On Friday, June 12th, I went to the location on 7506 E 36th Ave (Parkhill) where I have shopped for…read moreyears. I need to use the facilities as I have a medical condition that requires me to react quickly when having to use the bathroom. The unprofessional attendants told me that the bathrooms were closed and also stated that it was for no reason that they were closed. I asked what do you do when you have paying customers that need to use the bathroom, they laughed and said Well, you can go down to Dominos and use the bathroom, there is a law that states that you have to provide and make accommodations for customers with medical conditions in the State of Colorado, as well as the city of Denver. I then went to the front and asked for a manager. The immature and unprofessional cashier named Alan asked what I needed with the manager, and when I explained the situation, he laughed and said, "we ain't breakin no laws". Then, when the manager did come up, she began laughing and said I know what I can and can't do in my store, she then proceeded to start screaming at me across the store and continued to laugh. When I told her that I was going to report them to the Department of Health, she cancelled my transaction, and upon leaving the store, the security guard told me to F@#$ off and don't come back again. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint with their customer service team, and was told that I would receive a call within 3-5 business days, which never happened, and when I called to follow up on the complaint, I was told that their corporate office would not be returning my call due to the nature of the situation. I would think that their corporate office would want to resolve any issues with a paying customer who spends thousands of dollars a year with them. I guess I won't be shopping at Ross any longer. Sad and poor customer service!! I also have this all recorded on audio!!

I was not asking for a refund, but just to get the right size. This store, and its owner Danielle who made the decision, is losing a customer forever because of a size exchange. The store would have not lost money, but would have done right by their customer. Instead, they chose to follow an incredibly restrictive policy that doesn't make any difference. There were more of those shirts there, they weren't on sale. There is just no reason at all why I could not exchange sizes. Shame on them. Shame on you Danielle. Unreal. Worst customer experience.

Really impressed with the extent that (I;m guessing one of the owners) went to in trying to find the right size of tshirt for me. When she was unable to find what I wanted she let me know she would order one for me and didn't mind shipping. Took my number and a couple days later gave me a call to get my shipping info. Unlike many other brands, Xero shoes are "investment grade." Huh? To me that means that they last under most circumstances. I have over 500 miles on each of 4 pairs of Xero shoes, both on road and trail, and they are all largely brand-new appearing. I have a pair of trail-focused Hoka's that are largely trashed after 125 miles from the same exact trails, speed, and running style. While in Denver recently, I allowed some time for a side quest to Xero's factory store. I was cross-shopping the Scrambler Low and Terra Flex II and was considering purchasing both. The Scrambler Low were a perfect fit and they are now part of my collection. For the Terra Flex, my usual size was a bit too small, while the next half size up felt a little large. I asked the staff if I could briefly trot in the Terra Flex outside the shop, and my request was denied. This was unfortunate both for Xero and I, as a quick trot could have easily confirmed that the half-size up would have been fine, but I needed to feel it myself with my normal running gait. There was no treadmill in the store, either. This is my one suggestion for improvement for Xero. While I realize that you are in the mail-order business, you do have the Denver retail store, and it is customary for retail running stores to allow a quick trot outside. Xero soles, with the 5,000 mile warranty, can easily handle 100 feet of running to confirm a good fit. Other than that one minor issue, I am happy with Xero shoes, and perhaps a bit brand-obsessed. :)

The salesperson did the measurements and asked about preferred fit. A few minutes later, my husband was trying on a pair of mass-produced pants that fit him like they were made for him. Pretty impressive, am I right? We placed an order for the same pants in our (my) preferred color, and they showed up a few days later. My husband loved them so much he went on an online shopping spree last night and ordered the same pants in several different colors.
