I have to say that this place is so great! The online ordering system is so fast and so easy. Paid through PayPal and scheduled our pick-up about a month in advance. I wrote some comments on my online order in that I understand the store closes at a certain time, but if there was any way I could pick-up at a later time and the owner made that happen! I picked it up at 430p, thank you soooo much for accommodating that. I pulled up to the back, and they brought all my items out to me. Coming and going was a breeze. As for the food, we ordered a Grande 2.0, smoked salmon box and 2 dozen strawberries. We had 10 ladies in our party and we definitely couldn't finish it all! I think my most favorite part was that everything was so fresh and presentable. The crostini/bread that came with that salmon box is sooooo yummy, I can't stop thinking about it! I can't speak to the ambiance of the inside of their store, but we will definitely look into those private classes/parties that I read somewhere!

Thank you Thursday!!! It's just certainly neat to be Elite and Yelp has certainly got me hooked on feeling Bubbly and Bleu as I was so excited to have a virtual YEE learning how to put together a board last year. All done by the inspiring and passionate couple Cheryl DeAngelo and Chef Fred who by the way if you didn't know has been honored by Pacific Edge Magazine's Business Achievement Award of "BEST NEW BUSINESS AWARD 2022" woohoo!!! Omg their charcuterie are just works of art just visit their Instagram page @bubblyandbleu to see it all or even better their shop has it all bags, towels, snacks, cracker and just fun and the load of specialty items sure to make your Bubbly and Bleu lover blush. If I'd to ever have a special celebration my dream seriously is to have them cater or build a massive board as everything they do is done with so much thought, care and is just stunning! Grazing has never been fun as they put the CUTE in charcuterie!!! Thank you Thursday and every day!!

AMAZING experience hands down! Take a class, learn how to build a charcuterie board. Bring friends, or sit with strangers, and drink some wine and enjoy your company. Laugh, eat, drink. Embrace the experience and you will have a wonderful experience! Fred and his wife bring a lovely, fun, and informative experience to the art of charcuterie board making. We learned about the business, and got to enjoy a bit more with friends. And the items they bring in are just If you find yourself there around normal business hours take a look at their offerings. Some things may surprise you, others may bring you home. But at the end of it all you feel like you are home!

This is such a cute store... my friend LOVES cheese and likes to make her own charcuterie boards so I was in search for some cheese. This place was perfect because I was able to by items for her to make her own board, along with accessories to go along with the gift. They also offer charcuterie classes too! Although, I'm good at eating, not at creating :) LOCATION: Right off Koko Head Avenue! If you're heading East bound, take the Koko Head Ave off and head towards Waialae Avenue. You'll see their cute blue store on your left. PARKING: Lots of street metered parking right in front... or, you can park inside of the parking lots behind the store. SERVICE: I love that this is a family owned store. When you walk in, they offer great suggestions and the places feels homey. They are very informative and provided me with so many options! My friend totally LOVED her gift from here. They also offer pre-ordered sets so be sure to check out their website! www.bubblyandbleu.com

We had such a unique and fun evening at one of the charcuterie board classes. It was $85 per person, a little bit of a splurge but overall worth the quality cheese, meats and fruits you get along with the curated experience and expertise. Most importantly, that includes snacks and sparkling wine to enjoy while you build your board. Each guest got a charcuterie cup and there was also a larger shared board with an assortment of cheeses and meats to graze on. Our teacher and the shop owner, Cheryl, is so passionate about her craft. She walked us through making our board and introduced us to each ingredient as we plated it. She explained some concepts to keep in mind while we designed our boards and her husband, the Chef of the restaurant, walked around to give us some pointers as we went. We went in kind of blind, knowing very little about cheese and charcuterie, but everyone was so unpretentious and friendly! We were all there to have a fun night and eat good food. This was a great way to get to know some cheese and charcuterie basics and I know I'll be back to buy ingredients, or pick up a board for a gift.

Loaded with grapes, strawberries, blueberries, a halved kiwi, sliced fig in its own jelly atop a quarter round of brie, manchego cheese, aged cheddar, two rosettes of sliced salami and procuitto. Throw in a handful of Marconi almonds and a bit of pomegranate seeds, some honey with a dipper, a few flowers and voila a beautiful box of charcuterie. A bag or artisan crackers were also included. I did like that there was a platter included so it could be removed from the box. This was a gift from my son and DIL along with a box of chocolate covered giant strawberries with was gobbled down before I could snap a picture. Delightful gift to receive and I will make a trip to the store to check it out.

