We drove an hour and a half to get to the place and we of course showed up an hour early, met with Mike one of the wranglers and he invited us to take a stroll while we waited for our ride, we did all the paperwork and got the kids helmets picked out, went for a beautiful walk and returned for our ride. Sadly Mike almost in tears says we were not on his schedule, said it happens quite often and hes left as the face to be the bad guy, we tried calling the office line but no answer, we were turned away to drive an hour and a half back home, great anniversary right? So not a single call from anyone in the office to appologize for the error, we contacted Groupon and got a full refund but still, not even an apology from the company for basically ruining our planned anniversary! Mike was great and it wasnt his fault clearly and the fact he got emotional made it all the easier to walk away friendly even tho my wife was really upset and my kids disheartened. I sure hope this company has more people like Mike and realizes they have very poor customer service to at least reach out to a customer and apologize for the inconvenience but I guess they just dont care. I wont ever schedule with this company again, and surely wont ever recommend them to anyone because of this situation. I'd recommend people to just go a few miles to Estes park and visit with Sombrero rather than deal with this irresponsible company. Thanks again Mike for your empathy and I hope you have nothing but great rides and the very best in life, you clearly deserve a great life.

My daughter is an experienced rider and she enjoyed it. I was simply along for the ride. We had to change our day and time due to an injury, but were so accommodating and changed everything for us. No fuss about the change. You don't see service like that anymore. The trail is along a path and you get as far as your time allows. We didn't get too far because we had some slow riders. I would highly recommend the for beginners. If you have a larger group you'll have better luck at setting the pace and get farther along the path. It's not the guides fault if folks are slow. Keep that in mind when going. Be on time as this activity starts at the parking lot of the head of a trail. We enjoys the horses and the guides.

The facility itself is of course geared for 55+, but anyone 18+ can come in and use the facility. Staff is friendly and there are usually multiple people available to assist you. This can be a busy facility however at times so there may be a chance you do have to wait a little bit if you have a question regarding something. Coffee is free if you bring your own cup, if you need a cup there is just the small fee of $1 and you can buy a cup from the desk. So many wonderful events and opportunities that happen here. Definitely worth coming and checking it out

If you need to call regarding a question expect to be put on hold immediately and not addressed for 5-10 minutes. Upon entering the facility you'll be greeted by inpatient, unkind and distant staff. The staff are not trained in the majority of ongoings within city recreation, most staff rely upon their managers who they themselves are unhelpful. Speaking to a manager is a whole other issue as they're never available. The facility attendants are mostly helpful and attending to almost any issue/need you many have. The pool table area is okay however most cues, balls, etc are strewed about the area or just lost. In regards to the pool, look online before coming in because classes are scheduled and lanes may or may not be available. Speaking on the rental spaces available at the Senior Center there's nothing special or noteworthy to speak on. If you need to rent a space, don't expect a return call for 1-2 weeks. Those who come in the early morning for coffee, there is now a $1 charge for cups, so bring your own. With overall subpar staff and a underwhelming facility, I would recommend the Chilson Senior Center in Loveland.

Zero empathy, zero effort, zero customer service. I explained we'd driven up, had no way of knowing they were closing early, and asked if there was any flexibility since we'd only have about 50 minutes. Could she discount admission? Waive one adult ticket since it was two adults and one toddler? Nope. Her solution? "You can go to the Windsor location." Seriously? So after already driving 20 minutes here from Fort Collins, your suggestion is to drive another 30+ minutes? That's not a solution, it's brushing customers off. I understand policies exist. What I don't understand is making the decision to close early, giving customers absolutely no warning, then acting as though it's somehow their problem. We could have turned around and left, but that would have crushed our three-year-old, who had been looking forward to this all day. So instead we paid full price for less than an hour because of a decision your business made, not ours. The lack of communication was bad enough. The complete lack of basic social skills, empathy, or even an attempt to make the situation right made it far worse. This came across as lazy, dismissive, and completely indifferent to the customer experience. Really upset and incredibly disappointed. Bad business call too, she turned away multiple people. We'll find a new place to frequent.
