The folks that run it were super friendly and it was clearly the stop for many locals. It sounded like the chai tea latte is what they're known for and my traveling buddy confirmed it was very good. I just had a small hot chocolate and it was also very good. This was not a packet added to water kind of thing. Well worth a breakfast or lunch stop if passing through.

Family friendly areas are described on a sign inside the door. It turns out that they specialize in teriyaki and smash burgers. We had the latter + bacon. We got home cut fries and onion rings. Everything was delicious and the burger was a beautiful 6 ounces and still juicy, with sliced tomatoes and lettuce. We also enjoyed some conversation with the owner. We'll definitely be back and eat here instead of Omak's fast food joints.

It was completely stuffed with the goods too. Although I was here for breakfast, they had some awesome looking pies. Since I'm a ways away from coming back (and can't keep it cool on the motorcycle) I decided to have breakfast dessert. Glad I did as it was amazing. On the downside, almost nothing is scratch made, so you end up with that gas station / greasy spoon vibe here. Lots of pre-packaged, heat it up kind of food. It's not horrible, it's just not particularly fresh or flavorful either. In the end, pricing is fair for what you're getting. If you go, just make sure and set your expectations appropriately - this is not a gourmet dining establishment, nor is it priced as such.
