Horrible Customer Service. It's a disgrace they're still in the mall. Places like this think they can make their own rules. I sent my Son to order us drinks. Mine was wrong so I took it back for them to correct. The cashier immediately said I asked your Son milk tea or smoothie and he said milk tea. Not true, but does it really matter when I'm the customer saying my drink is wrong??? It probably cost you a dollar to make this drink you charge $8.00 for. He then goes to the back and got a older lady who said I was rude so that's why she wasn't going to remake my drink. I asked for a refund and she said they don't give refunds. She then proceeded to demand a please or sorry from me to remake my drink. Not happening, I said just remake my drink, like what is the bid deal for you to be standing here arguing with me and sat my drink down. She then proceeded to throw it away. I waited for my drink but saw her making everything but my drink. I asked Why and she said she didn't say she was going to remake my drink but that I left it so she threw it away. So you refuse to remake my drink, or give me a refund, then throw away the drink I had so I have nothing? She then said she'd make it again. I waited and she had the cashier bring me out the same wrong drink. At that point I didn't want anything she had to give except for my money. There's no telling what she did to that drink before giving it to me. Needless to say I left with no drink or my money. It just wasn't worth the hassle when I can take my business elsewhere. I'll be glad to see when they're no longer in business. No customer deserves the treatment I got that day. I'd venture to say there were some prejudices involved because surely they don't treat all customers this way. With so many ways to create a drink you shouldn't get bored to quick. I randomly selected a odd combo and it worked. Bad service. I ordered a japanese apricot milk tea and he failed to notify me that they didn't have anymore. Still made me buy a drink he supplemented it with avocado milk tea without me noticing i brought back the drink after I drank around 15% of it. I didn't notice anything at first because i was super thirsty and Pregnant. And I'm usually not picky. My husband bought a red bean avocado drink there to mention. The old man doesn't have good service and just said oh well you already drank it after you tricked me ! I will not be coming back . I'll also tell all of my friends and business partners this as we are in the food / boba industry in california . The drink i got was bad. I decided to order a matcha green tea with sea salt creama. The lady working there was so sweet and kept telling me what sea salt creama is and tried to convince me to not get the matcha green tea. I already knew what a sea salt creama was so I knew what I was getting myself into. I ordered the drink, got it, tasted it, let me tell you, I was shook. It was so delicious! I thought that the tea was going to be a clear tea however it was more like a green tea latte, topped with sea salt creama. The drink was a little on the pricier side, a little over $5. I had a huge craving for boba at the mall so I decided to try to give this place a shot. I ordered a taro milk tea with boba. The lady that seemed to be the owner seemed really nice. Since I was in a rush I didn't try my drink until I started driving. I tasted zero tea in my drink. I tasted the artificial taro powder or syrup the boba's texture tasted ok, but in my drink but no tea taste at all! I thought they must of forgotten to put it in. Or messed up my order with something else, but this did not taste like a taro milk tea It tasted like a melted taro smoothie or slush. I went back to the store to tell them what happened. I told her my taro milk tea had zero tea, she said that we don't put tea in the taro milk tea. I told her I've had this same exact drink many times and is one of my favorite drinks. It's supposed to be prepared with tea inside the drink. I also was not told that their would be no tea in my "taro milk tea". I told her that this is one of my favorite drinks and you are supposed to put tea in the milk tea because it's in the name and that's how everyone boba shop prepares it. The same staff who prepared my drink told me I was completely wrong and that every boba store does not put tea in their fruit/taro milk teas! The store manager was mad for no reason when I told her politely. She was ignorant and in denial and blew up in my face. I don't recommend this place unless you want to pay for overpriced boba. Basically the only boba place within a 5 mile radius, but if you are at the mall and want a drink to hold you over this place is worth a shot. This is my second time here, both times the tea have been outstanding!! Maybe the best tea, but the tapioca each time had been maybe the worst I've had. I guess one thing is they made them consistently, so not sure if that's just the way some other people like it, but I found them to be way too hard and chewy. Again, might be a preference thing, but I don't know. I had the raspberry tea each time and absolutely loved the tea itself. 5 stars for that. But the tapioca needs work. read more

