I have been in here roughly three times. first time was to get a friend some suits and i was there…read morefor moral support. i was not needed the guy in the back was perfect. he got him all sized with a smile on his face and had all of us laughing. he was excellent. went to pick up the suits customer service was not there. whatever maybe they were having a bad day. i went back just look around with my friend. looking at cloths whatever. 5 minuets in they turn off the music. granite it was roughly 8:20 and they closed at 9. whatever- they are counting the register making it known. we're still looking around smiling laughing looking at cloths we got to check out and the way our smiles just dropped. they didn't say a word. friend went to the wrong side of the register first thing she says was over here. the whole transaction was just rude. absolutely no customer service whatsoever. not a smile. no hello. was truly a bummer cause i was convincing my friend who has never been to go inside. truly wish the customer service from the front checkout was better cause that super fun time and we walked out without the slightest bit happiness.

I remember pre-covid I used to go here to hunt for a steal on clothes and usually left with some goodies. On my recent visits I've left often without anything in tow, as I think there are often better deals online. I will say, however, that on our most recent visit my husband was in need of a new suit for work and knowing how expensive suits can be, and that he only needs to wear one a few times a year, it was great to find a good price on one here for him. Additionally they were able to alter it in house, which made for one less stop. Overall I'll continue to shop here, but I doubt I'll ever be as frequent of a shopper as I was pre 2020.

I had to return some jeans that I'd ordered online and were too big. The last thing I wanted to do on a lazy Sunday was drive way out to the mall and do this, but despite my curmudgeon attitude, this was easy peasy. The store is loaded with goodies and sales and the staff was very helpful along the way. I efficiently tried on the new size, scurried back to the register and even got signed up for a rewards card that saved me an extra ten percent. Not too shabby, ended up getting a deeper discount than if scored online. Look as a busy parent, I'm not going to drive all the way out here often but it's good to know that it's available and helpful if I have any issues with my online orders.

This store has always been clean and well organized when I have gone in. The staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful on the two rare occasions that I had issues with their products. I'm looking forward to getting back into my Eddie Bauer winter gear this year!