A cross between a deli and a boutique, this charming and beautifully decorated "cheese boutique" makes you feel like you're in Napa or maybe somewhere in Europe, not Kaimuki! Stocked with an interesting variety of cheeses, olives, and other related foods to accompany wine, it specializes in charcuterie boxes. My 94 year old father decided to order 2 of them for Easter after reading about it in the newspaper. At first my mom was upset because he spent a pretty penny without telling her about it, but after we picked up the beautiful AND delicious food arrangements we were all delighted that he did! We had one box with a variety of delicious meats and cheeses, salami rosettes, Marcona almonds, and fig jam, decorated with gorgeous fruit including kiwi, strawberries, pomegranate seeds, grapes and probably the best blueberries I've ever eaten! They were so dark they were almost black! It came with an assortment of crackers. Our other box consisted of smoked salmon with diced onions, capers, lemon slices, tomatoes and cream cheese accompanied by toastettes. But it was the fresh dill took it to another level! The quality of ingredients was excellent as was the presentation! I LOVED the extra special touches of the fresh flowers and rosemary sprigs and little cards with uplifting messages like "I hope you feel beautiful today" and "Be such a beautiful soul that people crave your vibes!" Many people create their own boards these days, but if you don't have the time or inclination, but do have the means, leave it to these experts! You will impress your guests or host whichever side of the party you may be on!!

Full disclosure, I did NOT purchase the charchuterie board this review is based on. It was a gift from a friend who, ahem, helped me eat it while drinking MY wine. THE IG worthy charchuterie set (and what got me following them since they started their pandemic age business). First, the business is about to open Hawaii's first fromageries with what promises to be a selection of very well curated artisan cheeses. That said, the selections on the platter are quality. In one of the hard cheeses, salt crystals, a telltale sign of proper long aging. Charchuterie is selected for the masses (a simple salami and prosciutto vs culatello, finocchiona, duck or wild boar prosciutto), it is properly sliced and artfully arranged. The addition of nuts and fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pomegranate seeds) selected for their looks rather than flavor or seasonality completes the board. Personal preference but dried fruits, ie Turkish apricots or dried Mission figs, pack more concentrated flavor and sugar and would pair better. Follow on IG to purchase. Other "goodies" like a cold smoked salmon box, bresaola box, even chocolate dipped strawberries available. 48 hour lead time required. Pics? Sorry, sometimes living life is more important. In this case diving right in with fingers while pulling the corks on a couple, several, fine bottles of wine. Eye catching. Great for gifting. Agreeable eats. All together becomes a great backdrop to a shared experience.

I'm so glad I was able to finally try the coconut balls everyone raves about at my soirée a few weeks ago. The correct name is Island Goat Cheese Truffles. They are delicious!! I am pleased they sell it separate from the pre-made boards. I thought I wasn't able to try them until I bought a platter. When I picked them up I didn't realize they also sell various meats like prosciutto and Molinari's Salami & much more! So glad to know they have Molinari's cured meats. I remember going to Molinari's on the weekends we when you Little Italy in San Francisco. I'm definitely going to order some cold cuts there to make sandwiches. They cuts are by the pound. And they sell imported cheese as well. Im so excited this is in my backyard!

Kaimuki's newest addition! I'm so glad they opened up, there are such a big variety of things in here!!! So many choices it can be a bit overwhelming. Fred was very personable and you can tell he really loves what he does. All the employees were very attentive and checking up on us even tho they were super busy prepping all of the Christmas charcuterie board sets the people have ordered. In addition to all the cheese and meats you could ask for they have really cute bags and utensils all cheese and wine themed. They have a couple big tables and chairs set up as well as seating along the window and some chairs outside. They will cut the meats into slices for you when you order them. I ended up getting a minimum box for my mom's Christmas present and it came out so cute looking! In addition to the fruits and meats and cheeses they gave a bunch of crackers and this cute tube of honey to drizzle on top. I can't wait to come back and get more.

My friends and I really wanted to get a nice charcuterie board for a picnic we were having for a birthday and stumbled upon Bubbly & Bleu while doing some research on instagram. We were impressed with their colorful and aesthetic pictures, so we decided to give them a shot and were not dissapointed. We ordered the mezzo box, which their website says serves about 4-8 people. We were blown away by the presentation; the box is so pretty you almost don't want to mess it up by eating the food! The variety of items in the box is plentiful as well. There were so many different types of cheeses, meats, crackers, fruits, and nuts - I got something different with almost every bite. Although I love charcuterie boards, I'm always worried that it won't be enough food for a meal. There were 6 of us and, true to the serving size listed on the website, the mezzo box was more than enough for us. We were full by the end and still had some left over. Although their store in Kaimuki wasn't open at the time, we were able to place an order online and pick it up at the store easily. There is also a delivery option. I highly recommend Bubbly & Bleu if you want something fancy (but still fulfilling) for a special occasion, or if you're just craving a treat. It is definitely worth it and supporting a great local business is an added plus!

presentation is amazing! the box feels like it weighs 10lbs. SO much stuff in it!

