The vacuums here are terrible. They are always clogged and just a waste of time. They Don't pick anything up. Good luck!

So I usually go to one of those gas station drive-through places that is six bucks. We had some great weather here in Chicago and I went yesterday and it was closed. I don't know what the deal is, but randomly sometimes it is not functioning. So I decided to check out Buddy Bear, which I have been to before. When I looked at my car I honestly feel like it got cleaner at Buddy Bear one time through than when I pass twice through my normal gas station one. So, yeah. I was using the free vacuum and was going to go pay for a car wash. However, while I was vacuuming a worker doing maintenance on the vacuums with a cigarette in his mouth and then as I was about to head to the car wash and pay for a wash, that same worker was inside the car wash where they do the brush with soap on it for your car before you go in, SAME WORKER WAS IN THERE WITH CIGARETTE IN HIS MOUTH!! Just what I want, my car smelling like cigarette smoke. Great way to lose business, I went elsewhere to wash my car. read more

It sucked out my Mercedes emblem as well my back widow. They said the would call one they clean the pit if they found the emblem. One of the guys was nice about it Lou. But another was yelling @ me when I wanted to look for the emblem !! Shame that there customer svc is so bad. Overall it cleans the car well. But I always get the $14.00 bucks w the wax. read more

Closing times listed don't really matter, several times I have gone about 30 before closing only to find the car wash is closed. I have gone in twice to make junk food purchases and both times the cashiers act like you are bothering them. Absolutely horrible service. I will be finding another monthly place to wash my car. read more

This place is a joke. I got my car washed and paid for the highest service. As soon as I got out of the tunnel I got out to fix my side view mirror and was extremely disappointed in the service. My radiator was filthy and my windshield was atrocious. I went inside to file a complaint and the manager was unhelpful and aggressive towards me. He told me that his car wash wasn't suitable for that deep a wash. It was insulting and unprofessional. After a half hour of arguing with the owner and having to listen to his profanity, he eventually agreed to refund my money. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! read more

Honestly you guys shouldn't even get one star! You guys had my car for four hours and it's look like you literally spent 15 mins! In that case I would've just went to a machine wash! You guys didn't clean my seats my head liner the inside of my door, and the exterior of the truck is still dirty! Do not buy they're Groupon!! Read all the review folks! Stay away!! So I went to wash my car today and holly shit talking about attitude from the managers like the freaking car wash was it for free , the manager grabs the brush to clean the back of my car and he trows the brush like 6 feet way from him and starts screaming go go and I have to say something what the fuck is your problem. ? Good morning- I bought a car detail through Groupon a few weeks ago. I called to schedule and they told me they were so busy I had to wait three weeks. OK, so I made an appointment for 5/3 at the site in Berwyn. I got there and they told me they no longer do details and that everyone had quit. No call or email to let me know that there was a problem, I put aside my afternoon to get the car detailed and all I got was "Sorry, all of our detailers quit". The shift managers Juan and Sherman as well as the other employees are what make this car wash my go to for keeping my cars clean and sharp looking inside and out. They are always most helpful and friendly and the facility is clean and well kept up. The vacuums and free mat washing machine (seasonal) are always in order and working. This carwash is handsdown the best one ive ever been too! They treat you so nice and are always so friendly!! I went since they first opened and have only been here since!! Every time I come here at night, after work, it's closed. It says it clearly on google and yelp that they are open until 9pm. From my experience, they close nightly at 8:45. They should change their hours online for their valued customers. read more

Breana, and Juan (who ever the manager is) are nut cases. They had me waiting there for 30 mins with no help. My kids were in my car and witnesses to Brianna's behavior. Then I ask the person at the desk can someone help me ? "Martin" says rudely " don't you see her right there"? I'm like what? I never been here before, I had to scratch my head like who is he talking too. Then the manager comes Juan this man has serious issues. Raising his voice at me talking over me, very aggressive. Then Briana comes... I try to explain my experience with the others and she starts telling me she is going to quit and they need her so I better shut up. I start recording because I just new they were all crazy. The woman Brianna calls the police on me and try's to play victim until I showed my video. They waisted 2hrs of my life and I didn't get my car cleaned. They all need training and counseling. I'm going to post the video on you tube. I'm surprised nobody had gotten attacked while there. The aggressive behavior from Juan also was very threatening. I literally had a panic attack in there business. Warning please beware. read more

Bad car wash and rude employees. It was first time there and when I didn't know the exact procedure they follow, they started yelling at me. Maybe some signs would help? Not sure, but I'll never go back and I'd suggest everyone else do the same. read more

DO NOT GO THERE. There system system has no saftey sensors and my car was hit inside the car wash. After a bit of back and forth the Manager Lou basically said go ahead a sue me I am not paying for this and the sensors are a known issue but they still have not fixed the problem. read more

Car never comes out clean. Doesn't clean rims or bottom of doors or rear of car. tire shine covers about a third of the tires

the manager talks like he is the streets. Bad experience with him. plus after I was living he started taking about me with the employees. so unprofessional and rude. I understand that someone can have a bad day but if you have the position as manager you suppose to be a respectful person toward the costumer. The best car wash I have ever been through! It actually cleans the back of my SUV. Free vacuums and free floor mat cleaner too. It doesn't get any better than this. read more
