The classic boba milk tea (hot)
    Andrew C.

Boba: 5/5 soft chewy fresh Tea: 5/5 flavorful tea with good balance of milk and sugar I would say their regular sugar level is at 80-90% of the other franchise boba shops. (Not anything good or bad, just fyi in case you have sugar preference.) COVID review: order online to pickup at the door.

    Christina N.

Perfect spot to visit after riding the minuteman bikeway. The staff was nice and the shop is clean. They have a pretty good sized menu of drinks to order from. We got the peach oolong tea 50% ice and 50% sugar level with boba. The tea was really refreshing and I like it when shops have the option to select sugar and ice levels. The boba was okay though.

Not worth 4.5 star at all! My boba tasted like grass and had large passion fruit seeds in it which practically broke my teeth. Tarp tastes like expired milk + grape cow. Bubbles are so small and poorly cooked and taste bad. Do not come here

We went to a library at the same town and I was looking for a bubble tea place that we can stop by for a drink. So as usual I went to yelp and saw this place and some and my friend decided to grab something for us to sip on our way ride home. We grabbed two brown sugar milk. The packaging was nice and the cup is pretty sturdy I think people can actually re use it if they want. The milk tea taste good and it wasn't super sweet like other places would have made. Didn't get to go inside since I was watching the car with the babies. But it was a quick service. My friend went to get it inside and she went back pretty quick

Coming from SoCal, I've generally found the bubble tea options in suburban Boston to be underwhelming, so it was a pleasant surprise to find this cute little shop where the employees speak mandarin and the tea tastes like Taiwan right down the street from our apartment. The classic milk tea is smooth and creamy and not too sweet: no modifications needed here. The bubbles are consistently chewy from edge to edge within each one and also from one to another. You won't find mushy or hard bubbles here. The matcha waffles, both with and without red bean, have a strong tea flavor, slightly crisp exterior, and a chewy interior.

Feeling somewhat adventurous today, I chose the bubble nation tea with decaf. I'd never had red bean nor jelly in my bubble tea before. For such a large portion, it was on the cheaper side. I've had bubble tea about 2/3 of that size that was more expensive. Anyway, it was really good, with the red bean flavor giving the milk tea a subtly fruity, fragrant taste. I kept sucking on my straw to find more grainy red bean pieces. The boba itself and the jelly seemed tasteless to me but I didn't really care. The boba had a nice bouncy, chewy but not too rubbery consistency.

Are any of the milk teas vegan? (Or can they be made vegan?) It seems like most of the powders used in boba tea drinks have milk derivatives.

Yes. Ask them for dairy-free milk as a substitute. Additionally, for the record, I don't think they use powders. Also be aware that different chains and shops use different milks or powders. For example, Gong Cha uses a plant-based powder base, so…

    Can the cashier speak Chinese?

Yes they can! I talked with them in chinese all the time 哈哈😄

How many calories are in the classic? Can we get drink less sweet than normally served?

I know that you can definitely get the drinks made with less sugar/sweetness (and also with less ice). Not sure about the calories.

    Any non-dairy milk options :-)?

Yes! We can make everything non-dairy (besides the milk foam series). Just let the cashier know that you want non-dairy drinks :)…

I've also made a customized version of the demogorgon to add caramel core and fudge sauce. You mostly taste the toppings more than the actual ice cream. The demogorgon is great for the chocolate on chocolate craving. I didn't like the Vader as much because the frosting on top is too sweet. Cannolis and cream I subbed the Oreo frosting with their homemade whip. Their whip doesn't taste like anything sadly and their frosting is overpowering. I probably wouldn't get this again since all you taste is the chocolate chips and a hint of Oreo. The yogurt itself was bland. For the blueb sundae I love the fresh blueberries, pudding and crumb topping. It's very nice for a fruit ice cream just wish the ice cream was more flavorful. Order online for easier pickup as there is only 1 screen to take orders at and no seating inside. Quick service. Has picnic tables outside to sit and not too bad to find parking on the street. Has some little tables but limited and twinkly lights at night. Staff seemed very stressed when people crowd around and needs better organization of the pickup area vs ordering vs waiting to avoid this frustration/rudeness from the staff.

Pretty laughable if you don't like chocolate, which was exactly what I did when I left empty handed. I got lucky today and was able to see strawberry on the menu. Unfortunately it was given to me with brown streaks which clearly meant the scoop used was not cleaned before they served me. I don't expect a deep clean but at least rinse the dang utensil, couldn't you? When I walked in I did see an employee pick out random stray toppings that fell into the other cups with his bare hands and then pop them into his mouth as a snack. Not a great experience and unfortunately the taste also didn't redeem my visit either.

Fish cakes were small and perfectly uniform - almost like they were frozen rather than prepared on site. Green curry had some spice but was mostly one note, there just wasn't much depth of flavor. Ambiance was bare bones - you order at the counter and they bring you your food and plastic side plates. Half the tables were stacked with boxes and bags of takeout orders. To top it off there's no bathroom, we were told to use the bathroom at another local business. If I'm gonna spend $60 somewhere, I expect to be able to wash my hands before eating and use the restroom. Perhaps there are some specialty dishes that we didn't try but this was my 2nd time ordering from here (I got take out once before) and both times the food was pretty bland. A truly underwhelming experience - especially when there are so many better restaurants in the area.
