we visited bubbles laundry room yesterday because our dryer at home broke down and we've been unable to do laundry! i've seen so many great things about bubbles on the cypress community group on facebook, and so we gave it a try. this was the best laundromat i've ever been to!! many other laundromats, i feel the air has felt stuffy but bubbles felt very spacious and airy. we brought our own products, but they have everything you could think of available for sale there. the staff did an amazing job keeping the place clean, i felt they were cleaning/doing something every time i saw them. the facilities were all very clean as well, i especially appreciated the towels and cleaner available to sanitize the folding table area! they have a lot of machines available too, though i hear they do get very busy on the weekends. another thing to note is that their machines are all operated with a card that you purchase there, so no need to lug around a bag of quarters to the laundromat! i would definitely recommend coming here, and i would come back again if i ever need to! :) read more

I've been really impressed with Bubbles Laundry Room. The place is spotless, very organized, and the high-tech machines are always well-maintained. There's always staff around--and the owner is hands-on and incredibly accommodating. I asked if there was a short rinse option, and while the machine didn't have one, the owner kindly overrode it as a courtesy--no charge. I can't remember his name but he was super helpful. I think maybe Sebastian? He's tall skinny works in the evening. Anyway I needed to wash a lot of clothes. I found this place on Yelp and saw they were open with a ton of great reviews. Decided to give them a try. Yes they are slightly pricier but totally worth it. Every machine was brand new, clean and most importantly WORKING. Totally felt safe, I didn't know that most machines require credit card because I brought cash and quarters. Been coming to this spot for years. New owners know how to do business. Time is the most precious commodity any of us have and we don't get it back. It's important we use our time efficiently. New owners understand this, so they offer you complete wash, dry, fold for a cheap price, increasing revenue of the business. So business owners like myself can come by, drop our clothes off, and go back to business immediately. It's only like $20 too. They've added mobile payments and upgraded all the dryers. Some washers have been upgraded too. And they offer cleaning spray and micro fiber towels to sanitize your folding area. And now they have staff on site, too. Oh, and they added a primo water, too! How wonderful. And yeah, sure the price of laundry went up with all these additions, but it's still the cheapest laundromat in the area. I do miss the game machines they used to have, but they replaced that area with a service desk where they offer even MORE supplies like laundry soap and other supplies. And they've added a library for the little ones. Just a tiny assortment of children's book for wonderful addition for parents to keep their children occupied. This whole place got a huge revamp. Including improved security cameras (ring cameras) And for whatever reason, nobody really loiters here anymore. People come here, do their laundry, then leave. Increasing the safety of coming here for all. Oh oh oh, and if you download the app, you get access to the timer on your phone. So you can leave completely and confidently know when your laundry is complete. You can also see how busy it is before coming. TVs no longer have sound, but they have music playing. And it's good music. I have high hopes for this laundromat's future and I hope the owner makes a lot of money from the massive revamp and contributing a wonderful laundromat to the city. EDIT: Oh, one more thing. One suggestion please - fix the time. Right now it says 5:30 when the time is 5:35. People may run late thinking they have 5 extra minutes of time. But this is a tiny thing so it's not a big deal. EDIT: Apparently you can turn the TV volume on. I don't know how but they're a sign. There's signs for everything now. I got a new puppy and he had an accident on my large feather comforter. It wouldn't fit in my washing machine so I had to find a laundromat to take it to. I haven't been to a laundromat in forever but the attendant was super helpful and nice and showed me what to do. I just used my phone to get detergent and use the washer and dryer. I don't really leave Yelp reviews but this place deserves one! We have been coming here to do heavier loads like blankets, pillows and such since our decade old washer is just barely hanging on. The facility is always kept clean and the machines are newer. It never feels crowded either. What I appreciate about it the most is the friendly and attentive staff, they make you feel welcome. One evening, the power went out while all our clothes were in the washer mid cycle. I decided to wait a bit with my kids to see if the power would come back soon. One of the female staff made sure my kids were entertained with a game of find all the rubber ducks in the laundromat. Unfortunately the power didn't come back on immediately. The same employee offered to put all our clothes in the dryer and to call me back once the power came back on. I really appreciate their service. I highly recommend this facility! read more

This laundromat has really convenient and easy to use machines. I was able to wash and dry a machine washable rug in their more industrial sized machines. There were plenty of washers and dryers available, with space to sit if you'd like to wait for your laundry. I like the location of the plaza this laundromat is in and the hours make this place accessible for most of the day. I will definitely come back here if I need a laundromat! read more

I was really looking forward to trying this laundromat, especially with their five star review, however I was informed I could not wash my dog's bed and had to go to a different laundromat. When I arrived, a worker asked if I needed help and he was very polite and helpful. He led me to a 6 load washer and stayed by it until I went to go get my items from the car. However, when he saw I had a dog bed to wash he stated that they do not allow dog beds to be washed there. I wish this was stated in their website. I did notice their website provides a service to wash dog beds but no where did I see that we could not wash them ourselves. If I would have seen this, I wouldn't have gone to the laundromat to begin with. Please note that the three star review is for the lack of information on their website. It's always been clean when I go here. I love that you can use your phone and pay with ApplePay. It does get crowded but there's usually enough machines and space to fold clothes after. Parking lot pavement could be better but I don't think that's under their control. read more

Came in on Tuesday morning, and there are plenty of parking, plenty of rolling baskets, and a couple of large ceiling fans to keep you cool, especially during this summer. When I enter Bubbles Laundry Room, All I could say is "Wow". My husband found this place and he immediately told me coz he knew that I would love this place coz I love clean laundromat. I love how they maintain the cleanliness of the place. The washing machines and dryers are clean and high tech, you can use qr codes, debit and cc to pay but you can still use coins. I love that they have wi-fi , charging area and they even provide you cleaning materials to sanitize the folding stations. I was really shocked! I've never seen this kind of laundromat before. I used to come here in the 90's with my Mom and they have made a lot of modern improvements . I decided to come to watch my large comforter. The large washing machine was awesome. However, I was annoyed that to wash in hot water was pricier. Maybe this is normal. I haven't been to a public laundromat in years. Also I brought a second load to wash in a regular sized washing machine and was disappointed to find that they had none. Only come here if you need a large washing machine. I'm bringing the second load back home to wash because it's cheaper. I came on a Sunday around 10 am and found it to be pretty busy. All the driers were almost taken. It was also hard to find a basket. At one point all the seats were taken. There are two employees who are concurrently doing laundry service but they were quiet and didn't offer to help when I was walking around in confusion. All in all it was decent and I will probably come again just for the large washing machine. read more

The only reason I can imagine this place doesn't have more reviews is because people are trying to keep it a secret. The place is spotless, extremely well maintained. All the washers I have used over several months have been great. Dryers work okay around 35 min for large loads to dry. They have every size washer from 1 load to 10 load. And 2 sizes of dryers. You can pay via coin, card or phone app. Prices are a bit on the high side. Plenty of parking and lots of stuff within close walking distance. Definitely recommend stopping into bubbles.
