I SHOULD RATE THIS ONE STAR FOR MAKING ME SPEND $60 IN A FREAKING GAS STATION!!!! But I won't because Buc-ee's is the bestest gas station in the world. Matter of fact "gas station" is an insult, it is more like a fuel mall! They have so many options. It is it weird that I sometimes go to Buc-ee's just to get food? I crave their Texas BLT. Yes, it is $6.00, but it is massive and seems like they put a whole slab of bacon on it. It is always warm and fresh and delicious. I also love their salads and often will stop by to get one for lunch. I love their kolaches and pastries as well. Most of all I love Buc-ee's for having the cleanest restrooms!! I am a germaphobe and rarely, (like can count on one hand) use a public restroom, especially in a gas station. I travel frequently between TX and GA and often will just hold it, because the bathrooms at pit stops are so filthy. Anytime I am traveling and come upon a Buc-ee's I scream so loud for whoever is driving (usually my sister) to stop, I'm sure she probably doesn't need a bathroom anymore. I have absolutely no hesitation at all to use Buc-ee's restrooms. They are beyond clean, sanitary and comfortable. They have like 30 plus stalls, so there is never a line. I have NEVER come across a dirty bathroom at Buc-ee's. Now one day I was traveling from Houston to Austin, and came across the Buc-ee's in Madisonville. BIG FREAKING MISTAKE. It is a super Buc-ee's. They have a whole gift mart, deli, and a whole counter of beef jerky. When I left, I had spent $60.00!!! And not on just gas! OMG. I wish the smaller Buc-ee's in Cypress had a beef jerky counter. It was AMAZEBALLS! I love beef jerky and there had to be 15-20 different types you could buy. They even let you sample it before you buy it. I could go on and on about my love for the beaver (wow, that didn't sound right lol) but I will end with saying that you should add going to Buc-ee's on your bucket list. read more

Take your pick: A huge selection of local, high quality road trip foods: 7+ flavors of top-notch jerky, a wall of hard-to-find snacks (try the beaver nuggets!), a fudge bar, a small bakery/deli. Then there are the drinks: great coffee/cappucino/hot chocolate and low prices, sugared sodas (select Buc-ees), Icees Large, spotless restrooms. I can skip the touristy stuff, but apparently other people love it, too. I have to be careful. This is such a texas road trip staple and all the food is delicious also it is so big and you practically never have to wait for a gas pump.

You can't go wrong stopping at a Buc-ees for gas, snacks and a potty break on a trip. In my experience, Buc-ees is always clean and always well lit. I was so excited to see this Buc-ees built in Cypress, not too far from our house. I sometimes drive there and pick up Beaver Nuggets to send to my daughter who is away at college in another state... with no Bu-cees nearby. read more

Great place to stop for a bathroom break and a snack. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Bought an rtic bottle, rinsed it out and went outside to fill it up for my son. Got the label off and realized it's damaged. Ok no biggie I'll go exchange it, I've had it less than 5 minutes and it only had water in it. Nope! Tells me that even though they sold me a damaged product they have no responsibility to fix their mistake. Tell me to go through rtic.com to get it replaced. No help, no nothing. The reason they told me they won't fix their mistake: it's had "product" in it. They can't resell it. They decide that $11 is worth this review when they didn't notice the damaged product and willingly sold it to me. Good job bucees for being a certified douche about it. Best gas prices in Cypress. The car wash is pretty good. It gets pretty crowded in the parking lot and makes it hard to get in and out.

I stopped in for a snack and potty break on my way back home at this location at 4:15 am on a Tuesday. The presentation of retail in this store was the cleanest, sharpest and finest I have ever encountered outside of the the notoriously fastidious Austrian Highway resorts. The staff, two young gentlemen, were pleasant and attentive as well. Whoever is managing that site is doing the company a great service. read more

I am usually very skeptical about a drive thru car wash but my neighbor recommended this car wash; let me tell you that I have been very pleased. I would like to make clear that I do NOT bring my suv here regularly (only about ones every two months, my hubby hand washes my car every other time) but am very pleased. We went there to try their beef jerky and to our surprise we are very pleased. I think I prefer the turkey jerky but the beef one are just as good. We usually get our jerky from Woody's in Centerville. I am glad we found Buc ees so we don't have to go that far. Not enough gas pumps for such a busy highway but definitely a lot of snack and food options inside along with clean kept restrooms. I highly recommend the drive through car wash which comes discounted with a purchase of gas. The bristles in the car wash are replaced regularly and don't mess up your paint job all too much. read more

I live close to this bad boy. At first glance one would think they are price gouging the gas. But at second glance you're like whhhhhaaaaaaaaattttttttttttt........20 cents off per gallon with a carwash. AWESOME. I never fill up here without a carwash, otherwise you're paying nearly 30 cents higher than the nearest station, much like HEB down the road. The restrooms here are the normal buc-ees standard. BUCEES STEALS YOUR MONEY---When I stopped to purchase gas, a promotion of 20 cents off per gallon of gas with a purchase of a premium car wash was displayed at each pump. After selecting to purchase the car wash and selecting regular unleaded gas, I started pumping the gas . IT CHANGED TO THE SUPER PREMIUM GAS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. NOWHERE DID IT STATE THAT IT HAD TO BE PREMIUM GAS. Every time I changed it to regular unleaded it spontaneously changed to the MOST EXPENSIVE gas. To add insult to injury the car wash was not working. I went inside to ask for a refund on the unused car wash of $12.00 and the management refused to refund the amount of the UNUSED CAR WASH even after explaining that I do not live or work near a Bucees read more

I used their car wash. When I arrived home and walked to the passenger side of my car, I noticed there was soap on my car from the car wash. Since it is 7.5 miles from my house, I did not drive right back. I took a photo of the soap on my car and cleaned off the soap. Over the weekend, three days later, it was below freezing outside and I assumed the car wash was not open. When I went a week after the car wash, the car wash manager treated me very rudely and refused to offer a re-wash on my car. I wrote to Buc-ees website to complain five days ago and have not received a response from them. I expected better customer service from Buc-ees. Since then, I have spoken to a friend who lives in that area. She has also gone to their car wash and found soap on her car when returning home.
