Dude looked at the tank and asked if it had a visual inspection. Nope. Not required. Just hydro every 5 years. Last test in May 2024. Dude agreed DOT doesn't require visual, but he does. Annoying, but I agreed to leave the tank overnight for his $20 visual. I mentioned it was a high pressure cylinder. Dude said yeah, looks like 4500 psi. He didn't indicate that would be a problem. No call after 2 days so went to pick up the tank. The young lady helping me wasn't rude, just markedly unfriendly. She looked at the tag and said, "OK. Just the hydro, then." "You mean the visual?" "Same test. We just call it that." It's not the same, but whatever. She looked at the tag again and said it didn't need the visual after all. Yeah, that's what I told dude. Did you want it filled? Yeah, that was the point. The tank has a gauge to show remaining psi. It was at 3600, pretty close to the pressure it was when I brought it in. Stern young woman explained it depends on their bank pressure, which I understand, but would have been nice to know when I dropped it off...or I wouldn't have left it to be filled. That'll be $54. That's ridiculous. The hydro test was $40. No. The tank has current hydro. Dude wouldn't fill the tank without doing an unnecessary visual. Oh, ok. $14. For a short fill? It depends on our bank pressure...

Shortly after moving our stuff into the Cabama the teen "manager" and another older lady who was a "manager " veryyyy rudley accused me of plotting to get the cabana and told me I have the previous family "save it". this was not true and the very loud obnoxious, older lady manager was so loud and inappropriate with what she was saying to me that almost the entire west side of the pool was watching. i explained over and over I did not know the family that just left and nothing was saved. she ended up kicking me and my special needs son out of the cabana and within minutes pulled her favorite "VIP" family from the line and saved and gave the cabana to them. we love the pool and where we live but this was a horrible interaction that I did escalate to the top manager of the pool and never heard anything back. Beware: if ur disabled their state requirement amenities are not actually working, which I'm pretty sure is illegal. We have been coming here for years but this interaction has changed our mind and hearts about returning

Came here with some friends for one of their birthdays and boy howdy was this a half baked…read morehodgepodge of an escape room. I won't reveal any of the "secrets" about the Sole Survivor but there isn't anything to reveal because our group figured out all of the tasks by just touching items to other things to get through the rooms. There was no consistency in the setting or theme of the rooms. The themes included were a cross between Japanese Anime, Egyptian, Aztec, and Catholic. The audio for it was too quiet to hear, which we were warned about, but it didn't matter because the audio instructions didn't play into the puzzles! The text clues that you found also were irrelevant because you could finish them by just touching stuff together! The story was incomprehensible. I'm not surprised they said that there was a 15% finish rate because we just got lucky. The only cool aspect of this escape room is that there was more than one room that you go in. Not worth $40 at all. Side note, they play "What it's like" by Everlast when you finish the escape room, which was so random and out of place it was the cherry on top of this dumpster fire.
