My friends and I stopped in this weekend for some delicious bubble tea. We got the regular milk tea, brown sugar, and the mango coconut. The regular milk tea and brown sugar was delicious and didn't taste artificial at all (like when you just use the powdered milk tea packets). My friend didn't enjoy her mango coconut as much as she said the mango syrup was a little too sweet for her liking. Pricing was a bit up there but honestly consistent with most of the places in this area - we paid about ~$17 for 3 drinks. Staff was friendly and was quick to cashing us out and getting us our drinks. The shop itself was clean from visible debris on the floor but there was some drink stains and splashes on the walls. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time here and will come back if we were in the area.

I'm literally such a boba snob (no -- seriously) but Bubble Well has really exceeded all my expectations. Denton has a hidden gem, which has the cutest packaging I've seen in a while (corgis!!) The food (er...drink!): I'm a strong proponent that you can learn all about a bubble tea place by ordering its most basic drink. I got the black milk tea with boba (it came out to a staggering $5 but that's what happens when there's 1 boba shop for miles) and was blown away. The boba was chewy and had the essential qq element, and the milk tea was sweet but not too sweet. The service: Didn't have a lot of interaction with the people who make the magic happen, but what I did was really positive. The guy who took our order was super friendly and very energetic. Everyone had their masks on, and our order came out in a couple minutes. TLDR: Bubble Well is a great place to get your bubble tea fix. Highly recommend for anyone who's looking to grab a quick (non alcoholic) drink while in town.

Was going through town and was looking for a boba place. This one popped up. Decided to go try it. Cute little place. The staff could be a little bit more friendly. What's there to be sad about when you serve boba? The drinks weren't bad. I got three but only one made the pic. The mango w coco milk was good. The milk tea wasn't bad. The boba was a bit hard. My hubby loved the passion fruit. It's in a little shopping center and very easy to find.

Delicious boba drinks. I went in and ordered a mango tea with strawberry popping boba and loved it! The tea was packed with flavor, however it was pretty sweet. However, you can adjust the sweetness of you like. The teas are made with real fruit and the Boba was POPPING with flavor (pun intended). The boba was just the right size and easy to pop. Definitely loved the tea here and their logo is just adorable.

Their milk tea boba is pretty good. Their price is slightly higher than other places I've been to. The staff is pretty nice and professional. It's a fairly new place so I they were still adjusting from their soft opening. They have a rewards card that you can get punched every time you visit. read more

This place has such good drinks and I am literally addicted. The Mango Coconut milk tea they added is delicious! The boba itself I would rate an 8/10, but the drinks are heavenly. I have been here on three separate occasions. 2 times I had boba tea which was alright. I feel like there is better in the area for comparable price but why this place gets one star is because all three times I went there, I went to try their cream cheese topping on their tea and every single time they tell me, it's not ready. That's the only interesting thing about this place that would make me choose it over others and they don't even have it for me to try. Will not be going back. Not interested anymore. read more

Unfortunately they don't use dairy free alternatives or even lactose free milk like Kung Fu Tea and other boba places, so I couldn't get a milk tea. We got a melon green tea instead and it wasn't very good. Had a very artificial flavor, which may have been from the syrup they used. They were also out of boba at 5 in the afternoon, so we had to get jellies as an alternative. The guys working the front end were nice but the drink wasn't that great. read more

This place is good if you like traditional tea flavors without all of the sugary taste. The tapioca/boba is perfect, and quite large and you can really taste the authentic tea flavor. I just got the basic green tea milk tea with tapioca and honestly, it was good, but now "wow" enough for me to go back any time soon. My go to boba spot in Denton! Their teas are extremely high quality and aromatic. The boba is also soft and chewy. The shop itself is super cute! The owner is also super nice. I love this place so much!!! What I like most is that their teas and juices are made fresh every day (unlike the syrup flavors at other places). They also have free juice samples (which I usually end up buying a cup) and dry teas to smell. These dry teas are the same ones they brew daily and they smell wonderful! Highly recommend and will go back soon! read more

We come here about once a week and love teas. The honey green tea is the best i have found. The Hokkaido milk tea is also fantastic. I love that they give out samples so I can try new things. It makes me happy to see that other people enjoy this place as much as I do. read more

I'm from the bay area so I know what good milk tea is. This is not it. I got the Roasted Ooolong tea with Sea Salt Cream & boba. It was so salty and the boba was so chewy. No tea taste at all. My dad got the oolong milk tea with grass jelly and it literally tasted like water with grass jelly lol.... Only good thing is that the boba was actually sweet and the grass jelly has flavor. I went in to get a match tea and as soon as I walked in I smelled a strong odor and could not believe that there was a dog coming from the back where the employee come out from. There was a strong dog odor. Don't get me wrong I love dogs but this smell was exactly like when I take my dog to the park on hot summer day and a bath is required. I would understand a service dog but I could tell this wasn't the case. The administrators should be informed on this matter and have it resolved. read more

Do not go any where else! I was skeptical at first, but after tasting my food I am now a believer. The shaved ice is delicious. I got the Taro flavor, love it!! The matcha milk tea was great too. The place is very clean, and great customer service. They have newer later hours. I only wish they had more food options. But no complaints. This is one of my favorite places to get milk tea! Now I don't have to drive 20 minutes to Carrollton anymore to get some good milk tea when this place opened up less than 10 minutes away and they're amazing! On this morning, quite a few two-tops were available. Fortunately, there was no need to sit by the bar as those stools had no backs. I ordered the Classic Breakfast. The buttermilk pancakes, of which I barely finished half, were very delicious. The sausage patties were equally delightful. The same could not be said of the syrup which congealed as it poured. Although the fried eggs had a pleasant taste, I failed to be more precise on how they were to be cooked as the yolk was liquified. When I ordered the Holiday Brew drip coffee, I wished the cashier had suggested the Bottomless Drip. As I usually drink more than a single cup, I could have saved some money. Regardless, the coffee had a very pleasant taste. When gratuity was requested, it would have been very beneficial to know for what I was tipping? When I ordered off the breakfast menu, the price was not for the raw ingredients but the cost of it being made. The same with ordering drip coffee. When I saw the silverware by the cream and coffee sweetener, I expected to grab my own utensils. As it was my initial visit, the sign to bus my own table was totally unexpected. It definitely explained why there were a lot of crumbs on the table. Since the sign was near the back, it would have been easily missed if I had not visited the restroom.

We recently dropped by this place, conveniently located next to my kids' haircut salon. Our order of brown sugar boba milk tea was delightful, and the staff members were exceptionally friendly. The overall ambiance was pleasant, with a lively atmosphere filled with college students. While the brown sugar milk tea was tasty, it leaned towards the sweeter side (though you can request reduced sweetness). I recently visited Bubble Well for the first time, as I usually frequent other boba places. I ordered the Mango Coconut milk with Mango Pop. While I appreciated the great customer service and fast service, I noticed that the mango pop in my drink tasted somewhat dry and not as fresh as I had hoped.
