Fusilli with red sauce shrimp and zucchini

Great place! They made a dish that I requested with modifications exactly to my liking and didn't up charge which was very considerate. The food was some of the best I have eaten and wasn't super oily or creamy! The lemon cake was light and delicious as well with a delicious crust. 100% recommend this for a nicer dinner. The ambiance is amazing and they have a great sunset view during dinner!!

I really enjoyed my experience here! We were struggling to find a place to eat in Capri that had reasonable prices for authentic food, and this place fit the bill. The servers were very kind and helpful and brought us to a table near the kitchen since we did not make a reservation. The restaurant itself was very bustling towards the late evening, but the tables were far enough apart where it provided some privacy. For dinner, I ordered the spaghetti alle vongole which was very tasty and well-portioned. I was very pleasantly surprised with this restaurant and would've returned if I had more time in Capri!

If you're reading this because you're wandering through Capri deciding where to eat, please pretty please, with a basil leaf on top, GO HERE. This restaurant is fully of love and history. It's a little tough to find as it's really hidden in the little ally way. Once you step through it's like a little time capsule. Curved walls, a beautiful single window (if you're real lucky you get the table next to it), and a counter for takeout orders really stands out. I chose to order a cheeseless pizza - say whaaaa? It was awesome! The tuna pizza came with olives, onions, the most deliciously tangy red sauce, and a drizzle of olive oil. I easily ate the whole pie, crust included (arguably the best part) for lunch and didn't feel weighed down at all! In addition to the pizza being mind blowing, the spaghetti my husband ordered was also just darn freaking tasty, and the table bread... heavenly. This is a perfect restaurant.

Spent the day in Capri and was craving pizza like every other person in this world does. Found Buca di bacco before arriving and it wasn't the easiest to find. Lucky for us, this place was empty when we arrived, and packed up 15 minutes later. There is literally one table with the perfect view by the window. Do your best and try to request this (not sure if you can). Ordered a carafe of the house red which is always good and a few pizzas for lunch. The food is good, it's a little quaint restaurant, and great service. This makes a great lunch spot in Capri.

    Gnocchi al Sorrento

Stopped here for lunch on a Friday in the early afternoon. I was seated immediately and the service was good. I order the Gnocchi al Sorrento and it came out within ten minutes. I found the dish to be rather lackluster though. It tasted like Heniz or Chef Boyardee sauce with little to no seasonings. The gnocchi was really doughy, but it seems to be made in house which was nice. There was so much mozzarella in this dish though that it was almost overpowering. By far the cheesiest thing I've eaten here. If you're into that, I'm sure you'll love it. Don't think I'd come back.

    Really good mozzarela

We came for lunch and was lucky enough to get the seat by the window. The couple sitting there just left right after we sat down and when I asked our waiter if we can move he happily obliged. I ordered the caprese salad to share and got the ravioli caprese. We're in Capri after all so why not order the specialties! Definitely enjoyed both of them and the mozzarella was really really good, it was fresh and had really good texture. It was nothing like I've ever had in the US. I also took a bite of the fettucine Bolognese my boyfriend ordered and really liked the very meaty sauce. This places charges a 3 Euro cover charge per person. (coperto - not the same as tip) to your bill.

This place was tucked into an alley but was still easy to find thanks to all the little signs in Capri. It was cool to see the actual pizza oven. We got two pizzas and both were delish. The reason I knocked off a star was because when we walked in with our toddler I saw the server roll his eyes. She behaved really well and the rest of the staff was kind to her but wasn't a fan of the eye rolling.

    Limoncello cake

Our least memorable meal on our entire honeymoon. We were recommended to come here from our hotel. We just got in and were too tired and hungry to actually think and do research. Not a particularly bad meal by any means, just nothing special. It's a small eatery tucked away on the walkway past TOD's. Prices are very reasonable considering Capri is slightly expensive due to tourism. We started with the octopus & potato salad--generous portion of octopus, not chewy at all, atop soft buttery potatoes. Squeeze some lemon on this and it's divine! Next we had the spaghetti carbonara and fish baked with almonds, orange & lemon. Both great dishes! Aside from pulling some bones out of the fish, it was fresh and had great flavor. Rounded out the meal with the limoncello cake, which was disappointingly meh. The service is just there to serve you food, not make you feel good. Considering how many awesome meals we've had throughout Italy, this place is just not above average.

The beautiful view if youre lucky enough to get the table by it :)

Nestled on the side of a cliff in Capri, is this lovely place. It took our group of 8 on quite the trek down the side of said cliff in the hot Capri sun. Well it was worth the hike because the view was spectacular and the food was phenomenal. We basically ordered the entire menu but the standouts for me were the scallops, the fresh raw oysters and the seafood risotto. Of course the seafood tastes like they got it right out of the ocean. The service was also beyond amazing. Whatever we asked for, it was there with minutes and the table was quickly cleared of empty dishes and my wine was replenished a satisfying amount of times. I'm sad we couldn't experience the beach club but the view helped with the FOMO...btw the hike back up the cliff was intense. I'm grateful I'm in somewhat decent shape. An alternative to the uphill hike is a water taxi from the restaurant which requires advanced booking.
