One found me a shoe in a size that wasn't even on the floor, another brought a different size to the dressing room, and a third suggested a better way to complete my transaction! Now keep in mind the stuff here is brand name and higher end than, say, a Marshalls, but I still found a ton of good deals. I saw higher end brands like Tory Burch, Birkenstock, Democracy, and more. I got a $200 free people dress for $35! It's now definitely worth checking out and could be dangerous... I got so much stuff!

Staff was made to stand at the entrance to welcome the customers super sweet. So for people who have been to NR it's definitely a couple of notches above TJ Max but the model is similar. So there is section for male, female, kids clothing and shoes. They also have a home section along with jewelry, make up, perfume, sunglasses and handbags. Lots for everyone. This particular one has lots of parking and very centrally located. Prices are fair to the brands they offer. Oh I forgot they also have some snacks right near the check out. So I have to go to the store to try on all my clothes. Haven't been to Liberty Center for years. We were here for lunch and happen to stumble on it. Was super stoked. Because didn't know there was one in this area. The set up is women's on first floor. Upstairs so is men's and kids combine. It's connected to the mall. Everything is organized and not cluttered. Of course I had to take advantage of the sale rack. Ended up finding two sweaters for $13.99 and a pack of workout socks for $9.99. At checkout the cashier mentioned rewards program which is free. If you first sign up, you get 10% off your first purchase. Had to take advantage of that. Overall, I love H&M, good to know that I can shop at one even if I have to drive 40 minutes out of my way.

There is a sign on the door that says fitting rooms aren't open and we find out because they are staffed for it. It is back to school shopping time and you can't staff your fitting room? I returned my items (which were paid for using 2 gift cards and credit card). The girl told me it was all going back to my credit card which is never what happens when you use a credit card, so I went outside to call my credit card company and H&M. No credit back to my card pending (understandable) but H&M customer service told me the store told me the wrong thing and I was being emailed two e gift cards, plus credit card refund. So now I'm stuck buying clothes without the gift card that should have just been handed to me. We make our purchase and get to the car and bam, an e gift card back to my account. So now we are walking back in to make them refund and rering the items so we can use the gift cards and forever be done with this store.

We have a Kohl's in our town we shop at more than other department stores. I think this location seems to be about the same as the one near us but the quality of the merchandise was much higher. I wasn't sure if that ticked me off or I was just impressed. For one thing, this location still has a full men's section, with lots of dress clothes and not just jeans, shorts and casual wear like ours. I mean a really large men's suits and dress clothes area! The other departments seem a bit more the way macy's used to be instead of more like a Burlington Coat factory like ours. I needed to use the restroom which was very clean and well maintained too. Kohl's usually does this everywhere so I should praise them for that. Many other stores leave the restrooms smell,y trashy and often have broken stalls and urinals. I thought they were a little light on staffing out in the departments but a whole team of workers at checkout and guarding the front door (whoops I mean greeting people). A few times we had questions but could not find anyone to ask. That's the only reason they did not get five stars from me today.

I bought two pillows with a buy one, get one half off sale. The pillows were $19.99 each. So I should have paid $30 for both, but they rang up as $19.99 each. When I pointed this out, she spoke to me in a super loud voice that she would have to increase the first pillow to $39.99 and sell me the second for $19.99. This is just insane and she continued to yell and scream at me in front of several customers. She kept saying "why do you not understand this?" It was so absolutely ridiculous.... The fact that she wanted to increase the price first and then her erratic child-like fit that she threw in front of me and others. District management: you have a large problem on your hands.

I was greeted, thanked, and asked several times if we needed anything. I spent about 1 hour shopping and when i went to check out i noticed i forgot my debit card at home. Mind you I live in Richmond Indiana. I was very ashamed and embarrassed. A store employee named, Morgan, asked me if I had apple pay or anything like that on my phone. I told her no I didn't, but would liked to have it, i just haven't bothered with it. She took roughly 30 mins out of her day, to help me, get that set up on my phone. If it wasn't for Morgan taking the extra step to help me, I would have been almost stranded. Because the fact I needed gas and I was so far from home. We were able to purchase our items from the store, and still yet enjoy the rest of our outing. I cant thank her enough, and I will definitely be back to this plato's closet because we had a positive experience all the way around.

However $40 for 1 piece of clothing is not cheap. Went in to return, exchange something so I can be able to actually get my money worth and was told by the girl there that because the tag was off she couldn't do a refund. Now I understand you have policies, but if I cannot wear the clothing more than once than that sounds like a defect on your part and not mine. I did love your alls clothes and would have loved to shop there again. I don't care to spend the money when it's worth it but this feels like false advertisement and theft when I can't even wear this again. I saw what appeared to be some cute tanks in the window at DOTS so I stopped in Here's what I like about the store: 1. Cheap prices 2. Trendy items 3. Friendly staff Here's what I don't like about the store: 1. Not very organized 2. Cheaply made clothing To be honest, DOTS is a lot like Forever 21, you can find some cute items if you spend hours scouring the racks...but don't expect those items to last past one or two wears. If you're looking for cheap and trendy clothes that don't need to stand the test of time, I'd recommend DOTS. I did walk away with one uniquely cut black tank top for $12, so you can find some good items in the store! Another note: DOTS features a pretty decently sized Plus size section, something that Forever 21 and other "trendy" stores do not. Points for them!
