Stussy, 10Deep, Pink+Dolphin, Undefeated, The Hundreds, Obey and that's just to name a few of my favorite brands that this store carries plus a ton more that I need to start looking in to. Great customer service too, the owner is very friendly and is more than eager to help find the right size for you. She also doesn't just try to sell for the sake of profit. She advises and helps you try on clothes that are more geared towards you and informs you of the different fabrics. I truly appreciate someone knowledgeable in these areas and I know you all will too. The ambience and decor of the store looks amazing, it's welcoming, bright and doesn't look like a supply store with white industrial lights. I salute you Explicit Street Wear for such a welcoming and warm experience. I'll be back to do some more shopping as my paychecks roll around. He's 3 years old and loves the mall. The main elevator was broken so we used the elevator in Macy's to get to the 2nd floor. We were also parked in the handicapped section near Macy's. I have stage 4 cancer as well. At 5 minutes to 8, we went to back to Macy's only to find that they had already closed their glass doors and there were 3 sales girls dancing by their display cases, NOT kidding! After getting their attention, 1 came over while another went to get someone that had a 'key'. The man came to us, told us he didn't have a key, then told us their "elevator was broken", when we had just used it 2 hours prior! We had the baby in a wagon, not his wheelchair or stroller, so we can't just take him down the stairs and run the risk of dropping him. We ended up having to exit the OTHER SIDE OF THE DAMN MALL and then walk around the entire store of Macy's on the OUTSIDE IN THE DARK AND THE COLD!! Even then, the walk wasn't cut and dry, we had to go down a road and loop around a fence. Yea, YOUR PEOPLE DID THAT TO US! We don't have much time left on this earth but I sure as hell will be keeping myself and my grandson away from your store! That's a loss on your part as well, I usually purchase ALL of my family's bedding from your store. I will also be telling others just how 'helpful' your idiotic staff is.

I remember when they were popping back in the day. The style of clothing, suits etc. It has lost its luster. The clothing looked like it catered only to the elderly. My husband needed a white, burgundy and blue suit so he had no big complaints since they had what he'd needed... Now I have always loved their shirt and tie section. That had not really changed. They still to me have the "BEST" ties and shirt colors you cannot find anywhere else. The prices were reasonable they had a big sale going on. Everyone was so nice and polite. We went looking for Tuxedos and expected to be introduced to the process of scheduling our parties measurements and to learn about the general process to select the tuxedos (all of the above). This is our first time being married so we are new to the process. When we arrived we waited for about 20minutes to be helped which was ok. We understood that there was a person in front of us. However when it was our turn to engage in the process, we were handed iPads with no explanation to put our information in and we were asked "what do you want". I presume this question was in regard to our tuxedos styles. When I asked what were the options, the gentlemen pointed to a rack of items near the register and we were told "this is all we have". I'm actually not sure what was on the rack because it wasn't organized or looked like a bunch of frazzled material thrown in a corner. We decided to leave after that experience and will not return. We were also told the rental would be $250 which I thought was outrageous for the customer service experience that we had. If you are looking for an enjoyable experience, I'd highly suggest not going to this store! We visited another suit store (no affiliated with Men's Wearhouse) and immediately were met with grace, excitement and were offered a way better price for tuxedos that we can actually own. This other place scheduled us for consultation and we will purchase there! I gave this store rating one stars. I was because able to find a nice shirt for cheap on the clearance rack while I was waiting but that was my only joy. I won't be back to this store!
