Delicious and such cute decor. I could definitely stay here for hours and work. They have a large selection of milk and fruit teas as well as smoothies. They're also a nice place to hang while waiting on a carry out order next door.

What a cute place! Everything appeared clean and it was so nice. A little cramped so I'm glad it wasn't busy. The new y was really diverse and had a ton of flavors I've yet to see before (like hazelnut, caramel, etc). I got the honey milk tea with boba. It was absolutely delicious and refreshing. Great flavor with the perfect amount of milk. It was too sweet but maybe that's my fault because I didn't ask (or wasn't told) if they have sweetness levels to pick from. The service was incredibly fast. I mean literally this was THE fastest boba place I've been to or the 10+ I've been to. Very efficient and well done! I really enjoyed my experience and the flavor of my milk tea. I can't wait to come back and try a few more other flavors! 5/5 experience for sure

Best drinks and best customer service at this location. Always busy and the employees are happy. My son dropped his boba drink when trying to punch the straw in the lid. They came out quickly and they made him a new one. I will always tip here because they are school kids working hard during the summer.

Very nice and cozy coffee shop here in Rockwall, they have many different options of drinks and boba and jelly add ons for your drinks. Ordered a frozen mocha with coffee jelly, it was amazing.

Favorite boba place by far. As a boba enthusiast, I come here often since it's so close to home. The staff is super friendly and it's a great place to study! Love the fruit smoothies, specialty smoothies, and the milk teas! Everything is great from the drinks to the cute decor. They even have a wide variety of games for you to choose from. There are times when it does get busy and a little loud. And when in need of an outlet I have to sit at a specific table since there's only one.

So I'm from Orange County, California and I'd rate the milk tea as okay. Heavy emphasis on the flavored syrups and it's overwhelmingly sweet with everything. Even when you order "unsweet." Unsweet is regular sweet from what I've experienced. You can also order "sweet" and "half-sweet." On the plus side, the boba is decent. It's the right amount of chewy and doesn't have any aftertaste. The staff was also very nice and they have a stamp card. They also have 1 cup size: about 20 - 22 oz. They have lots of board games and I think their menu is overwhelming and has too much stuff on it, but that's just my opinion. I got the almond milk tea. It was alright. The tea was very flowery and it was more sweet than I was used to with a weak tea flavor. Lychee and peach ice fruit teas were very syrupy and weak tea flavor. You can choose green or black but it won't make a difference because they don't brew very strong tea. Strawberry and banana smoothie didn't have much banana and was way too tangy. It also had that artificial strawberry flavor. But since this isn't the OC, I wish them the best.

I come for one thing only and that's to get my fix of lychee iced tea. It never disappoints. My mom likes their smoothies and there's always a great selection. It's a small and cute place. I don't usually stay there as I get my drinks to go. Service is fast. Less then 5 minutes and I can satisfy my thirst and beat this Texas heat.

This business has EXCELLED during the pandemic with courteous, prompt service! They had a unique setup for drive-in orders that worked perfectly. Now, instead of drive-ins, customers can go inside to order and it's still very efficient. The workers are very diligent and polite. Props to the guys that would run outside to give you your order which consisted of your drink, with a straw, napkin, and punch card attached. Very professional! And of course, the drinks themselves are wonderful! AND they serve so many different things: Boba Tea, Coffees, Fruit teas, smoothies, and other specialties. Please continue to support this awesome business!

Classic iced Milk tea - Good boba. Tea is good. But a little too sweet for my taste. Not heavy on the cream. So you get that good tea taste. Chai spice- also sweet. But good. Not as good as the milk tea. Very super cute place with rustic decorations.

Ask the Community - Bubble Bubble Tea House

Does anybody know if they have an option for non-dairy drinks? I saw they had a lot of milk teas, I'm trying to see if there would be any almond milk or oat milk I can use to substitute that?

Yes, we have oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk substitutes available depending on the drink types (eg. smoothies, coffees, and fresh-milk milk teas).

Came for breakfast for the first time today and life CHANGED…read more If you've ever been confused by the question of what you'd pick as your last meal, look no further than the sourdough breakfast panini. The amount of flavor in that sandwich from the perfectly cooked scrambled eggs, to the shredded Gouda, grilled sourdough bread, tomatoes slices, and arugula will blow. Your. Mind. And once it's blown, you'll then get to pop one of the maple waffle fries that come with it in your mouth (and completely remind me of funnel cake!) and you will feel like life is complete, you have no regrets, and if it all ended today you would be able to die a happy human. Finding flavor like this (which I've only found in a few local spots like Zanatas or Fable and Fire in Rockwall) is an absolute diamond in the rough find for Fate! And after meeting the chef, Michael Shelley (who worked previously at a five star restaurant in Cali and has quite the illustrious history - go look him up!), you'll understand why flavors that you'd only expect to find down in Dallas are blowing your mind sitting at Red Dirt Social in Fate. (He also shared with us that the panini is a special recipe he created while working as a a private chef for a family and they would order it just about every other day. Trust me, I now know completely why.) My partner got the breakfast tacos and they were a totally different and just as delicious flavor palette. Packed with eggs, potatoes, bacon, veggies, and pepper jack cheese. The portions are HUGE. Where else can you find this much flavor in this much food?! I love the great seating options and the lowkey setup of picking your own table, ordering at the front when you're ready, and having it brought out to your table. Only complaint was on my partner's double chai latte where the beans were painfully over roasted and the smoky flavor overpowered the chai entirely, but some extra barista lessons needed aside, we're IN. This will for sure be our new breakfast spot (let's get honest, there aren't that many truly unique and good ones out this way if you want more than your typical diner style eggs, bacon, and pancakes) and we'll be bringing friends from out of town here as well! What a gem!

We sat down at our table at Red Dirt Social to visit for 10 minutes - and the manager (or owner maybe?) commented how his space was built just for this reason - to relax and enjoy time. We never felt rushed, or felt like they wanted our table. That was refreshing! The space is lovely - truly! It was bright, open, minimal decor and it all worked beautifully together. Someone out real thought into decorating this space for people to gather and relax, and it showed. I ordered the pats (oatmeal) with fresh fruit and it was perfect! All the fruit blended well together for my oatmeal. I enjoyed every bite. I cannot wait to bring my husband back to see how much Fate has grown and to eat here once more. It's worth it!

When we checked in, we were told the wait would be about 40 minutes. While we waited, we watched five different parties--most with groups of three to five people--get seated before us. I know they didn't have reservations because two of those groups actually asked us how to check in before they were seated. After waiting the 40 minutes we were originally quoted, I went back to ask why we still hadn't been seated. Instead of an explanation or an apology, I was simply told, "It's going to be another 40 minutes." I truly don't want to believe this was a race issue, but I can't ignore how the experience made me feel.
