do that here. Ingredients are fresh and everything I've ordered has been tasty. The restaurant is brightly lit, clean and well maintained. As is the parking lot around it. Definitely a great place to visit for a quick meal.

Had to share the Jersey Mike's experience with my granddaughter, so on the way home from picking…read moreher up from work, I stopped by to pick up a curbside order that I'd ordered on their app. I got the Club Supreme again (turkey, roast beef, and bacon), but this time I ordered the "mini." It's not so mini! I got the Famous Philly for my granddaughter ("regular" size). I was going to try the Famous Philly, but it doesn't come in the "mini" size. Sadly, none of their hot subs do. I lost my stomach to cancer, so I can't eat much in a single sitting, and hot sandwiches never taste the same when reheated. My sub was good, and my granddaughter (who is an extremely picky eater) said she liked hers. Trust me, she would have let me know if she didn't. The service was excellent again as well. The person who brought our order to the car apologized for the wait, but it wasn't their fault. The pickup time was 3:15 and we just got there early. The order was delivered right on time. The only thing I'll add because I know Jersey Mike's reads the reviews is the napkins. This isn't a knock on Jersey Mike's. It's just to let them know they need to be a little more cost conscious. For a regular and a mini sub, we got a total of (yes, I actually counted them) 22 napkins! I won't waste them, but Jersey Mike's might want to know they're losing money where they shouldn't be. Again, I'm not complaining about this, just trying to help them be a profitable business.

This is an awesome place to grab a bite to eat. Yes, they…read moreare on the more expensive side of things, but that is because they have quality ingredients and absolutely load the sandwich with ingredients! They have a variety of hoagies that range from basic, one meat (like ham, turkey, roast beef) to the craziness of an eight meat italian! One thing to note is that they do charge extra for specialty cheeses. They have buffalo wing and horseradish cheese which will cost an additional $2. They also have a variety of add ons that are quite tasty! I love their hot relish and their spicy pickles. I know they make the relish, but I'm not sure on the pickles. The bread is fresh and the veggies crisp. The staff is mostly high school age kids, but they were friendly and efficient. Able to answer questions and were ok with requested changes and additions to the sandwiches. There are several parking spaces right in front of the building that makes it easy to get into and out of. And the interior had several tables for customers to sit and enjoy their hoagies. The tables and the restaurant in general were very clean and bright. The owner is also community minded. He is running a program this summer that provides free hoagies to kids in need, no questions asked. With all the cuts to programs that help with food insecurity, I know this will help a lot of families! Definitely stop by if you are in the area (or worth a special trip if you are a hoagie fan)

Gonna be honest I'm…read morenot a big fan of cold hoagies only exception i typically make is for jersey mikes, i prefer my cheese gooey and melted and like the hoagie roll to be either grilled or toasted... So i found this place on Facebook thru shares or whatever for the original location then i saw they were opening a new location somewhat close to me.. i didn't really make a attempt to go because again cold cut subs aren't my thing.. So i was driving by this way on my way home from work and said why not... worst case scenario, it isn't good... Well that's not the case I'll still prefer a toasted or grilled sub 9/10 times... But this place is very good, the employees are all friendly and kind and with many high school kids(assuming the age) they don't give a damn and don't put effort in customer service or even making a product... The employees were great the owner was kind and i felt welcomed... But how about the food It was really good, fresh veggies and good cold cuts at a decent price i reccomend it esp if your into a cold cut sub this place does it well... i rather have this any day than subways crummy subs... support local business I will be back, i was def impressed!
