I ordered a hot oolong milk tea, no boba, simple. the employee working had me put in my own order on the screen, and then started on my drink. she seemed lost. it took her almost 10 minutes, and i noticed her putting chocolate syrup in my drink? she handed it to me and said "is this right? i can remake it if not." i took a sip. it was ice cold coffee with chocolate syrup in it. the cup was also barely half full. she told me she was thrown off because i ordered it hot? but the drink she gave me was ice cold? and THEN told me that they don't even have oolong tea? i was so at a loss for words and i didn't want to be mean so i just told her it was wrong and left. was she okay? i will never go here again and i really wish i had asked for my money back but i don't think she would've known how to do that in the system. read more

I would give this place 5 stars but I took off a star due to it's much pricier than other bubble tea places at $8.52 for a large. And we had to use a kiosk to order and didn't find out they were out of product until after we had paid. Other than those 2 drawbacks I would say the crème brûlée milk drink with boba was so delicious. It literally had a torched brûlée top and custard. The boba also was nice, sweet, and chewy. Then the brown sugar syrup..yummy. Very delicious drink. My daughter had a torched marshmallow milk tea it also was pretty good. I have to find a spot closer to my house there are several other drinks I'm dying to taste. read more

I do not recommend here the boba prices are insane, like crazy. The service was okay but its mostly machine and barely any communication. The atmosphere is not bad, the place is pretty with games and cute decor. Main point the boba is so expensive, so little portion, AND the boba pearls are half jelly. read more

Cool little bubble tea shop that's a perfect stop for a mid day pick me up. The drink I got was lavender black tea with lychee jelly & boba. It was delicious and perfectly crafted, packed with boba & jelly. They have a large variety of drink options in each category of bubble tea like coffee, milk teas etc. than most shops. They have a few dessert options as well. read more

My sister and I go here all the time and know the owner based off of how many times we see her working behind the counter. She makes the meanest green-thai tea and has the bounciest tapioca pearls this side of town. The ambiance of the shop is adorable and they have cute trinkets you can buy + nice seating! We always come here to get matcha and lavender milk teas, and totally recommend anyone else to try it! read more

My sister and I went right as they opened, we ordered two drinks (which were amazing!) and played a card game for over an hour, drank our drink, had a treat (strawberry shortcake, it was offered to us by a wonderful employee because the face was a little wonky, it was delicious!) and really enjoyed our time, we didn't feel rushed, the vibe was amazing, and i WILL go again because of this experience. I've been way into bubble tea for almost 20 years. I'm always excited to see a new place. 1102 opened barely 2 miles from my house and I've already been here a bunch of times. My teens are big fans too. it's under new management, a pair of sisters and they are both awesome. Very friendly and happy to see their customers. The decor is inspired by Japanese anime. read more

Waaaaaay too expensive for the tiny drink you get, and it seems like they know it. The tea is good but not special enough to be charging what they do. Even asking for light ice they still put a ton of ice to stretch their stock. The 'rewards' card is a joke, they only punch one per visit instead of per drink you buy. And if you finally complete the card (probably $100+ later) you only get one of their $9 tiny drinks. At Boba bar in highland village (or any other bubble tea place) you can get two drinks with toppings that are twice the size for half the price. read more

The drinks were incredibly expensive for the small size you get. The boba was very hard-- to the point where the drink was not even enjoyable. There was only one person working, and we watched her make our drinks-- she was moving very slowly and stopping to check her phone every few minutes. It took almost 30 minutes to get our 2 very simple drinks, which we ended up throwing away anyway. The building also smelled of sewage and was not a good location.
