What a great little laundry room! I live close to another one but will drive down more for Bubbles! I just found out they have full service and also dog a bed sanitation service from Cody who was very informative and super helpful with my laundry. I see him and his co-worker constantly cleaning or helping customers. I DO have my own washer and dryer but of course not large enough for my comforters and dog beds. I'll always come here. Yesterday I had to take my residents clothes to the laundry mat since ours broke down. I got the service of wash and fold. Briana was such a sweetheart she came out to my car and helped me bring in a lot of laundry... She was kind and courteous very helpful. Always had a smile on her face the whole time. I went back to get my laundry Briana had it folded and bagged nice she also put the residents names on each bag they belonged to. I would go back again. This review is for Briana. You saved my life. This was my first time trying out a laundry drop off and fold service, and I don't know where it's been my whole life. After being sick for weeks, I could not fathom doing all the laundry by myself. I dropped off over 40 lbs of laundry, and it was done by the next day. Briana let me know there were two orders ahead of me, but she would still be able to have it done by the next morning. She is such a hard worker and so dedicated to doing things with care. Briana folded everything so. neatly. with care. and it is somehow also lint free too?? I am also someone who is really picky about how I fold my clothes- no notes. Everything was perfect. Whatever she's being paid, she deserves more. I 1000% recommend you come here and use their services. The facility is really clean and you can tell they really care about the state of it. I used their laundry service and do not regret it one bit. They did such an amazing job. I was very behind on laundry and called in and let them know that I was coming in to drop off my clothes. It was super easy and smooth for the drop off. The best part was that they had everything ready the next day. It was folded neatly and they even hung/covered some pieces that were delicate. Best laundry place around, and I drive from a couple cities over just because I prefer how clean they keep everything. Usually you go to a laundry place and it's all trash. Like no one takes care of things. But I've been coming for over a year now because the constant improvement they do on this place. They actually care for what they do, and once the machine got stuck with my quarter and I only had cash that day, but the sweet lady who's always working when I'm there gave me a card to pay for the rest of the wash after it got stuck once I already put in like $2. This laundromat is very clean, the washers and dryers are clean and affordable, and the attendant is nothing less than amazing! I've been coming here for a few months now since I moved to this area of Anaheim and this laundromat just knocks the rest out of the park! It's extremely clean compared to others I've been to and the staff is always so friendly. I've been helped by Cody on several occasions and he's always willing to help me carry things to my car and help use the machines, he really goes the extra mile. The machines are brand new and in excellent condition. There are options to buy snacks, soap, and other essentials in case you forget (which I do a lot lol). Overall I'm very happy I discovered this laundromat :) makes my life so much easier! read more

If you live in Cypress and are looking for a laundromat to go to I cannot recommend Bubbles enough. I have been going to this laundromat for the past 8 years and it was completely trashed with hardly working machines and homeless people in and out. NOW the NEW OWNERS have completely transformed this place! All the machines are brand new and there is staff onsite during all hours of operation to assist you if needed. My favorite worker is one of the younger kids Cody! I have a family of 7 so when I go to wash I'm bringing 20+ loads to wash and Cody is always helping load and un-load customers laundry and making sure the place is clean while he is on duty. The owners are there every weekend making sure everything is working, clean and just an overall very family friendly environment. Customer Service never disappoints! read more

I have been to many different laundromats in my time here in OC, but Bubbles LaundryRoom is by far the best one I have been to. One of the reason for this 5 star review is how easy it is to use the washers and dryers in most laundromats, you would have to go to the bank get cash then exchange the cash for coins, not here instead you can easily reload money into your laundry card(which is free btw) by using your debit card or cash. The second and main reason for this review is the staff! The staff are so attentive and friendly they're always helping guests out, cleaning asking if you need any help, they're always on top of their responsibilities! One employee especially named Jay helped me out tremendously, I had asked him a question about removing stains from my jersey and i stead of just giving me a response Jay went out of his way to personally take my jersey and remove the stains out of my jersey! He was friendly and informative and overall a cool dude! Totally recommend this laundromat! read more

Narrow aisles and people just leave their baskets in the middle of the aisle. Machine reading is deceptive; counts down a minute and keeps asking if you want to add dry time. Kept shutting off turns out I now paid for 70 minutes. Employee wouldn't refund. So out $5 is extra on an already expensive to wash day. Would not recommend and won't be coming back. read more

Great laundry mat! Surprised they don't have more reviews! Great parking, lots of room to fold, they even have cleaning spray and clean rags to wipe down your folding area!
