On Friday, June 12th, I went to the location on 7506 E 36th Ave (Parkhill) where I have shopped for years. I need to use the facilities as I have a medical condition that requires me to react quickly when having to use the bathroom. The unprofessional attendants told me that the bathrooms were closed and also stated that it was for no reason that they were closed. I asked what do you do when you have paying customers that need to use the bathroom, they laughed and said Well, you can go down to Dominos and use the bathroom, there is a law that states that you have to provide and make accommodations for customers with medical conditions in the State of Colorado, as well as the city of Denver. I then went to the front and asked for a manager. The immature and unprofessional cashier named Alan asked what I needed with the manager, and when I explained the situation, he laughed and said, "we ain't breakin no laws". Then, when the manager did come up, she began laughing and said I know what I can and can't do in my store, she then proceeded to start screaming at me across the store and continued to laugh. When I told her that I was going to report them to the Department of Health, she cancelled my transaction, and upon leaving the store, the security guard told me to F@#$ off and don't come back again. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint with their customer service team, and was told that I would receive a call within 3-5 business days, which never happened, and when I called to follow up on the complaint, I was told that their corporate office would not be returning my call due to the nature of the situation. I would think that their corporate office would want to resolve any issues with a paying customer who spends thousands of dollars a year with them. I guess I won't be shopping at Ross any longer. Wow love Ross but this store was a mess. I know it's hard to hire people. I know people make a mess in stores but this store looked like a tornado hit it. So many of the shelves and tacked were not even stacked or had less than an average amount of cloths on them. The store was not even that busy. On October 18th 2024 I had a horrible shopping experience at the Ridgeland location. I returned two items only received credit for one. After leaving I noticed on my account I received credit for one item. Immediately I returned but told by associate "I told her I would keep the shoes!! Yet I didn't have the shoes. The shoes was with her! Upon rebuking her insane remark I was accused of harassment!! Finally received credit from supervisor. The store is incredibly messy... not hard to understand why -- there's only like 4 staff members working at a time. I spoke way too soon. Fiancée and I came here on Friday night: the loss prevention guy said welcome to the hunger games. Apparently the line was already wrapped to the back of the store. They had only two cashiers and no manager anywhere to be seen. No one was even working the floor.'I know Ross isn't in the business of customer service however you can maybe please tell your customers to not trash the entire place and throw shit everywhere. I walked into the store at 8:31AM this morning, right when the store opened. I couldn't believe what disarray the store was in. There were clothing/shoes thrown all over the floor. None of the store personnel or security were at the front of the store; although, could be heard talking and laughing from the back room. The two other customers and I exchanged words of disbelief about the extremely poor condition the store was in. This store always has extremely long lines, terrible customer service and is dirty and that is why I got there when the store opened. This Ross is seriously always so packed. Things are thrown everywhere and it literally is a treasure hunt if you want to go. Of course it's always fun to see what you can find when you go but dang! If this one wasn't the closest to us, we would never go. Parking is crazy because of he crowds and so is the line. Best tip I can give? Bring your kids to wait in line for you while you shop because that's what everyone else does. So you'll often see kids in line by themselves and if you're behind them and their parents aren't done shopping, they will ask if you want to go first. The upside to t always being packed is that they are probably one of the ones that are always restocking! But unless you absolutely love hunting for treasure, I'd recommend a different Ross! read more

I love Ross... i enjoy only having to pay $10-20 for a good pair of jeans and $5-10 for a decent shirt. But the Stapleton Ross is just a miserable experience. The selection is the worst of any Ross i've ever been to. There are hordes and hordes of unsupervised children running all around all the time. The place has a funky odor sometimes. This is my least favorite Ross store but I keep going back because I live only a few blocks away and I have found some cute clothes there for myself and my kids. They carry good brand names too, especially in athletic clothes and shoes. But forget about shopping there on the weekends or even after 2p.m. on a weekday. The lines are crazy long! And the comments about the store being a mess are no joke! Once I was shopping and my toddler found an open bottle of BBQ sauce and dumped it all over himself. Really Ross? This is by far one of the worst Store I've ever gone to in my life. So much clutter and items on the floor you can't find anything or walk through the store without tripped over things. Honestly this store is waiting on an injury to happen. The fitting rooms and bathrooms were also AWFUL. I asked the girl working the fitting room if the store is always that bad and she said " yes nobody cares" I'm not sure if she meant customers or employees but it's not the costumers jobs to keep the store clean. Not to mention for the first time in my life I couldn't find ANY cute little girls clothes for my daughter, this blew my mind. Honestly go to any other Ross. What a waste of time. read more

Try going to your favorite chain store just to know that at This specific location in Quebec Square in Denver Colorado and come to find out that at this location you will be followed and profiled if you're Hispanic, the minute I walked in (me 29y/o Hispanic, with a college education and a successful career) came here to do a quick shopping. The minute i walked in I had loss prevention named Ethan following me around like I was a mouse and he was a cat and at some point he was going to get me, this guy didnt even attempt to not make it obvious.. I was by shoes, he followed me to shoes... I went to men's wear, he immediately followed me.. I went to skin care on the other side of the store... Yes this person didnt give a minute to follow me. At this point I was agitated and was feeling beyond uncomfortable so I decided to speak to a manager. The manager came over the first thing she says to me with a careless notion is "yes?" .. didnt introduced her self however her name is Lisa. I explained to Lisa my frustration and how uncomfortable I was feeling having her Security Guard follow me around the store. She said "well that's his job". I then questioned her "his job is to follow ME specifically around?" She answered with a serious face with "It's Protocol" . Wait a second.. ..... ... ... It's Protocol to follow and make someone feeling like their stealing?? . I've worked in the customer service for 14years this is no way to treat customers. Lisa didnt even attempt to ease up the situation or resolve the fact that this guy has made me feel like the most horrible person in the world by following me, the whole time. I proceeded to explain the situation and her response was "uh hu". Talk about ROSS Management caring of their loyal customers. She interrupted me called the security guard again which he didn't even take a millisecond to arrive because he was already behind me. When Ethan approached us all Lisa says is "He feels like youre following him" kinda with a smirk on her face like it was a joke. I couldnt believe how disrespectful this managers behaviour was. I can't believe this happens here at this location. I will never come back to this location. I was horrified to hear that my client fell in front of the store on Tuesday in front of employees and the security guard . instead of anyone helping her and seeing if she was okay , the employees laughed and called her fat .
