Took about 4 months to complete, some advice...if you have any aftermarket pieces on your watch (IE aftermarket diamond bezel) give the team a heads up. You'll more than likely need to remove the aftermarket piece before they'll start the work. When we came here, Ricardo was able to help us order it and have it arrive in store for pickup the next week. We put a deposit down, then came the next week as promised to pick it up. He was polite, informative, and friendly plus most importantly he was able to deliver like he promised. A couple of the other salesmen there didn't want to give us the time of day when we came to pick up the watch, but Ricardo was on point. We have a dead cuckoo but I'm not sure I want it fixed the bird drove me crazy n it's too expensive to get it fixed. So this is a one stop for all your watches n grandpa clocks need. In 2024, we spent months searching for two additional pieces: a two-tone 31mm Datejust with a green dial and diamond numerals for my fiancée Kim, and a stainless steel Submariner "Starbucks" for myself. Most dealers simply added us to waitlists with little to no communication. Everything changed when we met Shiva in the fall of 2024. She was professional, transparent, and truly followed through. On July 30th, 2025, she reached out to let us know Kim's 31mm Datejust had arrived, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Then on February 23rd, 2026, we received the message every Rolex enthusiast hopes for: "Hi Tony, Happy Monday! Hope all is well. The wait is over -- I do have a Green Sub reserved for you." We made the 2.5-hour drive again, and once more, the process was effortless and exactly how a luxury experience should feel. I had to make a last minute appointment, was only in the area for a short time. Adam graciously brought us back and showed us so many combinations of beautiful time pieces. He is really the best. Informative, he loves the company and the history of Audemars Piguet, knowledgeable and friendly. Noah was great too. He made sure we were comfortable and had sparkling water throughout the presentation of many different beautiful timepieces. It was an amazing experience. Looking forward to come back. They treated me like someone special, taking a lot of time to explain watch functions and process and how they are made. I am really no one, and for them to be so kind was really a great experience.