The consistency of the smoothie was more like an icy milkshake than it was smooth, but I enjoyed the tapioca beads; I'd never tried them until now. The smoothie wasn't overly creamy and more sugary than I was expecting. The macaroons looked devine, but I passed on them. Another place I've been meaning to leave a review for, for a few years now! I LOVE this boba place. The sheer number of choices is mindboggling! No matter what you're craving, this place probably has it. My favorite combo is getting a cheesecake/taro mixed flavored smoothie. I have never had a bad drink from here! (Unless you count a lemon smoothie I got once that was VERY strong/sour - but that was my bad for assuming it'd be a sweet lemon.) Me and my sister use to go here easily 1-2x a month to the point the owner (I believe she was the owner) began recognizing us. She was so sweet and welcoming. I had such high hopes for this place as it was close to the mall exit doors and I live right up the street. However, I was their only customer and they still managed to make sub par drinks. First, I ordered a matcha milk latte boba, the matcha flavor was good but the boba was all messed up! Boba is supposed to be soft and chewy, even in a cold drink! Theirs was more rubbery than chewy, it would break and disintegrate. It was very off putting. Second, my husband got the hot mocha latte, he said it tasted like Swiss miss packet. Couldn't taste any coffee at all and was overly sweet. We both threw our drinks away. This place was pretty cool. My smoothie came out in less than five minutes, the smoothie does take taste a little milky. Just a heads up for people that don't like milk like myself, I got apple poppers included. The apple poppers made the smoothie a bit more fruity, but overall I'm not mad at this drink. This is the worst boba experience I have ever had! I asked my son to order me an iced caramel macchiato, but when she took the order she was looking down at the register the whole time. When my son asked for an iced caramel macchiato she gave no response and continued to ask for the size of the drink. When my son brought me the drink, it tasted like chocolate milk with no coffee in it, so I looked at the receipt and it said "mocha latte". I asked my son to take it back and replace it, but the lady at the register said she heard mocha latte, and went to her manager. Her manager came out from the back and yelled at my son saying that his employee heard "mocha latte", and stormed off saying that he will make the macchiato. Later when the same employee brought out the drink, she dropped it into my sons hands and didn't even say "have a nice day" or "thank you" or even an apology. I ordered a Thai tea and it came out fairly quickly, though it was honestly not the best Thai tea I have ever had. It had super weak flavor for a Thai tea and sweetened way too much, almost tasted like a 120% sugar level (though it was only quarter sweetened). I should have tried their Korean tea selection instead as the displayed bottles looked yum. I get boba every time I come to this mall, the other boba shop used to run a monopoly in this mall charging like $6 for a tiny cup of boba- then this one came around! The prices are very cheap for what you're getting compared to other places. So in love with their matcha smoothie and cheesecake smoothie. Ordered three New York cheesecake macaroons, which I've ordered before. Took a bite of one and it tasted like rotten milk. It was very obvious that it was a bad batch. I let them know that I would like three different types or my money back. The staff was rude about it as if I should deal with it. They had a manager (maybe the owner?) named Kay come out and she was very rude to me. After telling me I don't know what I'm talking about, she said they would replace two of the three I purchased because we took a bite out of the third. I walk regularly at the mall but this was the first time I stopped to have a tea. I'd been promising myself for a while I'd stop when I had something to celebrate. Today I did so I stopped. I had a Chai Milk Tea with boba. My walking partner had a Thai tea (no boba). I'm lactose-intolerant but the lady behind the counter assured me that the milk was lactose-free. Thus far, no reaction! (Yay!) My tea was pleasantly spicy while my partner's was definitely smoother. This was my first boba tea so I wasn't sure what I'd make of the tapioca bubbles. I liked them! (I like tapioca pudding, too.) It was a lot of tea for the money and I can see why so many would enjoy this tea, especially when it's too hot to have anything heavy to eat. The biggest drawback is that there isn't anyplace nearby to sit and enjoy the tea while chatting with friends. It's not the fault of Bubble Tea Bliss but it is a drawback. Being Asian and from California, I can say that I'm pretty much a boba connoisseur. I crave boba milk tea on a daily basis although I've been trying to cut back on my boba consumption due to my growing waistline. However, I was visiting my husband in Dallas and was really craving my favorite Asian drinks. We found Bubble Tea Bliss in a shopping mall and took a chance since there was a line (usually a good sign). We ordered our regular drink of Almond Milk Tea half sweetened with boba. I was surprised by the price! It was nearly $5 a drink! Highway robbery but I suppose they could hike up the prices here since it isn't as readily available. As far as the taste of the Almond Milk Tea, it was alright. It tasted a tad artificial but I expected that. The almond flavor was very subtle and even though we asked for less sugar, it still tasted pretty sweet. The boba was a little tough also but overall, it was an okay boba drink.
