We were also amazed by how quickly they completed our pieces without compromising on quality. What really sets Bella and Kelly apart is how much they genuinely care about their clients. Every time we stop by to have our rings cleaned, we're greeted like family and always leave feeling so well taken care of by all of them. The jewelers from Ngoc Bich said that it was the best price for what it was but only weighed 27g as opposed to the one here, weighing 30g, and is closer to the actual weight of the bracelet I was eyeing. Ken and Mindy were patient and very knowledgeable. Mindy was able to look at my bracelet and say that it weighed less than hers and even brought out her scale to show us. We had a 6 people buying merch from them, 2 bracelets and 4 rings. It would have been nice if they were able to give everyone a little bit of a discount but they cut the two bracelet buyers some slack. Will be coming back to check out more of their selection They're also able to order items for you in a timely manner and are very accommodating and sincere. Will definitely be coming back for more pieces.

I communicated with them for over a month and gave them 48 hours notice and again, 24 notice that I would come by. They repeatedly said to come in as they had a selection of pink lab oval diamonds. WELL. I came by and they were like "oh we sold them. Why don't you buy other diamond here? Look! We have a pink brilliant or a pink pear." What was the point of wasting my time?? They could have just told me the day before I came by that they didn't have it. When I left their store, they tried to call me to "come back". I stopped responding to them. A very dishonest business. I would not recommend even if they are truly the best priced whole-seller in all of Asian Garden Mall. This place just keeps getting better and better! I have been working with this jeweler for years…read more I have brought friends and family here for just as long. I have commissioned pieces from her --- all appraised for at least double what she has charged. There are many times that I want pieces of jewelry that I just can't find anywhere. I come here to make my ideas come alive. I like having pieces that are unique, but won't break the bank. Anh is such a creative and talented jeweler that when I present an idea, she always makes it better: better colors, better clasps, better design, better length, etc.! Let's start with the great real live jade selection. Real jadeite that stays cold in 100 degree weather. I decided I wanted white jade in white gold/silver. She came through. I wanted purple jade earrings and necklace because I wanted color but refused to wear glass beads! She came through. My lavender jade is beautiful with its many shades! My necklace, is stunning. Every time I wear it, everyone wants it. I have already bought three varieties to give as gifts! I will upload photos of what I got since there are no words to explain their beauty--- all for a great price. I wanted a very light green jade set, once again Anh made it happen. I like a minimalist style, but don't want to sacrifice a classy and feminine look. These accessories help jazz up a comfortable work outfit. I used to work in very corporate setting, but now work in a much more relaxed environment. Wearing accessories that elevate an outfit is such an awesome option. This is on the second floor in the Asian Garden Mall. It's right on top of the escalator.

Italy's Bulgari and Britain's Graff are phenomenal too but DO NOT sleep on Chopard and Piaget. Exceptional quality. Check out the gold pieces in person and examine the craftsmanship up close. I stopped by their previous location at South Coast Plaza a few more times to check in with my favorite person there--Queenny!!!! She always makes me so happy! She's always so thrilled to show me the newest watches and have me try on the different pieces of jewelry. Every time I'm there she's always ready with the chilled Pellegrino and Piaget chocolates, of which my partner especially looks forward to the Piaget Dark chocolate pieces. I personally adore the Piaget 'Rose' chocolates! I absolutely love and crave those! Wish I could buy a box of those and have them in my office at work! *Hint Hint, Piaget headquarters...bring back those Piaget chocolates for your loyal customers.* 2. I've had my Possession rings dropped off to have it polished and cleaned..ready just in time for an event I was attending. Queenny pulled off a miracle to have it all ready for me and I really can't thank her enough!!! She's truly a lifesaver! Plus, since I wouldn't have my Possession ring to wear in the meantime, I also picked up a Piaget Rose ring...Hooray, I love it! It's dainty and gorgeously crafted, as expected of the Piaget quality and craftsmanship. 3. Recently, Piaget moved to a new location next to the Rolex boutique. Very convenient and great exposure. The new boutique has really great flow and has a VIP room....oh so chic! A good portion of their collections is on display and it's more easy to view everything they have to offer...I love it! Queenny always makes it a welcoming experience for us. The only thing missing here is...PIAGET CHOCOLATES...how can that be??!?! Please don't think Lindt chocolates are a good replacement for the Piaget ones...Ohhh nooooo. Big mistake! My sweetie and I look forward to those delightful pieces of Piaget chocolates! Bring them back, please!!!! (I want to buy a box of those Piaget chocolates for my office!) 4. Lastly, Piaget needs to offer the Piaget Rose Candle as an incentive or even available for purchase for VIP clients. Yes, I understand there is no SKU on those items, but as a client who loves Piaget, I'm willing to pay for those delicately scented candles!!!! Make them available! ***Piaget and Queenny always brightens up my day!!! Thank you so much, Queenny!***