AMAZING!!!!! Go go go!!!! I love to support all of the great businesses in Kaimuki! There is so much variety in such a small areas. Love love! I am so thankful I got to try Bubbly and Bleu today! We were thinking of a gift for a co-worker that was "different" and so I did a little research and came across Bubbly and Bleu. I love charcutier boards and I am pretty picky on what I like on them. I very rarely will buy one pre-made. I am so glad we took the chance and bought one from here. First off: Presentation. TOP NOTCH! WOWZA, no way I could have done anything that looks as nice. Just simply beautiful. Variety: again TOP NOTCH. Jams, cheeses, fruit, dessert, crackers, meat...you name it-they have it. Cost: SO reasonable! Go visit their website, they list all of their prices, nothing hidden, great site and they DELIVER! I am 100% sure going to be buying more from this great little place.

Is this place still open? Can't order anything from the website and the phone number doesn't work anymore. I'm in the states and usually call in to order for my local family members there

I believe they still are. They could have closure due to time of the year or cases like out of town / holiday. Try checking their instagram if anything.

Is there alcohol there or is it byob?

It was SO good we ate half. No other place on island (and I've tried a ton) have real white queso and not Kraft cheese. The queso can last up to a week. Just not in my house. It's addicting. The salsa rosa is perfect for everything! Chips, tacos, and Cooking! Perfect. It's mild but still has a kick. No need for me to add the spice shot. On that note. If you need more than a kick they sell spice shots to kick it up a notch. Over all the salsa rosa is not too chunky and it's not to watery. It is great chip or scoop consistency. Both of these are so good I've bought them as gifts. We jokingly called it black market salsa. Worth going to jail for. I'm not a fan of the salsa verde. My family loves it I just don't. For me it's missing something. Still great, I'm just not in love. Finally the chips are just ok. Though they are fresh made. They are not over salted. The price is fair. I just prefer over salted blue corn chips. We will be back with cash in hand. Cash only!

There's also a weekly special Jumbo Shrimp Salad wrap. This one is very good. Packed with plump, crunchy, flavorful shrimp. Also, its Portuguese Kale Soup is very good too, and packed with a surprising punch of flavor and spice. The Strawberry Chicken Salad is a favorite, and quite popular amongst my co-workers as well. It's an excellent balance of sweet, savory, and sour. Make this a wrap too! Or create a strawberry balsamic jam for the Chipotle Chicken wrap? Overall, Humi Deli & Juice is definitely a top place to grab food that's clean, fresh, healthy, handled with care, and well prepared. The employees there are super friendly. It's too bad the prices keep creeping higher and higher over the years where it doesn't feel it's worth it to go (but I can say the same for many Downtown places).

If you're coming from King St heading Eastbound it's very hard to make a left turn into the parking lot . Especially during morning rush hour because lots of people don't have Aloha anymore. Every time I passed by Honey Glazed always had a hard time to make a left turn so always continue onto the freeway . Finally I came from the other way so I stopped for take out lunch . I settle for their Honey Glazed ham on a croissant bread it was very yummy with honey mustard along with mayo, romaine lettuce and tomato. The soup is wonderfully spicy with generous portions of flavorful ham. The corn bread is out of the world, light and fluffy, almost dessert. The clerk was aloha friendly of this locally owned shop. The shop also sells gift items and soup kits. I had my eye on several novelty kitchen towels. There are no tables to eat inside, nor are there tables outside. Everybody takes their food to go. There is free parking in their shared lot.

I tried the butter mochi this past visit and it was good. It always amazes me the ladies who take your order and don't write it down and somehow get it right. I can see one or two things but my wife likes to order 5-6 things. I've been lucky to go when no one was in line (a rainy day) and have waited in line for over 30 minutes. This past visit was only about 20 minutes. I guess it's a roll of the dice. After Char Hung Sut closed many years back this has been my go to for Manapua.

The pepeau was also flavorful and the pouch was light and delicious, not overly thick and chewy. There was a baked triangle filled with a pork filling. The pastry was light and delightful. The mochi rice pockets were especially enjoyable and a new favorite for me! Yum! And the custard tarts were fresh, not too much crust, and of the crust, it was light and flaky! Very well done! Will tell family and friends about this most tasty bakery and stop by again on our own! Woo hoo!
